As part of vitalization business for the redevelopment of Senri Chuo Park, we renovated the architecture, interiors, and landscape of the former park management office and planned a facility that would be created in collaboration with local residents, reflecting their vision for Senri Chuo Park. Based on the "three O's" (Open, Ordinary, Organic) of the PLAY 100ORE SCENES concept, our company collaborated on the planning, design, layout, construction, and park vitalization business planning and operation for "SEN℃," a cafe where visitors can enjoy the unique experiences of the park; "Park Lawson Senri Store," a mini-shop; and "LABO," a community space. As part of our collaborative efforts with local residents, we held and managed events such as "Find Colors, Create Colors" and "Paint the Entire Building," using colors found within the park to decorate the exterior walls of the LABO building, creating unique value that can only be found here.

This project involved the renovation of the Morioka City Library, including seismic retrofitting. After being closed for approximately two and a half years, it reopened on April 2, 2024. The library's concept is "A library where knowledge circulates and people and the city grow freely." Like the ecosystem of Takamatsu Pond that spreads out before it, the library aims to be a place where Morioka's knowledge and people naturally gather, connect, and circulate back into the community. Our company was responsible for the planning, design, production, and construction of the facility's interior space, as well as the visual identity, including the logo.

"SOSiLA" is a new logistics facility brand that connects people and society. Its themes are efficiency, ecology, safety and business continuity planning (BCP), and amenity. The Narashino Akanehama Building 2 was the brand's first renovation project. Our company was responsible for everything from concept development to the design and construction of the approach, vestibule, and elevator hall.

This project involved the renewal of Asakusa Station on the Tobu Skytree Line and Tobu Nikko Station on the Tobu Nikko Line, coinciding with the launch of Tobu Railway's new limited express train, the Spacia X. The project's concept was "connecting," aiming to create a sense of continuity in the space from before boarding the Spacia X to after disembarking. Furthermore, the concept of "connecting" encompasses several meanings, including "connecting to a journey to Nikko," "connecting the old and new station concept design," "connecting the history and culture of the areas along the line to the future," and "connecting the skills and thoughts of the creators to the users." As a station concept design that embodies "connecting," the project actively utilized materials from Tochigi Prefecture and incorporated motifs derived from Nikko's nature, history, and culture, aiming to promote "environmental conservation" and "cultural dissemination" of the areas along the line as new initiatives for Tobu Railway. In addition, to convey these efforts, our company was in charge of concept design graphic posters on the theme of "connecting," which were displays inside Asakusa Station and Tobu Nikko Station.

This is a renovation project for The Mana Village, a hotel located at the tip of Cape Ashizuri in Kochi Prefecture. The project began in 2020 to transform the former Ashizuri Pacific Hotel into one of Asia's leading resort hotels, The Mana Village. This project involved renovating three new types of guest rooms and an open-air bath. The young hotel staff and designers created the new rooms with a playful concept that was not seen in The Mana Village before, with the desire to "create fun memories for guests." This is an ongoing project that will increase expectations by sharing the hotel's transformation with guests.

In order to contribute to the promotion of SDGs in Higashiyodogawa Ward, Osaka Prefecture, and to create a space where visitors can feel relaxed and comfortable, Higashiyodogawa Ward Office has renovated the waiting areas on the first and second floors with wood. The renovation concept is "Treeful." This is a coined word that means "full" with trees (tree), and conveys the message that just as a wide variety of trees gather together to create a rich, strong, and sustainable mountain, the diversity of the people living in this city creates a rich society. By incorporating a wealth of wood from Osaka Prefecture into areas of Higashiyodogawa Ward Office that are visible to many users, and with the cooperation of ward residents through workshops, a space filled with the diverse charms of wood, "Treeful," was born. *This project was implemented using the "Forest Environment Grant Tax."

Caretta Shiodome is a commercial complex that houses a variety of restaurants and shops, as well as cultural facilities such as the Shiki Theatre Company's permanent theater, Dentsu Shiki Theatre Umi, and the Japanese advertising museum, Ad Museum Tokyo. To mark the 20th anniversary of its opening in 2022, the Kame no Hiroba (Turtle Square) located in the center of the block, the facade of the facility's main entrance, and the rest spaces within the building have been renovated.

