Growth X Partners Group Lab “Sky AGORA”

This is a new office relocation project for Growth Ex Partners Co., Ltd., a company that provides DX support to businesses.
We have relocated Head Office to the 48th floor of the Shinjuku Nomura Building, and with the aim of creating a "place where employees can be happy and improve performance," we have designed it not just as a place to work, but as a communication space that promotes encounters and discoveries, like a plaza where all employees can gather.


[Social Issues / Customer Issues / Requests]
The pandemic has drastically changed our lives, leading to more work and meals at home and enabling more flexible work arrangements. However, it has also raised questions about the very purpose of the office.
While employees could work effectively remotely, the CEO still wanted everyone to come to the office. The new office needed to be a place where coming to work was enjoyable, boosting motivation and engagement.


[Solution]
We designed this office not just as a place to work, but as an office where "communication that naturally draws people together is at its core."
We've incorporated numerous features that encourage proactive action and facilitate communication, such as a lounge space where you can work as if you were playing, and a space where you can freely customize the furniture layout to suit your purpose.
To foster employee pride and boost motivation, we have boldly placed artwork by up-and-coming Parisian art director Leslie David throughout the space, making coming to work a more enjoyable experience. Combining the image of an "agora," symbolizing a gathering place, with the location on the 48th floor, we proposed the original name "Sky AGORA."
