This is a renovation project for The Mana Village, a hotel located at the tip of Cape Ashizuri in Kochi Prefecture. The project began in 2020 to transform the former Ashizuri Pacific Hotel into one of Asia's leading resort hotels, The Mana Village. This project involved renovating three new types of guest rooms and an open-air bath. The young hotel staff and designers created the new rooms with a playful concept that was not seen in The Mana Village before, with the desire to "create fun memories for guests." This is an ongoing project that will increase expectations by sharing the hotel's transformation with guests.

This is a senior residence project aimed at active seniors in the "HARUMI FLAG" area, a new town created as a result of large-scale urban development. We assisted from the basic concept stage and were in charge of planning the common areas. The nearby Harumi Pier is a special place visited by ships from all over the world, as it is the gateway to Tokyo's ocean, and is a place where luxury cruise ships from Japan and overseas call. Inspired by the characteristics of this area, we concept design a space with a cruise ship image for "Home Clair", a cultural school opened within this property. The space used for the cultural school, called "Clair Hall", was inspired by the diverse cultures brought by ships from all over the world, and we created mechanisms to serve as a starting point for activities through "culture", such as a culture wall hung with records from multiple generations and cultures and a movable stage that can accommodate various activities. The lounge for residents, called "Clair Lounge", is a special space where residents can relax while enjoying board games and light meals by conceptually incorporating the Art Deco concept design used in the 1920s, when cruise ship voyages were popular.

This is the first urban condominium of "NOT A HOTEL", a villa that can be purchased from 10 nights a year. We were in charge of the interior concept concept design and master plan. Overall supervision was by Kundo Koyama, and the concept was to enjoy "the blank space in life", with eight types of spacious rooms, all over 100 square meters and with a balcony. Each room has a unified yet different concept and concept design.

We were in charge of renovating Cross Dine, an all-day dining restaurant with a popular buffet in the Hotel Metropolitan. While maintaining the main concept since its opening, "Cross over dining," an international food crossroads by specialized chefs of Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisine, we adopted a new concept design concept of "CASA VALLEY," which means a house with a large roof. The lively open kitchen has been upgraded as a "show kitchen," and the restaurant has been reborn as an open modern living and dining room with a large roof, with the kitchen at its center. The imposing pillars supporting the high ceiling give off a calm, woody warmth. The pendant lights, chandeliers and brackets hanging from the ceiling emit warm light, creating a comfortable atmosphere like a home that always welcomes you. In order to allow customers with different purposes and numbers to use the space comfortably, we have created three styles: DINING AREA, SALON STYLE AREA, and GARDEN LIVING AREA.

This is a project to convert the former Horibe family residence, a former cotton wholesaler, into a work facility located in Yorozumachi Arcade, the central urban area of Shimabara City, Nagasaki Prefecture. Shimabara City is a "city of water" that has been designated as one of Japan's top 100 waters, and the abundant spring water from the Unzen Mountains that flows throughout the city is essential to the lives of its citizens. The former Horibe family residence, built in 1848, draws this spring water into its grounds, giving the building a unique atmosphere where you can hear the quiet sound of water in the garden and indoors. The design policy is to take advantage of the building's characteristics, which are familiar to local citizens, and its location in the city center, to become a "town front" for Shimabara citizens, businessmen, tourists, and everyone, and to revitalize the city center. We aimed to create a facility that would contribute to the promotion of multi-generational citizen exchange.

HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel is a lifestyle hotel with 538 rooms located on the 18th, 20th to 38th floors of Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, which stands on the former site of Shinjuku TOKYU MILANO, a symbol of the culture of Shinjuku Kabukicho and a city that supported people's leisure time along with Japan's economic growth. concept design concept is a hotel that is "connected to the city," and while incorporating the characteristics, history and culture of Kabukicho, a city with a deep tolerance for all individuality, it has created a hybrid space that is both future-oriented and references the era (mid-century) of 1956, when Shinjuku Tokyu Bunka Kaikan, the predecessor of Shinjuku TOKYU MILANO, was built. The theme of the guest rooms is "APARTMENT ROOM." The guest rooms are designed to be a place where all individuality can live and lead the culture of the new city, and are designed based on the concept design language of the mid-century, with artificial light and textures to create a new residential space. In contrast, JAM17 DINING & BAR has a variety of "CULTURE SOCIETY CLUB" themes. It is positioned as a basement floor for the town, sprinkled with pieces of history and culture, as a place of exchange that will be a base for new culture through various communications and expressions. All flows from the dining, bar, and lobby to the guest rooms are connected to the town, proposing a new way of experiencing accommodation where you can enjoy various scenes unfolding like a movie.