We were in charge of the renovation of Crossdine, a popular all-day dining restaurant with a buffet located inside Hotel Metropolitan. While maintaining its main concept since its opening, "Cross over dining," an international culinary crossroads by expert chefs specializing in Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, we adopted a new concept design concept, "CASA VALLEY," meaning a house with a large roof. The lively open kitchen has been enhanced as a "show kitchen," and the space has been reborn as an open, modern living and dining area with a large roof, centered around the kitchen. The imposing pillars supporting the high ceilings give off a calm, woody warmth. Pendant lights, chandeliers, and brackets hanging from the ceiling emit a warm light, creating a comfortable atmosphere like a home that always welcomes you. To ensure that customers with different purposes and group sizes can comfortably use the space, we have composed it into three styles: DINING AREA, SALON STYLE AREA, and GARDEN LIVING AREA.

This is a value-enhancing renovation project for a 20-story office building completed in 1990 that is directly connected to the second floor deck of Shin-Urayasu Station. The areas to be renovated include the 2nd floor external facade that serves as the entrance to the building, the 2nd floor entrance, and the common area on the standard floor including the restrooms. We have created a good space.

This is a value-enhancing renovation project for a 16-story office building completed in 1988, located in the Nishi-Shinjuku area, a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The renovations cover the exterior facade on the first floor, landscaping, the first-floor entrance, and the common areas on the standard floors, including the restrooms. The overall concept design concept is "Qualité," which means quality in French.

For the renewal of "Spa World Hotel & Resort" (formerly known as "Spa World World's Great Hot Springs"), which celebrated its 25th anniversary, our company was responsible for design supervision and production of the pool and the design and construction of the lobby. concept design concept is to create a new facility that combines the entertainment elements that are the charm of both Shinsekai, a tourist spot in Osaka, and Spa World, with the elements of a high-quality hotel and resort. The pool area is themed as "an adult spa where you can be healed with water and light," and we also handled the content creation for the highlight 3D screen, as well as the infinity pool facing Tsutenkaku Tower. The main building lobby has a different theme on each floor, creating a space where you can enjoy a different world on each floor.

BLUE NOTE PLACE is a new type of restaurant that harmonizes with the Ebisu neighborhood, a place where people with diverse values and lifestyles gather, by fusing food, music, and culture. It proposes a style of casually enjoying high-quality live music and DJ sets along with meals. The interior luxuriously utilizes a two-story atrium space and is equipped with spaces to accommodate various occasions, including a dining area, bar, lounge, private rooms, and a terrace. While primarily operating as a dining bar, it offers a seamless integration of food and music, allowing customers to enjoy live music and DJ sets more casually with a table charge. Our company was in charge of design, layout.

Initially, Akikusa Gakuen approached us with a request for seismic retrofitting work on their gymnasium. Along with the seismic retrofitting and the renewal of the gymnasium's facade and interiors, they requested that the passageway connecting the school building and the gymnasium be transformed from a "damp and dark atmosphere to a bright and clean passageway. They also wanted a space that the school could leave for future generations." This led to our design project to concept design a passageway space that expresses the identity of Akikusa Gakuen. The most important aspect of this project was creating a space that people would continue to cherish. Therefore, we created the origin of concept design in a workshop with students, and worked on a "concept design of the process" to foster affection and ensure its continuation. Students were asked to bring in photographs that expressed "Akikusa-ness," and we extracted the feelings embedded in them, which were then verbalized in the form of "#〇〇," and elevated into concept design that was incorporated into the passageway. We encouraged students to internalize concept design as something personal to them and spread it to those around them, so that the "Akikusa style" would be passed down through generations and people would continue to interact with the space with affection.

This is a renovation project for guest rooms, a bar, and a façade of a ryokan located in the western part of the Izu Peninsula in Shizuoka Prefecture. It has been reopened as "Atara Night Nishiizu", which is derived from the Manyoshu poem "A wonderful night that is regrettable to end". In terms of guest rooms, we have five suites and one concept room for groups and families. On the first floor, we were in charge of the renovation of the bar, the design of the façade, and the live kitchen.

This is a renovation project of the hotel "TheMana Village" located at the tip of Ashizuri Cape in Kochi Prefecture. Starting in 2020, the former Ashizuri Pacific Hotel will be reborn as a new “TheMana Village”. In the 2022 project, 5 new types of guest rooms and the Italian restaurant "Assurrissimo" in the facility have been expanded. Some of the new guest rooms are twin-type rooms with a large space of 96 square meters, equipped with a private sauna, water bath, open-air bath, and a special room with a fireplace in the room. Aiming to be one of the best resort hotels in Asia, this renovation project aims to provide a special accommodation experience. , is an ongoing project leading to the next renovation.
