The Hiwasa Sea Turtle Museum Caretta is a rare sea turtle museum located on Ohama Beach in Tokushima Prefecture, and is beloved as the oldest loggerhead turtle conservation site in the region. At the same time, it also serves as a base facility for the local Minami Town's plan to increase the return rate of sea turtles. This renovation has created a place where people can learn about the coexistence of humans and nature through sea turtles and nurture the next generation of leaders by providing a comfortable space for visitors and making it easy for sea turtles to live in from the perspective of animal welfare.

The project is scheduled to be completed in March 2025 after approximately five years of full-scale renovation work. It will include new stands (viewing facilities for a wide range of customers, including the general public and guests), entrance gates, the first double-sided paddock screen at a Japanese racecourse, and a grass plaza, and will open as a facility that allows many people, including local residents and horse racing novices, to experience the feeling of being an "open racecourse."

The prestigious Rihga Royal Hotel Osaka, which boasts a 90-year history and has been loved by many guests including state guests and members of the Imperial Family as "Osaka's guesthouse," has grand reopened as "Rihga Royal Hotel Osaka Vignette Collection" in anticipation of the opening of the Osaka-Kansai Expo in April 2025. This is due to the introduction of "Vignette Collection," one of the brands of IHG Hotels & Resorts. Inheriting the hotel's history and identity, and blending it with the charm of the beautiful scenery surrounding it, unique to the city of water, it has been reborn as a space that will be loved for generations. For this renovation, our company handled concept design of the entrance, reception, public areas, guest rooms, banquet halls, and gym, as well as working drawings and construction of the guest room area, art, and FF&E.

THE SEVEN is involved in planning and developing content for the global market and producing a variety of entertainment businesses. The company has recently expanded its floor space to create a groundbreaking office for further creative enhancement. The office is designed to consistently consolidate all functions of video production from planning to final checks in a single space, and to ensure that we continue to respond to extremely high-quality video, we place the utmost importance on the quality check process. For this reason, the preview room is equipped with an 8K projector and Dolby Atmos* 7.1.4 sound system to enable highly accurate correction instructions based on the highest quality video and sound checks, further improving quality. In terms of design, we aimed for a concept design that is both beautiful and unusual, based on the keywords "beautiful concept design like a video" and "science fiction (SF). In order to avoid uniformity of expression, we incorporated hand-drawn sensual forms in various parts of the design, but also created a consistent regularity to maintain a comfortable balance in the space through repeated verification. concept design The TBS TV concept design Center was in charge of the design work and interiors ・Fixtures, electrical, plumbing, and signage graphic work by TBS TV. We achieved smooth promotion and completion of the project by building good communication with TBS TV concept design Center and other construction vendors, while taking advantage of our strength to consistently demonstrate our design construction capabilities. *Dolby Atmos: The use of overhead and upward-facing speakers to create a three-dimensional soundscape.

The Animal Science Museum, located within Chiba City Zoological Park, has undergone a complete renovation of its displays area, taking into consideration that the building is nearly 40 years old. The museum is a "zoological museum" themed around the "tropical rainforest," a treasure trove of life, aiming to provide insights into ecosystems, foster learning, and encourage action for the future. Visitors can observe gorillas, birds, nocturnal animals, and other flora and fauna inhabiting the rainforest up close, while displays before and after convey the interconnectedness of life and the preciousness of the global environment.

This is a renovation project for an inn located in the western part of the Izu Peninsula in Shizuoka Prefecture. This project is the second and third phase renewal of "Atara Yoru Nishiizu," named after a poem in the Manyoshu collection, "A wonderful night that is a pity to see it end." In the first phase, we renovated the suites and bar, in the second phase, we renovated the guest rooms, and in the third phase, we renovated the façade, lobby, rooftop terrace (foot bath), common corridor, and live kitchen, and we were in charge of the complete renovation. We created an experience where you can enjoy the evening, with spacious and comfortable guest rooms where young couples and married couples can relax, a lobby where you can roast and eat marshmallows while soaking your feet in a foot bath, and a rooftop terrace with a foot bath where you can enjoy watching the horizon of Nishiizu.

Thirty years have passed since the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, and as the number of people who did not experience the earthquake increases, we have renovated the Kobe Port Earthquake Memorial Park, which was built in 1997 immediately after the earthquake. By contrasting the remains preserved as they were at the time of the earthquake with the rebuilt city of Kobe, displays symbolically conveys the horror of the earthquake and the strength of the people of Kobe who rebuilt the city. In renewing displays, we restructured the content to be easily understood by younger generations who did not experience the earthquake, and also translated displays displays graphics and videos into multiple languages for the increasing number of foreign tourists in recent years. In addition, we created AR content as a new displays element that allows visitors to compare the state of the remains before, during, and after the earthquake. The renovation was carried out with the aim of having many people, regardless of nationality or age, visit this place and continue to be a place that passes on the memories and lessons of the earthquake to future generations.

The "REVERSE AREA" inside the Maruhan Sendai Kuratake store, which recently opened in Sendai City, is a new kind of rest space where you can feel relaxed in contrast to the heat of the pachinko hall. To evoke the combination of the hall's energy and a relaxing space, we focused on the flow of sauna, cold bath, and outdoor air bathing, and incorporated healing and relaxing content into the room. To maximize the healing effect of water, we used a device that shakes a water basin to project ripples onto the space, a refreshing forest scent aroma, original healing sounds, and selected reclining chairs and bowl-type chairs, creating a place where you can immerse yourself in "relaxation" with all your senses. Our company was in charge of planning and basic concept, design, layout, building execution, environmental features, and signage and graphic concept design.

