Prime Tower Shin-Urayasu renovation

This is a value-enhancing renovation project for a 20-story office building completed in 1990 that is directly connected to the second floor deck of Shin-Urayasu Station.
The areas to be renovated include the 2nd floor external facade that serves as the entrance to the building, the 2nd floor entrance, and the common area on the standard floor including the restrooms. We have created a good space.

Because the property is located a little far from the city center, the challenge was to improve the satisfaction level of tenants who are rooted in the local area and lead to continued leasing.

By using bright and warm materials in combination with newly incorporated elements, concept design aims to create a comfortable space that appeals to a wide range of age groups.
Furthermore, by creating contrast through color tones, material composition, and lighting plans, while leveraging the existing economies of scale, we have transformed the office building into one with a sense of "dignity."
