Nishi-Shinjuku Prime Square renovation
This is a renovation project to increase the value of a 16-story office building completed in 1988, located in the Nishi-Shinjuku area, a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station.
The areas that were renovated were the first floor exterior façade, plantings, first floor entrance, and standard floor common areas including toilets, and the overall concept design concept is "Qualité," which means quality in French.
Compared to other new office buildings in the Nishi-Shinjuku area, the postmodern concept design of the 1980s (bubble era) gives the impression of an office building from a generation ago, so the challenge was how to make it more competitive in tenant leasing and improve profitability.
The building is over 30 years old, but we gave it a timeless, high-quality concept design that is not influenced by current trends.
By installing light walls and sofas in the entrance hall and creating a space where tenant users and building visitors can interact, we have achieved revitalization of the entire building.