For the renewal of "Spa World Hotel & Resort" (formerly known as Spa World: The World's Great Hot Springs) in celebration of its 25th anniversary, we were in charge of design supervision the design and construction of the pool, as well as designing and constructing the lobby. concept design concept is a new facility that combines the entertainment elements that are the appeal of both Shinsekai and Spa World, two tourist spots in Osaka, with the elements of a high-quality hotel and resort. The pool area has a theme of "An adult SPA where you can relax with water and light," and we were also involved in creating content for the 3D screen, which is the highlight of the project. Each floor of the main lobby has a different theme, allowing you to enjoy a different world on each floor.

This is a large-scale renovation project for the 25th anniversary of the opening of Anniversaire Omotesando. We were in charge of the complete renovation of the chapel, cafe, salon, banquet hall (3 floors), and flower shop. The building was reborn as a lively new "anniversaire hall" rather than just a wedding hall. Based on the concept of "creating a new road in Omotesando", we created a space where the bride and groom walk along this road after the wedding ceremony, and where customers can experience the happy atmosphere unique to Anniversaire on a more everyday basis, and where various moments can be created by customers. In addition, each newly renovated floor has its own unique characteristics, and by expanding the options for each customer, the fun that comes from it can be expressed more freely, realizing a space that can be used not only as a wedding hall but also for various occasions. In addition, concept design of "tying and connecting" is hidden throughout each floor, expressing the spatiality of an "anniversaire hall".

Set in Azabudai Hills, which has a "Modern Urban Village" concept based on the two pillars of Green & Wellness, Mori Building and Keio University have joined forces to create a preventive medicine center that will be a hub for innovation and aim to realize next-generation preventive medicine. The center has expanded and relocated from the university hospital in Shinanomachi to two floors on the 5th and 6th floors of Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower. The 5th floor will offer a personalized check-up where patients can order a test menu according to their wishes, and the 6th floor will offer a newly opened membership-based medical service called "Preventive Medicine Membership." AND was responsible for concept design of the common areas on the 5th and 6th floors, excluding the examination rooms.

In March 2023, Hokkaido Ballpark F Village was born, an area including the new stadium of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters. It is a completely new creative community space that aims to create a town with next-generation live entertainment that coexists with nature, wellness solutions that nurture the mind and body, and active cultural exchange within a vast site area of approximately 32 hectares. NOMURA pooled all its resources under the theme of "creating a new spectator experience that no one has ever experienced before," and was responsible for the planning, design, layout, production, and displays construction of multiple areas. In the main stadium, "ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO," we created spaces including the "BALCONY SUITE" in the premium area, the "docomo CLUB LOUNGE" and "Panasonic CLUB LOUNGE" on both wings that combine sand-covered seats and dining, the unique "tower eleven hotel" with a panoramic view of the field from the guest rooms, and the world's first "tower eleven onsen & sauna" that pumps hot spring water. As mentioned above, the landmark "TOWER 11" located behind the left field of the new stadium is equipped with facilities such as the world's first onsen and sauna in a stadium, the first hotel in a stadium with a panoramic view of the field in Japan, and a museum, making it an innovative stadium that can be enjoyed all year round. For example, the world's first "onsen and sauna in a stadium with a panoramic view of the field" has 24 "Totonoe Terrace Seats" in the semi-outdoor swimsuit wearing zone, and you can watch the game from the sauna room and bathtub. Together with professional sauna user "TTNE Totonoe Oyakata" Matsuo Dai, we created a new and unprecedented style of watching games. As for "Hokkaido Ballpark F Village" as a whole, in addition to planning the entire outdoor area, we are also creating a welcome monument. We will continue to contribute to the "co-creation space" that the team aims to create, together with fans, partners, and local residents, which will lead to the revitalization of the local community and contribution to society.

The premium area "BALCONY SUITE" located behind the back net of "ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO" is a suite room with a terrace that overlooks the entire field. Guests are welcomed by a lounge space that gives an impression of Hokkaido's dynamism and vast nature, with a view of the field in the background, and allows them to experience the textures of materials such as Hokkaido wood and craft-like bronze on a human scale. In addition, on the terrace space that is integrated with the field, you can enjoy watching the game in your own way, offering a new style of watching games that can only be experienced here.

This is the premium area on the first base side of the new stadium "ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO" in "Hokkaido Ballpark F Village". It consists of an indoor area with reserved outdoor seating facing the field and a buffet-style restaurant. As it is located on the first base side, Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters fans will be pleased with the concept of ``BACK STAGE LOUNGE'', which recreates the atmosphere of the lounge that has been used by the team's players for a long time.

This is the premium area on the 3rd base side of the new stadium "ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO" in "Hokkaido Ballpark F Village". It is a premium space with a buffet-style restaurant and reserved outdoor seating located next to the 3rd base bench. With the concept of ``DOG OUTDOOR CLUB,'' which connects the outdoors with the atmosphere, you can enjoy meals made with plenty of Hokkaido ingredients in a world view surrounded by wood and greenery.

This is a hotel and hot spring facility located within "TOWER 11", a complex within the stadium of "ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO", the new baseball stadium that will be the home of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters.