This is a renovation project for the Omiya Center Building, located at the west exit of Omiya Station, one of Japan's leading terminal stations. After conducting a survey of the area around Omiya Station and identifying the challenges of the building, which is over 30 years old, we adopted the theme of "balancing dignity and comfort" for the renovation concept design. Throughout the renovation process, we focused on improving the satisfaction of existing tenants and aimed to enhance the building's presence in terms of functionality and concept design compared to surrounding buildings. By harmoniously balancing the "dignity" inherent in the existing stone materials with the "comfort" created by lighter materials, we minimized waste disposal due to demolition and created a cost-effective concept design that is mindful of sustainability through the fusion of old and new materials.

The "Water Supply Zone" at the Miyagase Dam Water and Energy Museum's Water Museum needed renovations after more than 20 years since its opening, and was refurbished to coincide with the museum's 25th anniversary. displays 's concept is to create learning opportunities about the "water supply business" (introducing the role of the water utility) and to change awareness about "tap water" (re-recognizing water resources and learning about the global environment). Through learning about the process, equipment, and related work involved in getting rainwater stored in the dam to tap water in homes—a process rarely seen in everyday life—visitors can learn to appreciate tap water, which is indispensable to daily life, and the importance of social infrastructure. Furthermore, since the Miyagase Dam and the surrounding area are tourist destinations, the main target audience is elementary school field trips from the surrounding area and families visiting on weekends. The exhibition features highly engaging digital content that combines live-action footage and computer graphics, including guidance videos on large screens, virtual content where visitors can operate a drone to inspect water supply facilities, and simulations of water purification processes in rivers. In addition, there are displays that allow visitors to experience firsthand the work of the water supply associations that support the water supply business, making it an enjoyable experience for both those with a specific purpose in mind and those without.

This project aims to revive the salon, a welcoming space within Kinokuniya Bookstore, on the top floor of their flagship Shinjuku main store building. When the building was constructed in 1964, founder Shoichi Tanabe created a salon that served as a social gathering place for literary figures. Over time, that space was lost, but in order to bring it back to life in the modern era, following the Shinjuku main store renovation that took place from 2021 to 2023, our company was in charge of design, layout, production, and construction for this new project.

This project involves the complete renovation of the retail and environmental areas from the building's entrance to the lobby (grand hall) of the Takarazuka Grand Theater, which is celebrating its 111th anniversary. Based on the concept of "Dreams begin here," the aim was to create a space that would continue to deliver dreams to many customers and be loved by them, while carefully inheriting the charm of the Takarazuka Grand Theater that has been nurtured over the years. From the moment you step inside the building, you will be enveloped in the glamorous world of Takarazuka Revue, and the space will be an extraordinary and exhilarating experience that leads you to dreams and emotions. By unifying concept design of interiors environment and creating the world of Takarazuka Revue throughout the entire building, we planned a space that would make the time before and after the performance more comfortable, and that could be enjoyed by customers who are not attending a performance. By extracting motifs that represent "Takarazuka-ness" from elements of Takarazuka Revue's stages and shows, as well as the building of the Grand Theater, and reconstructing them as a modern concept design, we have created a space that will be loved even more by existing fans, and will also attract new fans, leading to an enhancement of the brand value that looks ahead to the future of Takarazuka Revue.

This is a project for the all-day dining restaurant "MONDO Sagami Ohno" that will open on the 7th floor of Odakyu Hotel Century Sagami Ohno. The restaurant will have a spacious space of over 666 square meters and a huge wood-fired oven, which will be the symbol of the restaurant "MONDO". Based on the theme of "from the mountain to the table", the restaurant will bring out the original flavor of the ingredients through wood-fired cooking, and serve simple and innovative flavors. Guests can casually enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, including a lunch buffet featuring carefully made handmade bread and steaks baked in a wood-fired oven. The restaurant will also feature "BAR ROJY", where you can casually enjoy authentic cocktails and rare old whiskeys, and "Kogasaka Bake Sagami Ohno", where you can purchase freshly baked bread and baked goods, proposing a free, warm and unique restaurant experience to the people of the city.

This project is a phased renewal project that will take place over a period of approximately three years from 2022 to 2024. This is the third phase, and involves renovating the 46th floor "SKY VIEW" and "Entrance," transforming the building into a place that will generate new excitement and interaction.

This project involves the renovation of the office common areas of Shinagawa Intercity, a super high-rise, large-scale mixed-use building developed in 1998 as the core area for business and culture in the Shinagawa Konan district. The facility is long and narrow from north to south and has a complex structure like a small city, consisting of three office buildings, a commercial building, and a hall building. Based on the concept of "a city where wind and people circulate," concept design utilizes various spaces within the building to circulate people and uses "wind" as a motif to create a sense of unity across the multiple buildings. In order to strengthen competitiveness with surrounding office buildings, the design emphasizes a sense of luxury, and the wood-based space, which connects to the pleasant atmosphere of the central garden that spreads out before it, guides visitors further into the building with curves in the walls and ceilings that evoke a gentle breeze and continuous vertical lines. In addition, plans are currently underway to create a new environment so that tenants can find comfortable places to use the space in diverse ways, in addition to their offices.
