In order to contribute to the promotion of SDGs in Higashiyodogawa Ward, Osaka Prefecture, and to create a space where visitors can feel relaxed and comfortable, Higashiyodogawa Ward Office has renovated the waiting areas on the first and second floors with wood. The renovation concept is "Treeful." This is a coined word that means "full" with trees (tree), and conveys the message that just as a wide variety of trees gather together to create a rich, strong, and sustainable mountain, the diversity of the people living in this city creates a rich society. By incorporating a wealth of wood from Osaka Prefecture into areas of Higashiyodogawa Ward Office that are visible to many users, and with the cooperation of ward residents through workshops, a space filled with the diverse charms of wood, "Treeful," was born. *This project was implemented using the "Forest Environment Grant Tax."

Caretta Shiodome is a commercial complex that houses a variety of restaurants and shops, as well as cultural facilities such as the Shiki Theatre Company's permanent theater, Dentsu Shiki Theatre Umi, and the Japanese advertising museum, Ad Museum Tokyo. To mark the 20th anniversary of its opening in 2022, the Kame no Hiroba (Turtle Square) located in the center of the block, the facade of the facility's main entrance, and the rest spaces within the building have been renovated.

We were in charge of renovating Cross Dine, an all-day dining restaurant with a popular buffet in the Hotel Metropolitan. While maintaining the main concept since its opening, "Cross over dining," an international food crossroads by specialized chefs of Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisine, we adopted a new concept design concept of "CASA VALLEY," which means a house with a large roof. The lively open kitchen has been upgraded as a "show kitchen," and the restaurant has been reborn as an open modern living and dining room with a large roof, with the kitchen at its center. The imposing pillars supporting the high ceiling give off a calm, woody warmth. The pendant lights, chandeliers and brackets hanging from the ceiling emit warm light, creating a comfortable atmosphere like a home that always welcomes you. In order to allow customers with different purposes and numbers to use the space comfortably, we have created three styles: DINING AREA, SALON STYLE AREA, and GARDEN LIVING AREA.

This is a value-enhancing renovation project for a 20-story office building completed in 1990 that is directly connected to the second floor deck of Shin-Urayasu Station. The areas to be renovated include the 2nd floor external facade that serves as the entrance to the building, the 2nd floor entrance, and the common area on the standard floor including the restrooms. We have created a good space.

This is a renovation project to increase the value of a 16-story office building completed in 1988, located in the Nishi-Shinjuku area, a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The renovation areas were the exterior façade on the first floor, the plantings, the first floor entrance, and the standard floor common areas including the toilets, and the overall concept design concept was "Qualité," which means quality in French.

For the renewal of "Spa World Hotel & Resort" (formerly known as Spa World: The World's Great Hot Springs) in celebration of its 25th anniversary, we were in charge of design supervision and construction of the pool, as well as designing and constructing the lobby. The concept design concept is a new facility that combines the entertainment elements that are the appeal of both Shinsekai and Spa World, two tourist spots in Osaka, with the elements of a high-quality hotel and resort. The pool area has a theme of "An adult SPA where you can relax with water and light," and we were also involved in creating content for the 3D screen, which is the highlight of the facility, including the infinity pool facing Tsutenkaku. Each floor of the main lobby has a different theme, allowing you to enjoy a different world on each floor.

BLUE NOTE PLACE is a new type of restaurant that blends food, music and culture, proposing a casual style of enjoying high-quality live music and DJ sets while dining, while harmonizing with the town of Ebisu where people with diverse values and lifestyles gather. The interior of the restaurant makes generous use of the open two-story space, and is fully equipped with spaces to accommodate a variety of uses, including dining, a bar, a lounge, private rooms and a terrace. While the restaurant primarily operates as a dining and bar, it is a space that seamlessly combines food and music, where customers can casually enjoy live music and DJ sets with a table charge. We were in charge of design, layout.

At the beginning of the planning, Akikusa Gakuen approached us to ask about seismic retrofitting of the gymnasium. In conjunction with the seismic retrofitting and the renewal of the gymnasium facade and interiors, the corridor connecting the school building and the gymnasium was requested to be "a bright and clean corridor, not a humid and dark one. We wanted to create a space that the school can leave to future generations." This led to concept design of the corridor space expressing the identity of Akikusa Gakuen. The most important thing in this plan was to create a "space that people will continue to love." Therefore, this time, we created the origin of concept design together with the students in a workshop, and worked on a "progressive concept design" that would create attachment and be passed down. We asked the students to bring in photos that expressed "Akikusa-ness," and extracted the feelings they had put into words in the form of "#〇〇," sublimated them into concept design, and decorated the corridor. By having the students digest concept design as if it were their own and spread it to those around them, we hoped that the "Akikusa-ness" would be passed down from generation to generation and that people would continue to interact with the space with affection.

