Growth X Partners Group Lab “Sky AGORA”

This is a new office relocation project for Growth X Partners Co., Ltd., which provides DX support for companies.
We moved our head office to the 48th floor of the Shinjuku Nomura Building, aiming to create a place where employees can be happy and improve their performance. It is designed with the basic concept of a communication space that promotes.


[Social Issues/Customer Issues/Requests]
COVID-19 has drastically changed our lives, and while we have become able to work and eat more at home, and have become able to work flexibly, we have come to question the significance of the existence of the office.
While I was able to work remotely without any problems, the president wanted to have everyone come to the company. The new office was required to make coming to the company fun and increase motivation and engagement.


【solution】
We explored and designed an office that is not just a place to work, but an office with communication as the 'core' that naturally makes people want to gather.
A lounge space where you can work as if you were playing, a space where you can freely customize the furniture layout according to your purpose, and so on.
In order to foster the pride of employees and increase their motivation, we boldly placed the artwork of Leslie David, a cutting-edge art director active in Paris, throughout the space, making it a pleasure to come to the company. It's a trigger. We proposed the original name "Sky AGORA" by combining AGORA, which means "open space" as a symbol of a gathering place, and the location characteristics of the 48th floor.
