The new facility "tower eleven baseball" at ESCON Field HOKKAIDO is the first baseball amusement area in Japan where you can not only experience a baseball activity game in the stadium, but also taste delicious food essential for baseball games and watch displays products related to baseball. It is open on Non-Gameday (days when there are no games) and can be enjoyed at any time without reservations. We were in charge of research, planning and basic concept, design, layout, interiors, displays production construction, environmental features, signage and graphics concept design. As a versatile baseball game utilizing the latest virtual reality technology, batting, pitching, and toss batting can be played. There are four levels of difficulty for batting, which can be played by elementary school students and older, and can be enjoyed by beginners and experienced players alike. Pitching is played by throwing into the zone indicated by the catcher, and the speed of the pitch is also displayed. Toss batting is a casual game where players can hit balls thrown from below.

HOKURIKU+ is an information hub for Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui prefectures. Directly connected to the west exit of JR Osaka Station, it features a retail space, a standing bar where customers can enjoy local sake and snacks from each prefecture, a tourist information space, and an event space showcasing seasonal attractions. Our company was responsible for all phases from design, layout to construction, as well as logo and manual development, a carefully crafted store introduction video, and VMD (Visual Merchandising) proposals for the first year of operation.

AKICHIDE PARK, a private park created through the collaboration of the local community, government, and businesses, has opened on a vacant lot in the Nagano shopping district of Kawachinagano City, Osaka Prefecture. Its aim is to restore the former vibrancy of the area and enrich the lives of each and every citizen. As part of our R&D activities, our company endorsed the objectives of this project and joined the "Kawachinagano Station Area Revitalization Conference" as a collaborating company. Leading up to the opening of AKICHIDE PARK, we were proactively involved in a wide range of processes, including planning and basic concept development, spatial design supervision, sponsorship, and event planning and management support. Working together with other collaborating companies, we continue to work on revitalizing the park even after its opening.

The "Jeddah Events Calendar" (hereinafter JEC) is an entertainment event held in Jeddah, the second-largest city in Saudi Arabia, as part of a national strategy. In addition to music concerts by world-renowned artists, attractions such as roller coasters, and various restaurants and shops, one of the main draws to the event is "Anime Village," which showcases Japanese culture, including anime and manga, which are extremely popular in the country. Our company was responsible for everything from initial planning to overall project management, concept design, software development, and on-site design supervision, in collaboration with Avex Asia Pte. Ltd.

As part of vitalization business for the redevelopment of Senri Chuo Park, we renovated the architecture, interiors, and landscape of the former park management office and planned a facility that would be created in collaboration with local residents, reflecting their vision for Senri Chuo Park. Based on the "three O's" (Open, Ordinary, Organic) of the PLAY 100ORE SCENES concept, our company collaborated on the planning, design, layout, construction, and park vitalization business planning and operation for "SEN℃," a cafe where visitors can enjoy the unique experiences of the park; "Park Lawson Senri Store," a mini-shop; and "LABO," a community space. As part of our collaborative efforts with local residents, we held and managed events such as "Find Colors, Create Colors" and "Paint the Entire Building," using colors found within the park to decorate the exterior walls of the LABO building, creating unique value that can only be found here.

Fukui Prefecture and Fukui City have launched the "Fukui Station Area Dinosaur displays Project" to promote "Fukui, the Dinosaur Kingdom" to visitors and create a lively atmosphere using dinosaurs, in preparation for the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen line between Fukui and Tsuruga in the spring of 2024. Fukui City is in charge of the east exit area of Fukui Station, and has installed a monument of a parent and child Triceratops with the theme of parental love in the east exit plaza. The parent Triceratops is a life-sized dinosaur robot that expresses parental love by moving and making sounds at set times. Meanwhile, the shelter area of Fukui Station is designed to resemble the world of land. Visitors can interact with three baby dinosaurs, including a Spinosaurus, and the egg monument is a photo spot where visitors can go inside and take pictures. In addition, the adjacent pedestrian walkway is designed to resemble the world of the sky. A bench where a child dreaming of becoming a paleontologist sits, and a sign reading "Pterosaur Sanctuary" have been installed. On the outer wall of Echizen Railway Fukui Station, facing the road beyond, a 20-meter-long mural of a herd of pteranodons is painted. Furthermore, the area under the elevated tracks is designed to evoke the world of the sea, with an internally illuminated "Marine Lizard Sanctuary" sign based on the blue of the ocean and benches adorned with reliefs of marine dinosaurs such as plesiosaurs. In this way, each area has a different theme, and the points of interest change to encourage visitors to explore the area.

"Marunouchi Street Park" has been running in Tokyo's Marunouchi Nakadori since 2019 as a demonstration experiment of future area management that transforms "road space" into a comfortable "urban park space." Based on the concept of "Popping Summer Street - Marunouchi Nakadori where visitors can feel the summer and get excited," verification items included collaboration with initiatives that are in line with the times and trends, such as rugby and SDGs, setting up tables equipped with wind and solar power generation capabilities, and creating a venue for musical performances that involves local workers and visitors.

本館は前橋の「危機と民力」をテーマとした歴史エンターテインメント施設です。江戸時代に「関東の華」と称され、城下町として栄えた前橋は、明治時代以降も群馬県の県庁所在地「県都」として発展してきました。一方その間に起こった、利根川の浸食による前橋城の崩落や、明治維新による廃藩置県、主力産業であった製糸業の世界恐慌による操業停止、第2次世界大戦中の空襲によって市街地の8割が焼失するといった「四つの危機」を先人たちは「民力」によって乗り越え、再興を果たしました。本館は「関東の華」「県都」として発展した前橋を「華都」と呼び、市民が郷土の歴史をたどり、前橋の未来について考えるきっかけとなることを願い開設されました。

Amu Plaza Nagasaki Shinkan is a new large-scale commercial facility planned to open in November 2023 in conjunction with the opening of the West Kyushu Shinkansen. As the land gateway to Nagasaki, an international tourist city, it will create new liveliness and interaction. We participated in the planning and development phase from the supervision of the architectural plan, and were in charge of the environment of the commercial zone design, layout and construction (in part), following "Nagasaki Kaido Kamome Ichiba".

