BLUE NOTE PLACE

BLUE NOTE PLACE is a new type of restaurant that harmonizes with the Ebisu area, a place where people with diverse values and lifestyles gather, and offers a dining experience that blends food, music, and culture, allowing customers to casually enjoy high-quality live music and DJ sets along with their meals.
The restaurant's spacious two-story design, featuring a luxurious open-plan interior, dining area, bar, lounge, private rooms, and terrace, offering a variety of spaces to accommodate different occasions. While primarily a dining and bar, it also offers a table charge (seating fee) that allows guests to more casually enjoy live music and DJ sets, creating a seamless blend of food and music.
Our company was responsible for design, layout.

Through the renovation, we used elements of the original architecture to meet the wishes of ``creating a space where the streets and stores can be connected through music by opening the windows'' and ``we want to make Ebisu a city where you can hear wonderful music.'' In addition to BLUE NOTE's traditional live performance and meal experience, we needed to create a plan that envisioned a variety of settings, including lunch, an open cafe, a bar, and a lounge.

Since the tenant was in the building when it first opened, we first conducted a detailed structural study, cut the beams, and created a new atrium in the center of the store. Furthermore, by arranging the stage facing the main street, we have created a three-dimensional spatial structure that allows you to view the stage from 360 degrees.
While making the most of the brick building, we are also environmentally friendly by reusing scrap scaffolding boards. In addition, by reusing parts such as unused musical instrument strings and guitar shield jacks and pegs to create custom lighting such as pendant lights, we have created custom-made lighting such as pendant lights that retain the charm of the original building while creating the atmosphere of BLUE NOTE. We aimed for a new space with a sense of style.
