2025 World Expo Osaka Healthcare Pavilion Nest for Reborn

2025 World Expo Osaka Healthcare Pavilion Nest for Reborn

The "Osaka Healthcare Pavilion Nest for Reborn," a joint venture between Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City, the host cities of the Osaka-Kansai Expo, brings together industry, academia, government, and the private sector. As the lead company in displays joint venture, our company was responsible for everything from basic planning and schematic design to working drawings and construction. The basic concept was "displays that allows visitors to experience a life where future medicine and healthcare are integrated, and that will also serve as an experiment for future society, creating a legacy," which was expressed through the future of "healthcare," "cities," "food and culture," and "entertainment." In the main program, the "Reborn Experience Route," visitors can meet their future selves 25 years from now by measuring their health data in a "body measurement pod." Together with this future self, they can experience the future of healthcare and urban life envisioned by approximately 20 exhibiting companies, mainly from Osaka, and have the experience of being reborn as their future self. displays embodies our hope that it will serve as a catalyst for a "future society where life shines," showing that "people can be reborn" and "take a new step forward." [Features of the project] We were able to realize this by bringing together the aspirations of the general producer, advisors, exhibiting companies, and many other stakeholders, with the hope that it will serve as a catalyst for a "future society where life shines," showing that "people can be reborn" and "take a new step forward."

The Royal Park Canvas Sapporo Odori Park

The Royal Park Canvas Sapporo Odori Park

To provide guests with the hotel's concept of "experiencing Hokkaido," we planned the ultimate locally sourced hotel with sustainability in mind, while cherishing the culture and way of thinking that has been valued in this region. In the exterior, interiors, and structure, we not only used Hokkaido-produced wood, stone, and soil as building materials, but also aimed to use materials to the fullest extent by making furniture from leftover building materials. Furthermore, some of the furniture in the hotel lounge was made in Asahikawa, a town famous for its furniture, using Hokkaido-produced wood, and the regularly held market events are held in cooperation with local producers, creating connections between the hotel and the community in various ways, both in terms of soft and hard aspects. In the restaurant, we not only use Hokkaido-produced ingredients (agricultural products, seafood, dairy products, etc.), but also ingredients from producers whose faces we can see, and in the guest rooms, we have installed wooden speakers and record players in honor of Sapporo, the city of jazz, and have set up art with beautiful photographs of various parts of Hokkaido by five photographers, we have incorporated elements that allow guests to deeply experience Hokkaido through all five senses. Whether your destination is Sapporo or you're using it as a starting point, this hotel offers a unique and unforgettable experience in Sapporo, the gateway to Hokkaido.

Fujitsu Infinity Sports Square

Fujitsu Infinity Sports Square

Located on the first floor of the main building at the Kawasaki Plant, this facility combines Fujitsu Sports with a flexible communication space. Based on the concept of "a place where everyone with diverse values can gather on an equal footing and move forward positively towards their dreams," displays corner, featuring items related to various sports teams and athletes, as well as items that deepen understanding of parasports, is designed to be easily accessible for wheelchair users. Some of the display stands and benches use precious wood carefully cultivated at a children's independence support facility in Engaru Town, Hokkaido, which has strong ties to the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. An event space is also included, ensuring a space that can accommodate various workshops and events. [Social Issues/Customer Issues/Requests] We received a request to incorporate Fujitsu's new work style reform concept, "Work Life Shift," which focuses on the well-being of each individual and aims for autonomous work. [Solution] We proposed a cheerleading-led flexibility exercise class using the event space, providing an opportunity to improve employee well-being during lunchtime. [Customer Feedback] We were able to effectively convey the philosophy of the corporate sports room through the spatial design. It also serves as an effective communication platform and has been very well received. <Our Project Members> [Sales & Project Management] Yuya Ono [Planning, design, layout] Kei Tamura, Akane Yamaguchi, Junichi Ito [Signage & Graphic concept design] Akane Yamaguchi, Junichi Ito [Production & construction] Toshiaki Hatada