The concept is "symbiosis". This is a project to establish an exchange base in the Arahama area of Sendai City, which was affected by the tsunami caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake. Based on the concept of an ``inclusive society'' where people of all generations and with or without disabilities can gather, we have created an ``open space'' where you can enjoy activities and events and learn about disaster prevention and mitigation. The site area is 1.3 hectares. The site consists of three areas: a cafe and co-working space, a farm, and an inclusive facility where children with disabilities can play. The clubhouse uses VR equipment jointly developed by a major telecommunications company and a local university to become a place for children to learn about disaster prevention, where they can learn about the Arahama area before and after the earthquake and how to respond in the event of a disaster. The project is part of Sendai City's project to utilize the site of a disaster prevention collective relocation site, and is funded by a subsidy from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Aiming to create facilities that take root in the community and grow together with them, parks and indoor facilities are planned to be developed in stages based on future projections in collaboration with local residents.

This is a community revitalization and disaster prevention base that was born in Koshimizu Town, Hokkaido, and is a community revitalization and disaster prevention base that has been working in partnership with the public and public, with the aim of creating a lively and sustainable town by creating a place for people to live both in everyday life and in times of disaster. In addition to the town hall functions, the town hall will be equipped with a cafe, laundry, fitness gym, community space, etc., transforming the town hall from a traditional "place you don't go to unless you have something to do" to a new "place you come to naturally." We aim to become a central facility where the town hall and residents can work together to revitalize the town while facing the challenges of depopulation and aging.

This project involved the development of Motona Beach in Kyonan-machi, Awa-gun, Chiba Prefecture, and a demonstration event, utilizing Chiba Prefecture's "Project to Promote High Value-Added Tourism Content." The new use of the beach after the summer high season was named "Seaside Time," and the project was planned and implemented from September to November 2022. The special event held on November 12th and 13th offered new seaside experiences, including the first and largest participatory sky lantern and candlelit night in the Uchibo region, upcycled art using local waste materials such as driftwood, and gourmet food trucks showcasing the charms of Uchibo, attracting many visitors. Our company spearheaded the entire process, from administrative work for the application to Chiba Prefecture, planning, promoting the event's demonstration experiment (planning, concept design, setup, operation, and promotion), effectiveness verification, and reporting.

You can have experiences displays materials from the time of the eruption. —Learning about Tsumagoi Village's past—By holding a tablet over the current Mt. Asama and playing AR content, you can experience the great eruption of Mt. Asama that occurred in 1783 and the changes in the ridgeline of Mt. Asama caused by volcanic activity, and learn more detailed information through explanations using illustrations. —Learning about Tsumagoi Village's present—You can also see explanations of the traces of the eruption that are currently being excavated, as well as the four seasons of Tsumagoi Village and its specialty products. By using 360-degree images, we can allow users to enjoy the scenery of the rhododendron garden in spring and the starry summer sky as if they were actually there.

2023年3月、北海道日本ハムファイターズの新球場を含めたエリア、「北海道ボールパークFビレッジ」が誕生しました。約32ヘクタールという広大な敷地面積の中で、自然と共存する次世代ライブエンターテイメントや心身を育むウェルネスソリューション、文化交流が活発な街づくりを目指す、まったく新しいクリエイティブなコミュニティスペースです。乃村工藝社は「誰も経験したことのない新しい観戦体験の創出」をテーマに総力を結集して、複数エリアの企画、デザイン・設計、制作、展示施工を担当しました。メインとなるスタジアムの「ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO」では、プレミアムエリア内にある『BALCONY SUITE』や砂被り席とダイニングが組み合わされた両翼の『docomo CLUB LOUNGE』『Panasonic CLUB LOUNGE』、客室からフィールドが一望できる個性豊かな『tower eleven hotel』、世界初の温泉を汲み上げた『tower eleven onsen ＆ sauna』をはじめとした空間づくりを行いました。 新球場のレフト後方に位置するランドマーク「TOWER 11」には前述の通り、世界初の球場内温泉・サウナ、日本初のフィールドが一望できる球場内ホテル、ミュージアムなどの施設が揃い、通年で楽しめる革新的な球場となっています。例として世界初の“フィールドを一望できる球場内天然温泉とサウナ”には、半屋外の水着着用ゾーンに24席の“ととのえテラスシート”があり、サウナ室や浴槽からも試合を見ることができます。プロサウナー「TTNE・ととのえ親方」こと松尾大さんと一緒に、これまでにない新しい観戦スタイルを創り上げました。「北海道ボールパークFビレッジ」全体としては、屋外エリア全体の企画のほか、ウェルカムモニュメントの制作も行っています。球団が目指す、ファン、パートナー、地域の皆様と一緒になって、地域社会の活性化や社会への貢献につながる“共同創造空間”に今後も寄与してまいります。

This project involved the relocation and reconstruction of a museum that had opened in 1948 within Matsumoto Castle Park, due to its aging condition. Our company was responsible for everything from formulating the basic concept for displays space to design, layout, construction. The first floor is an open space accessible to citizens and tourists, and the museum was constructed to actively engage with the urban development of Matsumoto City.
