HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU , A PARKROYAL Hotel / JAM17 DINING & BAR

HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel / JAM17 DINING & BAR

HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel is located on the 18th and 20th-38th floors of Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, which stands on the site of Shinjuku TOKYU MILANO, which symbolizes the culture of Shinjuku Kabukicho and supported people's leisure along with Japan's economic growth. A lifestyle hotel with 538 rooms located in . Shinjuku Tokyu Bunka Kaikan, the predecessor of Shinjuku TOKYU MILANO, was built in 1956, with concept design concept of a hotel that "connects with the town" and incorporating the characteristics, history and culture of Kabukicho, a town with deep pockets that tolerates all individuality. We have created a hybrid space that references the era (mid-century), while at the same time being future-oriented. The theme of the guest rooms is "APARTMENT ROOM". The guest rooms are designed to be a new living space with artificial light and textures, based on a mid-century concept design language, with the desire for each guest room to be inhabited by all kinds of individuality and to drive the new culture of the city. Masu. On the other hand, JAM17 DINING & BAR has a variety of "CULTURE SOCIETY CLUB" themes. We have positioned it as the basement floor of the city, studded with pieces of history and culture, and as a place of exchange and a base for disseminating new culture through a variety of communication and expression. We are proposing a new type of lodging experience where everything from the dining room, bar, and lobby to the guest rooms is connected to the city, allowing you to enjoy the various scenes unfolding like a movie.

Hokkaido Ballpark F Village ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO

Hokkaido Ballpark F Village ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO

In March 2023, "Hokkaido Ball Park F Village" was opened, an area that includes the new stadium of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters. Located on a vast site of approximately 32 hectares, it is a completely new creative community space that aims to create a community that coexists with nature, offering next-generation live entertainment, wellness solutions that nurture the mind and body, and active cultural exchange. NOMURA was in charge of planning, design, layout, production, and displays construction for multiple areas, concentrating all of its efforts under the theme of "creating a new viewing experience that no one has ever experienced." At the main stadium, ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO, there is a ``BALCONY SUITE'' in the premium area, ``docomo CLUB LOUNGE'' and ``Panasonic CLUB LOUNGE'' in both wings, which combine sand-covered seats and dining, and a panoramic view of the field from the guest rooms. We created spaces such as ``Tower Eleven Hotel,'' which is full of unique character, and ``Tower Eleven Onsen & Sauna,'' which is the world's first hot spring. As mentioned above, the landmark "TOWER 11" located behind left field of the new baseball stadium has facilities such as the world's first in-baseball hot spring and sauna, Japan's first in-baseball hotel with a panoramic view of the field, and a museum, which can be enjoyed all year round. It is an innovative stadium. For example, the world's first "natural hot spring and sauna inside a baseball stadium with a panoramic view of the field" has 24 "Totonoe Terrace Seats" in the semi-outdoor swimsuit zone, and you can watch the game from the sauna room and bathtub. Masu. Together with Dai Matsuo, also known as the professional sauna ``TTNE Totonoe Master'', we created a new style of watching games that has never been seen before. For Hokkaido Ballpark F Village as a whole, in addition to planning the entire outdoor area, we also create a welcome monument. We will continue to work with fans, partners, and local residents to contribute to the team's goal of creating a "co-creative space" that revitalizes local communities and contributes to society.

Hotel Amanek Shinjuku Kabukicho

Hotel Amanek Shinjuku Kabukicho

At Hotel Amanek Shinjuku Kabukicho, the 9th building under the Amanek brand, which is developed under the concept of "My hotel that connects travel and the city," we have built a lobby on the 1st floor of the common area and a restaurant on the 1st basement floor. I was in charge of everything from FF&E and concept design proposals to production for the guest rooms. When proposing concept design for this project, we considered the following three points as important: 1. Hotel concept Our hotel's keywords, ``My place'' and ``My place'' Based on the keywords ``relaxation'' and ``healing'', we have created a compact yet luxurious water area based on the concept of ``Cozy Comfort Hotel'' on the hardware side, creating a sense of freedom while creating comfort. With conscious common areas and zoning, we created a beautiful space that evokes the urban atmosphere unique to Shinjuku's Kabukicho location. In addition, in terms of concept design, based on the concept of "Design with Local Essence," we have sprinkled many essences such as the blessings of nature, cityscapes, familiar scenery, traditional crafts, the atmosphere of local industry, and the lifestyle unique to the Shinjuku area. Masu. Through these efforts, we have created a space where you can truly feel ``relaxation and healing'' while also giving a sense of the local character of Shinjuku Kabukicho, the center of the entertainment district. 2. Architectural exterior The exterior design is designed with high vertical slits in the windows and ribs on the exterior wall materials to create an exterior design that is appropriate for the height of the Shinjuku area, which is lined with high-rise buildings, aiming to create a sense of unity between the exterior and interior. The vertically extending lines express a modern design. 3. Hotel Situation in the Shinjuku Area Among the many business hotel chains, this area is home to unique hotels of all sizes, so we aim to differentiate ourselves from others while creating a relaxing space unique to Amanek. Based on the above three points, in order to explore the charm of this area, we will explore the charm of this area by unraveling the history of Shinjuku, and provide all domestic and international sightseeing and business travelers with the city of Shinjuku, travel, and above all, the comfortable space that can only be found at Hotel Amanek. Our goal was to be able to help you. In addition, as "Shinjuku Wa Relax," we have created a space that evokes the afterglow of the glittering Shinjuku while simultaneously providing a space where you can relax and soothe the fatigue of your travels. The lobby is a place where users must stop not only when checking in and checking out, but also when they go out during their stay or when they return to the hotel. The lobby is designed to be an easy-to-use space that suits the purpose of the user, such as meeting up or discussing where to go. I am.