LOQUAT Villa SUGURO

LOQUAT Villa SUGURO

This project involves renovating an old farmhouse in the Kodohi district of Izu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, into a rental accommodation facility. This district was once a quiet area where a local magistrate resided, and the plan is to provide a stay that incorporates the surrounding environment, allowing guests to experience a slower pace of life that transcends time. The main house will be equipped with a kitchen and will offer services such as dinner by a visiting chef and alcohol service from a mobile bar. For interiors, local materials will be used, such as earthen walls made from local soil and a dining table made from locally sourced cherry wood, attempting to create a space using local materials, just as in the Edo period. [Social Issues/Client Issues/Requests] In order to make the most of the old farmhouse as a rental facility, the client requested an attractive spatial concept design that takes into account the characteristics of the site. [Solutions] While utilizing the charm of the existing building, the design incorporates a spatial configuration that maximizes the surrounding views and finishes that utilize local soil and other materials. <Our Project Members> [Sales & Project Management] Shinya Hiratsuka, Nobuyuki Yagi [Overall Supervision] Norio Koito [Planning] Saki Ninomiya [design, layout] Hirofumi Inoue ~Related Links~ [Press Releases] ・ NOMURA Co.,Ltd. MID POINT Musashi Kosugi

MID POINT Musashi Kosugi

This project involves "MID POINT Musashi Kosugi" (Nakahara-ku, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture), newly established in July 2020 by Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd., a member of the Daiwa House Group, as the third installment of their "MID POINT" rental office concept that realizes "living and working in close proximity." Our company was in charge of concept design, schematic design, working drawings, and construction. Located in "Kosugi 3rd Avenue," a multi-purpose complex just a 2-minute walk from Musashi Kosugi Station, it boasts an excellent location for both work and business meetings. In addition to the traditional workspace, the lounge also includes a kitchen equipped with tableware and cooking utensils, making it a space that can be used not only for purely business purposes but also for events held by contract holders. Furthermore, a cafe is attached, which is open to the community and can be used by people who do not have a contract with MID POINT. Our company also handled the following stores.・MID POINT Omori (Opened February 2022) ・MID POINT Shibuya Shinsen (Opened December 2021) ・MID POINT Kawasaki (Opened April 2021) ・MID POINT Meguro Fudomae (Opened November 2018) [Social Issues / Customer Issues / Requests] The request was to secure sufficient office space and rooms while also having a cafe on the first floor and a lounge space that is easy for contract holders to use. [Solution] By consolidating the kitchen and water facilities in the center of the first floor, we increased space efficiency while zoning to secure the maximum number of seats for the cafe and lounge. In addition, by making the kitchen a counter kitchen, concept design separates the cafe and office space while allowing the entire space to be seen. [Customer Feedback] As the third MID POINT location, they upgraded the existing location while also achieving an excellent balance in incorporating a cafe, which was a new initiative. Furthermore, despite the challenging floor plan, they adjusted the layout to ensure a comfortable living space while securing rental income. <Our Project Members> ・MID POINT Musashi-Kosugi [Sales/Project Management] Shima Keita [design, layout] Ni'i Hiroyuki, Miyane Sayaka [Production and construction] Hirano Kentaro [Planning and Operational Advice] Suzuki Saeko, Nomura Naoki ・MID POINT Omori [Sales/Project Management] Kobori Takashi, Shima Keita, Ichikura Mizuki [Planning] Sugimoto Taku [concept design Direction] Kashiwase Hisako, Eto Sayaka ・MID POINT Shibuya-Shinsen [Sales/Project Management] Kobori Takashi, Shima Keita, Ichikura Mizuki [Planning] Sugimoto Taku

Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Numazu "Koniwa House" "Komori La no Mori"

Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Numazu "Koniwa House" "Komori La no Mori"