This is a renovation project for guest rooms, a bar, and a façade of a ryokan located in the western part of the Izu Peninsula in Shizuoka Prefecture. It has been reopened as "Atara Night Nishiizu", which is derived from the Manyoshu poem "A wonderful night that is regrettable to end". In terms of guest rooms, we have five suites and one concept room for groups and families. On the first floor, we were in charge of the renovation of the bar, the design of the façade, and the live kitchen.

This is a renovation project of the hotel "TheMana Village" located at the tip of Ashizuri Cape in Kochi Prefecture. Starting in 2020, the former Ashizuri Pacific Hotel will be reborn as a new “TheMana Village”. In the 2022 project, 5 new types of guest rooms and the Italian restaurant "Assurrissimo" in the facility have been expanded. Some of the new guest rooms are twin-type rooms with a large space of 96 square meters, equipped with a private sauna, water bath, open-air bath, and a special room with a fireplace in the room. Aiming to be one of the best resort hotels in Asia, this renovation project aims to provide a special accommodation experience. , is an ongoing project leading to the next renovation.

This project is being carried out by ARTH Group Co., Ltd. (Tosashimizu Resort LLC), a company involved in accommodation businesses and regional revitalization nationwide. The project aims to revitalize the entire city of Tosashimizu by revitalizing the long-established inn "Ashizuri Pacific Hotel Hanatsubaki," which has been loved for many years on Cape Ashizuri in Kochi Prefecture, as one of Asia's leading resort facilities for long-term stays, "The Mana Village." The facility is located in the natural beauty of Ashizuri-Uwakai National Park. Although it offers a spectacular view, the hotel's old interiors remains as it was, as if time had stopped since the Showa era. Initially, the plan was to set up a small cafe area, but as the meetings continued, ARTH's vision of wanting to liven up not only the hotel but also the entire city of Kochi and Tosashimizu expanded. The project has been transformed into a complex that includes an Italian restaurant, providing a luxurious space where you can experience the nature of Ashizuri. We have been involved from the concept stage of planning and concept design the facility to improve its appeal, and have been in charge of producing the space for the facade, lobby common areas, guest rooms, and restaurant, which will be the face of the hotel. (design supervision for guest rooms and Italian restaurant) As ARTH's creative partner, we are involved in producing spaces that lead to the creation and revitalization of attractive urban areas, including ``LOQUAT Nishiizu'' (renovating an old Japanese house into an auberge), which we took on in 2021.

This is a renovation project for the 1st to 4th floors of the Kinokuniya Shinjuku main store, based on the concept of returning to the origins of the future. As a new long-established bookstore, we will: 1) Be a hub for transmitting culture, art, and information that is appropriate for the times 2) Be a bookstore that will continue to be loved by many customers who love books 3) Continue to maintain and develop the Kinokuniya Building I put the theme in the mission of the store renovation.

This is a renovation project for Shiodome Edge (formerly Shiodome Annex Building). 20 years have passed since the building was built, and the need to refresh concept design and facilities of the entrance and common areas has increased. In order to increase the building's competitiveness within the area, this renovation aimed to attract new tenants, improve the satisfaction of existing tenants, and further increase the asset value of the building. In addition, based on the concept of "SELECTABLE OFFICE," concept design allows the common areas to be selected to match the company brand by creating individuality for each floor.

"OMO5 Kyoto Sanjo" has opened on Kyoto Sanjo Street, where Kyoto is packed with fun things to see, buy, and eat. As a mechanism to fully enjoy "Kyoto Sanjo", there is a townhouse tower that conveys the history of Takasegawa and information on shops, a town walking map that allows you to enjoy two different courses along the Takasegawa and Sanjo retro town, and a walking map around Sanjo. In the lobby, we have set up content that leads to walking around Sanjo, such as an artwork with the letter "San" lined up with old maps from three different eras, and an art panel frottage of Sanjo no Michi. In addition, in the renovation of the guest room, we have created a small rise where suitcases can be stored, and have devised ways to use the space widely by consolidating the bed and sofa areas.

Mitsukoshi Ebisu, which had been operating in the commercial building of Ebisu Garden Place, has closed and been reborn under the new name "Center Plaza". Ahead of the grand opening in the fall of 2022, "Foodie's Garden" has been set up on the B2 floor, and the flagship store "Central Square Ebisu Garden Place Store" has opened in one corner of it. We supported the opening of "Foodie's Garden" from leasing to store concept design, interiors construction, and the production of product display fixtures. [Social Issues / Customer Issues / Requests] Life Corporation Co., Ltd. requested that they create a more attractive store than ever before, incorporating the essence unique to Ebisu, where the store is located, while following the Central Square brand, in preparation for the opening of their flagship store, Central Square. [Solution] concept design of the store facade incorporates "brick walls" inspired by Ebisu's historical motifs, beer factories and train stations, and makes use of materials reminiscent of Ebisu's history to create a dignified facade concept design befitting a flagship store. concept design of the store makes use of the graphics and sign concept design format used at Central Square, following the image of Central Square and creating a store unique to Ebisu that blends in with Central Square's VI (※).
