Fukunuma Umino Square

Fukunuma Umino Square

The concept is "symbiosis". This is a project to establish an exchange base in the Arahama area of Sendai City, which was affected by the tsunami caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake. Based on the concept of an ``inclusive society'' where people of all generations and with or without disabilities can gather, we have created an ``open space'' where you can enjoy activities and events and learn about disaster prevention and mitigation. The site area is 1.3 hectares. The site consists of three areas: a cafe and co-working space, a farm, and an inclusive facility where children with disabilities can play. The clubhouse uses VR equipment jointly developed by a major telecommunications company and a local university to become a place for children to learn about disaster prevention, where they can learn about the Arahama area before and after the earthquake and how to respond in the event of a disaster. I am. The project is part of Sendai City's project to utilize the site of a disaster prevention collective relocation site, and is funded by a subsidy from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Our company provided support for acquisition applications and completion reports. This time, we completed the clubhouse area as the first phase. Aiming to create facilities that take root in the community and grow together with them, parks and indoor facilities are planned to be developed in stages based on future projections in collaboration with local residents.

Hokkaido Ballpark F Village ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO

Hokkaido Ballpark F Village ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO

In March 2023, the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters' new stadium and the surrounding area, "Hokkaido Ballpark F Village," were born. On a vast site of approximately 32 hectares, it is a completely new creative community space aiming to create a vibrant town that coexists with nature, offering next-generation live entertainment, wellness solutions that nurture mind and body, and active cultural exchange. NOMURA Co.,Ltd. brought together all its resources with the theme of "creating a new viewing experience that no one has ever experienced before," and was in charge of planning, design, layout, production, and displays construction for multiple areas. At the main stadium, "ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO," they created spaces such as the "BALCONY SUITE" in the premium area, the "docomo CLUB LOUNGE" and "Panasonic CLUB LOUNGE" on both sides of the field that combine sand-side seats and dining, the unique "tower eleven hotel" where guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the field from their rooms, and the "tower eleven onsen & sauna," the world's first hot spring facility. As mentioned earlier, "TOWER 11," a landmark located behind left field in the new stadium, boasts the world's first in-stadium hot spring and sauna, Japan's first in-stadium hotel with panoramic field views, a museum, and other facilities, making it an innovative stadium that can be enjoyed year-round. For example, the world's first "in-stadium natural hot spring and sauna with panoramic field views" features 24 "relaxation terrace seats" in a semi-outdoor swimsuit-required zone, allowing visitors to watch the game from the sauna room or bathtub. We have created a new and unprecedented viewing style together with professional sauna enthusiast, Dai Matsuo, also known as "TTNE Totono-e Oyakata." As for the "Hokkaido Ballpark F Village" as a whole, we are involved in the planning of the entire outdoor area, as well as the creation of the welcome monument. The team aims to continue contributing to the "co-creation space" that will lead to the revitalization of the local community and contributions to society, together with fans, partners, and the local community.

TheMana Village

TheMana Village

This project, undertaken by ARTH Group Co., Ltd. (Tosashimizu Resort LLC), which handles accommodation businesses and regional revitalization nationwide, aims to revitalize the entire city of Tosashimizu by transforming the long-established Ashizuri Pacific Hotel Hanatsubaki, a renowned inn at Cape Ashizuri in Kochi Prefecture, into "The Mana Village," one of Asia's leading resort facilities. The facility is located in the naturally rich area of Ashizuri-Uwakai National Park. Although it boasts a spectacular view, the hotel's interiors remained old, as if time had stopped in the Showa era. Initially, the plan was to install a small cafe area, but through repeated discussions, ARTH's vision expanded to include not only the hotel but also the entire Kochi prefecture and Tosashimizu city. It was reborn as a complex facility including an Italian restaurant, offering a luxurious space where guests can experience the nature of Ashizuri. Our company participated from the planning and concept design stage to enhance the facility's appeal, and was in charge of producing the facade, lobby common areas, guest rooms, and restaurant spaces, which are the face of the hotel. (design supervision for guest rooms and Italian restaurant) Starting with "LOQUAT Nishi-Izu" (renovation of an old house into an auberge) which we handled in 2021, we have been working as ARTH's creative partner, producing spaces that contribute to the creation and revitalization of attractive towns.
