JR関内駅前の「BASEGATE横浜関内」内に、旧横浜市庁舎行政棟をレガシーホテルとして活用した「OMO7横浜 by 星野リゾート」が開業しました。「ハマイズム」を施設コンセプトとする当ホテル1階OMOベースに設けられた、横浜の文化と歴史を紹介する展示「ハマイズムコレクション」において、横浜市都市整備局様・横浜市ふるさと歴史財団様ご協力のもと、当社は企画・基本構想、デザイン・設計、制作、施工を担当しました。横浜に息づく、本物を愛し古いものを大切にする精神「ハマイズム」。本プロジェクトでは多彩な横浜文化から建築の深い記憶へと至る体験のグラデーションとしてデザインしました。展示の入り口には、ナポリタンやアイスクリンの遊び心あふれる模型に加え、鉄道、ガス灯、ハマトラ（横浜トラディショナル）といった横浜発祥の文化を象徴的に配置しました。キャッチーな仕掛けで好奇心を刺激し、視線をその奥へと誘います。さらに「Not Scrap & Build」（※）を体現する野毛都橋商店街などの展示を経て、物語は名建築家・村野藤吾氏へのリスペクトを込めた世界へと展開します。旧横浜市庁舎から受け継いだ泰山タイルや真鍮のドア取手を、生きたピースとして再編しました。什器設計においては、照明計画を徹底し、建築のトーンに馴染ませながら各展示物が最も美しく浮かび上がるよう緻密に設計しています。 ※Not Scrap & Build：古い建物を壊して新しく建て替える「Scrap & Build（スクラップ・アンド・ビルド）」ではなく、既存の建築を活かしながら保存、活用するという考え方 

"LDK AOSHIMA" is a restaurant located within AOSHIMA BEACH VILLAGE, which also houses "NOT A HOTEL AOSHIMA," a villa that can be converted into a hotel in Aoshima, Miyazaki Prefecture. Designed by General concept design Shin Ohori, the restaurant utilizes the modernity of the existing building while incorporating a vibrant color palette and tropical materials to reinterpret the image of Aoshima in the mid-20th century in a modern way, concept design a restaurant that feels dense and lively.

OSAKA INNOVATION HUB (OIH) was established in 2013 as a global innovation hub that attracts talent, information, and capital from both Japan and abroad, creating an environment where innovation can be fostered and driving the development of Osaka and the Kansai region. This time, in order to create an environment in which startups and the ecosystem that supports them can grow, the facility has been renovated with the concepts of "gathering," "connecting," and "growing," and in order to expand the facility area and enhance functions to promote interaction and strengthen support for startups, our company was in charge of design, layout, signage and graphic concept design, environmental features, building execution, and exhibit execution.

Since its opening in 1990, the Kagoshima City Science Museum has aimed to foster scientific creativity and improve scientific knowledge by introducing the laws of nature, science and technology, and space in an easy-to-understand manner. In this project, two displays areas have been renovated and renamed "Kagoshima and Space" and "Science in Everyday Life." Aiming to be a science museum rooted in the local community, unique to a regional city, the museum has incorporated many elements that are highly compatible with the region, such as displays that take advantage of Kagoshima's characteristics as it is home to a JAXA rocket launch site, and interactive devices featuring graphics of the local specialty, Sakurajima radish. In order to lower the barrier to entry for science and create a place where curiosity and a spirit of inquiry are naturally fostered, the museum has incorporated many digital technologies as well as analog displays. In "Gravity Challenge," one of the main displays, a character that reflects the movements of visitors appears on a screen and performs track and field events on various planets, creating a highly game-like content in which visitors can experience and learn about the differences in gravity on each planet. Furthermore, we developed an official app linked to displays, introducing a system that allows visitors to acquire over 100 different items online through quizzes and AR experiences. This improved visitor engagement and created an experience that encourages repeat visits, while also strengthening ties with the local community by standardizing its implementation on educational devices distributed throughout the city.

This flagship store translates YOKO CHAN's aesthetic of stripping away ornamentation to highlight the inner self and body of the wearer into a tangible space. Located a step away from the hustle and bustle of Roppongi, it aims to be a tranquil space where visitors can be freed from the noise of information and confront their own bodies and senses. In addition to sculptural forms and soft, curved plaster walls, the designer personally visited the production areas to find veneer and chunks of cedar root that had long been stored in warehouses, which were used as symbolic fixtures. The flowing curves drawn from the stone and wood grains are derived from the inner beauty of women that the brand cherishes.

Located directly above Komazawa University Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line, at the corner where National Route 246 and Jiyu-dori intersect, this is the area's first commercial facility project, serving as a gateway to Komazawa Park. We created a community-driven, street-level space that embodies the rural atmosphere characteristic of Komazawa, a truly local Tokyo area, fostering a new neighborhood place rooted in the community. For this first commercial facility development in the Komazawa area, we provided project management support for all aspects of the development, including facility concept, floor merchandising planning, tenant leasing, and opening preparation support.

To showcase Fujitsu's latest technologies to visitors, we planned an entrance space that combines the functions of displays and a lounge. concept design aims not only to displays cutting-edge technologies but also to create an immersive experience where visitors can feel like they are stepping into the information itself.

Head Office project is part of Head Office headquarters office planning project for Kasumigaseki Capital, following the 22nd floor, which houses both work and visitor areas, and the 34th floor, which contains work areas for new departments resulting from business expansion and group companies. The 27th floor, with its approximately 2,000 square meter private space, is comprised of two areas: a work area and a co-working area. The 28th floor, on the other hand, is a space that conveys Kasumigaseki Capital's continuous growth and change through spatial experience. Information never becomes outdated; it is constantly updated and reflects the present. While creating a tranquil and high-quality calm, the space begins to move gently as if breathing through changes in light, video, and materials. This space is a "living space" that reflects the unstoppable dynamism of the company, and is a place where visitors can encounter new discoveries and values with each visit. Our company was in charge of design, layout, signage and graphic concept design, environmental features, content design, production, and construction.

This project involved the renovation of Daiko Electric Co., Ltd.'s Head Office office (5th and 6th floors). For this Head Office office function refresh in approximately 20 years, our Tokyo and Osaka team members collaborated to clarify the current situation and challenges through interviews, site visits, and workshops regarding management strategy, future work styles, and corporate culture, thereby defining the ideal workplace. We also collaborated with Daiko Electric's lighting design team, TACT, to develop a space centered on lighting proposals. Our aim was to create a space where each employee can engage with "light," experience its value, and discuss it.

This project involves the repair and restoration of the world's only surviving German-made B6 steam locomotive, housed at the FUJI Nagoya Science Museum, and the development of a "Railway Plaza" where three railway vehicles, including an old-style passenger car, will be displays outdoors. Aiming to create a place where visitors can experience the dynamic power of a 1904-manufactured steam locomotive in operation and learn about the principles of science and technology and the history of manufacturing, this project spanned over 10 years, with our company handling everything from the locomotive's restoration survey to the conceptual planning, design, and construction. In addition to the repair, restoration, and long-distance transportation of the vehicles, we also incorporated design administration for the outdoor displays facilities and presentation techniques that link to the dynamic displays of the B6 locomotive using transparent LED panels.
