THE SEVEN is involved in planning and developing content for the global market and producing a variety of entertainment businesses. The company has recently expanded its floor space to create a groundbreaking office for further creative enhancement. The office is designed to consistently consolidate all functions of video production from planning to final checks in a single space, and to ensure that we continue to respond to extremely high-quality video, we place the utmost importance on the quality check process. For this reason, the preview room is equipped with an 8K projector and Dolby Atmos* 7.1.4 sound system to enable highly accurate correction instructions based on the highest quality video and sound checks, further improving quality. In terms of design, we aimed for a concept design that is both beautiful and unusual, based on the keywords "beautiful concept design like a video" and "Science Fiction (SF)". In order to avoid uniformity of expression, we incorporated hand-drawn sensual forms in various parts of the design, but also created a consistent regularity to maintain a comfortable balance in the space through repeated verification. concept design TBS Television concept design Center was in charge of the design work and interiors ・Fixtures, electrical and plumbing systems, and signage graphic work. We achieved smooth promotion and completion of the project by building good communication with TBS TV concept design Center and other construction vendors, while taking advantage of our strength to consistently demonstrate our design construction capabilities. *Dolby Atmos: The use of overhead and upward-facing speakers to create a three-dimensional soundscape.

The Animal Science Museum, located within Chiba City Zoological Park, has undergone a complete renovation of its displays the flora and fauna that inhabit the rainforest, such as gorillas, birds, and nocturnal animals, visitors can learn about the interconnectedness of life and the preciousness of the global environment through displays before and after.

This is a renovation project for an inn located in the western part of the Izu Peninsula in Shizuoka Prefecture. This project is the second and third phase renewal of "Atara Yoru Nishiizu," named after a poem in the Manyoshu collection, "A wonderful night that is a pity to see it end." In the first phase, we renovated the suites and bar, in the second phase, we renovated the guest rooms, and in the third phase, we renovated the façade, lobby, rooftop terrace (foot bath), common corridor, and live kitchen, and we were in charge of the complete renovation. We created an experience where you can enjoy the evening, with spacious and comfortable guest rooms where young couples and married couples can relax, a lobby where you can roast and eat marshmallows while soaking your feet in a foot bath, and a rooftop terrace with a foot bath where you can enjoy watching the horizon of Nishiizu.

Thirty years have passed since the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, and as the number of generations who have not experienced the disaster increases, we have renovated the Kobe Port Earthquake Memorial Park, which was built in 1997 immediately after the disaster. By displays the remains preserved as they were at the time of the earthquake in contrast to the reconstructed city of Kobe, we symbolically convey the horror of the earthquake and the strength of the people of Kobe who reconstructed the city. In renovating displays displays, we reconstructed the content so that it is easy to understand for the younger generation who did not experience the earthquake, and we also translated displays graphics and videos into multiple languages for the increasing number of foreign tourists in recent years. As a new displays element, we also created AR content that allows you to compare the state of the remains before, during, and after the earthquake. We renovated the park with the aim of attracting many people from Japan and abroad, regardless of age, and continuing to be a place that passes on the memories and lessons of the earthquake to the future.

"REVERSE AREA" in the Maruhan Sendai Kudatake store, which opened in Sendai, is a new type of rest space where you can feel relaxed in contrast to the heat of the pachinko parlor. To evoke the combination of the heat of the parlor and the relaxing space, we focused on the flow of the sauna, cold bath, and open-air bath, and adopted content that has a healing and relaxing effect in the room. To maximize the healing power of water, we selected a device that shakes a water basin to project the ripples in the space, fresh forest aromas, original healing sounds, and reclining chairs and bowl-type chairs, creating a place where you can immerse yourself in "relaxation" with all your senses. Our company is in charge of planning and basic concept, design, layout, building execution, environmental features, and sign and graphic concept design.

This is a renovation project for the Omiya Center Building, located at the west exit of Omiya Station, one of Japan's leading terminal stations. After investigating the area around Omiya Station and identifying issues with the building, which was completed more than 30 years ago, we decided on the theme of "combining dignity and comfort" as the theme for the renovation concept design. In the renovation process, we placed a key focus on improving the satisfaction of existing tenants and aimed to increase the building's presence in terms of both functionality and concept design compared to the surrounding buildings. By preserving the dignity unique to the existing stone material while achieving a good balance between the comfort created by light materials, we minimized the disposal of waste materials due to demolition and created a cost-effective concept design while being conscious of sustainability by combining old and good materials.

The Miyagase Dam Water and Energy Pavilion Water Museum "Waterworks Zone" needed to be renovated after more than 20 years since its opening, and was renewed to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the museum's opening. The concept of displays is to create learning opportunities for the "tap water supply business" (introducing the role of the Waterworks Corporation) and to change people's awareness of "tap water" (re-examining water resources and learning about the global environment). By learning about the process, facilities, and work involved in how rainwater stored in the dam reaches our household faucets as tap water, which we don't usually have the opportunity to learn about, visitors can learn about the importance of tap water, which is essential to our lives, and the importance of social infrastructure. In addition, since the surrounding area, including Miyagase Dam, is a tourist destination, the main target audience is social studies field trips from nearby elementary schools and families visiting on weekends. The exhibition features a wide range of digital content, including guidance videos on a large screen, virtual content in which a drone is operated to investigate water facilities, and a simulation of the process of purifying river water. The exhibition also features highly game-like digital content that combines real-life action and computer graphics, as well as displays that allows visitors to virtually experience the work of the corporations that support the water supply business. The exhibition offers a variety of content that can be enjoyed in a short amount of time by visitors with or without a specific purpose.

