Located on the first floor of the "YKK AP30 Building," which was built to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the founding of YKK AP, the Philosophy Hall is a place where you can experience the philosophy and history of YKK AP. While incorporating elements that are characteristic of YKK AP, such as aluminum, glass, curtains, and light, the communication style of the company culture, "sitting in a circle, talking, and providing hospitality," was incorporated and visualized in the spatial composition. In displays, we used symbolic displays techniques reminiscent of aluminum extrusion technology, contrasts of light and shadow, and immersive video production to convey the philosophy and the commitment and thoughts that have been put into the products through everything that can be touched and seen. Rather than a one-way information transmission, we appealed to emotions by expressing it in an artistic displays method that embodies the philosophy of "Architectural Products," which combines technology and beauty, and concept design the information as a medium that would allow employees to speak in their own words and deepen understanding and relationships with business partners. We aimed to create a place where all visitors could experience YKK AP's philosophy, empathize with its thoughts and values, and build trusting relationships as partners.

This is a social experiment project to observe how people spend time in outdoor spaces at Nakadori, Marunouchi, Tokyo, and to consider the future of roadways and sidewalks. In the summer of 2024, we tried to gently define the way people gather by manipulating the shape, and to explore comfort. The concept is "i-ma-i." We gave shape to the furniture through geometric manipulation, such as a square movable block bench, a long big table with gradually changing face-to-face distances, a round bench that combines concentration and diffusion, and a bollard-utilizing bench that combines the roadway and sidewalk with handrails, and wrapped it in a way that resonates with the materials of the surrounding environment. Because it is an eventful product, variables need to be taken into account before it can be made permanent, but we were able to demonstrate a new way of gathering. Our company was in charge of an antique watch specialty store with a repair workshop facing Nakadori Street in Marunouchi. Antique watches have been passed down over time, with the memories and stories of their owners hidden inside them. They hold the memories of bygone eras, but at the same time, they also tell stories for the future as they mark new times. concept design theme of CARESE Marunouchi is to visualize this invisible "time". The color of the brass foil on the wall is gradually changed, and the brass's changing appearance over the years is superimposed on the transition of antique watches over time. In addition, stone is used for the fixtures in the center to express the process of being polished from its rough natural appearance, and its rich expression also gives the space a sense of "time". We aim to create a store that will be deeply engraved in the memories of visitors in the sophisticated streets of Marunouchi.

"Shibuya Sakura Stage" is a project that will complete the urban infrastructure of the Shibuya Station area as part of the redevelopment of the area around Shibuya Station, which is said to occur once in a century, and will create a new, next-generation landmark that will inherit the culture of the Shibuya Sakuragaoka area and serve as a base for communication. We are in charge of design, layout, and construction of the commercial environment in Tokyu Real Estate's exclusive area, as well as the spatial design, layout, and hardware construction of the low-rise "INTER-SQUARE" and "Sakura CHORUS".

The tenant areas located on the lower floors of Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, which was built as a complex entertainment facility, were concept design as an integrated space with no boundaries between the common functions and the tenant areas, in an open plan that seamlessly connects to Cinecity Plaza. concept design concept is MOVE. In the center of the atrium space is a stage for nurturing young creators, where the creators emerge above the infinitely reflected flowing light. In the atrium between the floors, a video is played that wraps around the audience, reflecting on the ceiling surface to create a sense of rising. The flowing light is directly connected to the escalator wall, inviting visitors to the upper floors. The entire facility is open, and by moving freely around, various scenes unfold, creating a unique spatial experience. This project aims to add a new side to the Shinjuku Kabukicho area, creating a more generous town that accepts all kinds of individuality.

Kyoto Prefectural Botanical Garden opened in 1924 as Japan's first public botanical garden, and will celebrate its 100th anniversary on January 1, 2024. To mark the 100th anniversary, the garden has developed a new acorn forest area called "Dongreen Lab" in the garden. The area is a 3,000 square meter area in the center of the garden, where more than 10 types of acorn trees, including konara oak and sawtooth oak, are collected from all over the world. The garden has a bear-shaped "acorn post" that allows children to actually pick up acorns and feel their shape and smell, and a "highlight caption" that allows children to feel the diversity of acorns, allowing them to learn about the ecosystem while touching various types of acorns. The collected acorns will also be used in workshops within the garden and as gifts for the bears at Kyoto City Zoo.

This is a museum that conveys the history of transportation in Sapporo. We aimed to create a facility that allows visitors to "learn, experience, and enjoy" the history of Sapporo's transportation, which has changed in various ways in line with social changes, from horse-drawn railways, trams, buses, and subways. We displays and constructed a memorable experience for visitors through displays and information displays that stimulate various senses, such as displays displays allow visitors to observe real materials, listen to the sounds of Sapporo's transportation, displays a subway model, and become a subway employee. We construction a promotion system with our Hokkaido branch office and a head office planner who specializes in museums, and were able to balance swift business promotion with customers by taking advantage of the geographical advantage, with concept design of information explanations and experiences appropriate for a public transportation museum.

The largest facility in Yokohama's Izumi Ward, this large-scale commercial complex was built within the 24-hectare Izumi Yumegaoka District Land Readjustment Project. It is an interactive commercial facility that takes advantage of the abundant natural and agricultural resources of the Yumegaoka area, offering a variety of experiences such as food, activities, and education and culture. The first floor is a floor that connects customers with the local community through food experiences, the second floor is a floor focused on fashion and lifestyle, and the third floor will have a food court and a large cinema complex. In addition, the facility aims to become a hub for the local community, and has created an exchange space that meets a wide range of needs. On the rooftop, there is a plaza called "Sonyan Park" with play equipment based on the Sagami Railway character "Sonyan," and a place where customers of child-rearing age can interact with each other. It is not just a place to shop, but also a place to create new value as an experiential exchange hub that makes use of local resources.

We want people to enjoy the process of building a house by "seeing, touching," "talking," and "experiencing" it, just like building a piece of work. We were in charge of design, layout, production, and interiors construction of the experiential housing showroom that was born from that idea. The four-story "AI-STUDIO-SAPPORO" built in Sapporo, Hokkaido, has an attractive and highly functional plan that takes advantage of the multi-story structure, and the actual displays of the split-level floor that makes use of the high ceiling expresses the richness of the space by showing four scenes in succession. The material corner provides hints for building a house and expresses the uniqueness and ingenuity of Ai Construction's spatial proposals, making it a showroom where customers can build their homes with a fun and positive feeling.

Built in 1973, the Okutadami Power Museum is a promotional facility for the Okutadami Dam (Electric Power Development Co., Ltd.), whose source is the Oze River. Located on a hill overlooking the dam, the museum's main target audience is tourists who come to explore Lake Okutadami and Oze, and groups of elementary school children. As the museum will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2023, it has reopened as a power museum that makes full use of digital technology. The exhibits include a corner where you can learn about the four seasons of Okutadami and the history of the construction of the dam and power plant, and a corner where you can experience the past and present with digitally remastered footage of the construction on a large screen and powerful drone footage, making it easier to learn about the Okutadami Dam, the mechanisms of hydroelectric power generation, and energy. You can also enjoy the Uonuma City Interaction Corner, displays displays materials used in the Japan Academy Award-winning film "Whiteout," and a trick art corner of Otori Dam, known as the "phantom dam" because it is off-limits, where you can take immersive photos.
