Central Square Yebisu Garden Place

The Mitsukoshi Ebisu store, which was operating in the commercial building of Yebisu Garden Place, closed its doors and was reborn as the new name "Center Plaza".
Prior to the grand opening in the fall of 2022, the “Foodies Garden” was launched on the B2 floor, and the flagship store “Central Square Ebisu Garden Place Store” opened on the corner.
We supported everything from leasing leading up to the opening of Foody's Garden, store concept design, interiors construction, and production of product display fixtures.

Towards the opening of the flagship store Central Square, Life Corporation Co., Ltd. wanted to create an even more attractive store than ever by following the Central Square brand while incorporating the essence of Ebisu, where the store is located. I received your request.


【solution】
Inspired by Ebisu's historical motifs, the beer factory and station building, the brick wall was incorporated into the store façade concept design, making use of materials reminiscent of Ebisu's history to create a dignified façade concept design that befits the flagship store. bottom.
For the interior concept design of the store, we used the graphic and sign concept design formats used in Central Square, following the image of Central Square to create a store that is unique to Ebisu and the VI of Central Square. (*) achieved a fusion with