"Koniwa House" is a place where babies, families, and friends can spend relaxing time together. The interior, which feels like stepping into a picture book, is a space where you can feel like you've come to a friend's house, with a diaper changing area, a nursing area, and a kitchen/living room where you can feed your baby milk or baby food. "Komorira no Mori" is a play area where babies, kids, and families can all spend time as they please with peace of mind. It is divided into an area where babies and their families can relax in peace, and an area with exciting play features for children who have started to move around actively. In the center of the spacious area, there is also a base camp corner where parents with children of different ages can keep an eye on everything. [Social Issues/Customer Issues/Requests] The request was to create a space for parents and children that goes a step further than the success of Lalaport Hiratsuka, so that people with children in Numazu City and Shizuoka Prefecture can not only shop but also enjoy a relaxing day out. [Solution] We planned and concept design the space with the intention of creating a place where childcare can be shared regardless of gender or age, not just by mothers caring for their children. In addition to creating an extraordinary concept design that makes it fun for both adults and children to come here, we also paid attention to the safety and well-being of siblings while their parents are caring for the baby, especially for families with children of different ages. <Our Project Members> [Sales] Hidefumi Ikuta, Hiroshi Mitsui [Planning] Team M: Mari Matsumoto, Aya Nishimoto [Design] Kei Matsuzawa [construction] Yusuke Yamada

Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo HERALBONY ART ROOM

Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo HERALBONY ART ROOM

HERALBONY Inc. defines art created by artists with intellectual disabilities as "unique" and is a company that develops and expands it into various things, events, and places in society. In a collaboration with Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo, located on Namiki Street in Ginza, we provided spatial concept design and construction support for the guest rooms. [Social Issues/Client Issues/Requests] HERALBONY's fashion brand "HERALBONY" aims to dissolve the invisible boundaries between people and fields that are difficult to engage with in everyday life, such as "welfare" and "disability," and to expand its domain as a "lifestyle brand" in order to create a new lifestyle starting from welfare. This time, as the first step in a lifestyle brand decorating a space, we concept design and directed the collaboration room. Not only did we decorate the hotel room, but we also created an opportunity for art to blend into everyday lifestyles through this space. [Solution] We have created a space that allows guests to experience a rich time as if they have stepped into an ever-expanding world of art while spending time in their rooms. This space serves as a hub, connecting to the idea of art blending into the time spent at home, and is designed to encourage many conversations and discoveries as guests view the art that is integrated throughout the space. <Our Project Members> [Sales & Project Management] Chisato Kamidate [concept design] Akane Yamaguchi, Ryo Onishi, Minehito Yoshimura, Takashi Kato [Production & construction] Atsushi Hatano, Risa Yoshida, Satoshi Oda ~Related Links~ [Press Releases] ・ NOMURA Co.,Ltd. collaborates on spatial concept design for the exhibition "HERALBONY/A Unique Future" now on sale ・ NOMURA Co.,Ltd., Ltd.'s social good activities: The case of HERALBONY ART ROOM at Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo Changing society through the resonance of art and spatial concept design [nomlog] ・Changing society through the resonance of art and spatial concept design- HYATT CENTRIC GINZA TOKYO HERALBONY ART ROOM

Panasonic Laboratory Tokyo

Panasonic Laboratory Tokyo

Panasonic Laboratory Tokyo (hereinafter referred to as PLT) has been renovated as a Tokyo R&D hub that practices new ways of working in the With/After COVID-19 environment. PLT was established in Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo in April 2016, and then moved to its current location in Shiodome Hamarikyu in December 2018. As the "Human-Tech Research Institute," it has been operated as a "co-creation lab" that conducts collaborative innovation activities such as AI-HUB and Robotics-HUB, which involve collaboration with both internal and external partners, centered around engineers who develop advanced technologies that are close to people. In the With/After COVID-19 environment, we have re-evaluated the values and functions required of the office, taking into account the fact that it has been positioned as a hub that practices collaborative innovation with both internal and external partners since its inception, and has been redesigned with PLT members based on the concept of "SHARE." "SHARE" means "sharing" various things such as "thoughts and experiences," "information and context," and "colleagues and encounters" of the people who work together at PLT. PLT is using its office renovation as a new "SHARE" starting point, and as an R&D hub for "questioning, feeling, and sharing" well-being in daily life and work, as well as an office that will revitalize co-creation innovation activities, it is a facility that aims to be constantly updated with the tenants taking the lead. <Our Project Members> [Sales/Project Management] Ryo Sugaya [Planning/ concept design] Sayaka Koga, Ryosuke Naga, eiei haymanmyint [Production/ construction] Yosuke Ito