This project is to revive Kinokuniya Bookstore's salon, a place of hospitality, on the top floor of the flagship Shinjuku main store building. When the building was constructed in 1964, the company's founder, Moichi Tanabe, created a salon as a social gathering place for the literary world. Time has passed since then, but this space has been lost, so in order to revive it in the present day, we were in charge of design, layout, production, construction, etc. of this new project, following the renovation of the Shinjuku main store, which took place from 2021 to 2023.

This is a renewal of the entire store and environment area from the building entrance to the lobby (large hall) of the Takarazuka Grand Theater, which is celebrating its 111th anniversary. Based on the concept of "Dreams start here," we aimed to carefully inherit the charm of the Takarazuka Grand Theater that has been cultivated so far, and to create a space that will continue to deliver dreams to many customers and be loved in the future. From the moment you step inside the building, you will be enveloped in the glamorous world of Takarazuka Revue, and it is a space where you can experience the "extraordinary feeling" and "exhilaration" that leads to dreams and excitement. By unifying concept design of interiors environment and creating the world of Takarazuka Revue throughout the building, we planned a space that will make the time before and after the show more comfortable, and that customers who are not going to the show can also enjoy. By extracting motifs that represent "Takarazuka-ness" from the elements of Takarazuka Revue's stages and shows and the building of the Grand Theater and reconstructing them as modern concept design, we have created a space that will be loved even more by existing fans and will attract new fans, leading to an increase in brand value with an eye on the future of Takarazuka Revue.

This is a project for the all-day dining restaurant "MONDO Sagami Ohno" that will open on the 7th floor of Odakyu Hotel Century Sagami Ohno. The restaurant will have a spacious space of over 666 square meters and a huge wood-fired oven, which will be the symbol of the restaurant "MONDO". Based on the theme of "from the mountain to the table", the restaurant will bring out the original flavor of the ingredients through wood-fired cooking, and serve simple and innovative flavors. Guests can casually enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, including a lunch buffet featuring carefully made handmade bread and steaks baked in a wood-fired oven. The restaurant will also feature "BAR ROJY", where you can casually enjoy authentic cocktails and rare old whiskeys, and "Kogasaka Bake Sagami Ohno", where you can purchase freshly baked bread and baked goods, proposing a free, warm and unique restaurant experience to the people of the city.

This project is a phased renewal project that will take place over a period of approximately three years from 2022 to 2024. This is the third phase, and involves renovating the 46th floor "SKY VIEW" and "Entrance," transforming the building into a place that will generate new excitement and interaction.

This is a renovation plan for the office common area of Shinagawa Intercity, a large, high-rise complex that was developed in 1998 as the core of business and culture in the Shinagawa Konan area. The facility is long and narrow from north to south, and consists of three office towers, a commercial store tower, and a hall tower, with a complex structure like a city. Based on the concept of "a city where wind and people circulate," concept design to circulate people by utilizing various spaces in the building and to create a unified look among the multiple towers with the motif of "wind." In order to strengthen its competitiveness with the surrounding office buildings, we were conscious of a sense of luxury, and the wood-based space that leads to the comfort of the central garden that spreads out in front of you guides visitors beyond the building with the curved walls and ceiling that make you feel a gentle breeze blowing in, and the continuous vertical lines. We are also currently planning to create a new environment so that tenants can find comfortable places other than the office and use the space in a variety of ways.

This is a renovation project for the hotel "The Mana Village" located at the tip of Cape Ashizuri in Kochi Prefecture. The project began in 2020 to transform the former Ashizuri Pacific Hotel into one of Asia's leading resort hotels, "The Mana Village." In this project, we added value to two new types of guest rooms, the common areas, and the infinity deck. The new guest rooms consist of seven Japanese-style rooms and a concept room designed by young hotel staff and our designers, with the aim of providing a "new way to enjoy the ocean like art" while also promoting the charm of Kochi and connecting Kochi with our guests. This is an ongoing project in which we will share the hotel's transformation with our guests over time, building up their expectations.

ZOE Ginza is a commercial building along Ginza Namiki-dori Avenue that was completed 20 years ago, and this project was designed to renew it. We were in charge of design, layout construction of the exterior, the elevator hall on the first floor, and the environment on each floor.

Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. has introduced the Nissan Intelligent Factory, a unique car-making concept based on next-generation production technology, to its Tochigi Plant, Japan's largest plant. In this project, we renovated the guest hall and factory tour course in the plant to communicate the innovative nature of the plant. Based on the theme of communication concept design that leaves a deep impression on people's hearts, we pooled our knowledge to recreate concept design of the space and displays experience.
