THE BASE SPORTS BIKE & COMMUNITY

"THE BASE SPORTS BIKE & COMMUNITY" is a new facility for cyclists specializing in road bikes, in response to the increased demand for bicycles due to the coronavirus pandemic and the growing interest in road bikes due to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This is a project to create a concept shop.

The exterior "cycling road" continues to the store, and customers can enter the store while riding a bicycle. In addition, in the center of the store, there is an artificial turf rest space and an experience space, where even customers wearing binding shoes can relax with peace of mind, and experience events such as test drives, maintenance, and upgrades by purchasing their favorite accessories. , Customers can enjoy communication through their common hobby of cycling.
In addition, the fixtures have a pallet at the bottom to enable flexible layouts, and the louvers that surround the walls of the sales floor have the function of displays bicycles face-out.
Think of life as a cycling road, and stop along the way to take a break or perform maintenance.
We are proposing such a space as a way of concept design a new store.
