"AI-STUDIO-YOKOHAMA," newly established in Yokohama Minato Mirai, is the core base for the East Japan area of AI Construction, a house builder based in Osaka with a nationwide presence. Taking advantage of its excellent transportation accessibility and the characteristics of the new neighborhood, it was planned as a showroom that showcases the company's appeal and spatial design capabilities. The entire facility serves as an information hub where visitors can experience the brand's value, and "hints for building a house" are scattered throughout, providing an experience that allows visitors to enjoy the home-building process in a positive way.

To provide visitors with a showroom experience that is both "visible and engaging," it was necessary to maximize the use of the limited space while balancing displays functions with a learning environment. In addition, there were requests for displays layout that not only enhances external visibility and recognition but also clearly conveys the reliability of the company's technology, as well as a layout that is easy to navigate and follow.

The seminar room is located close to the entrance, creating a lively and engaging flow of visitors from the moment they arrive. displays and signage plan, which make full use of the glass facade, enhances visibility from the outside and strengthens the brand's presence. displays area is organized in an easy-to-explain manner, focusing on LDK space proposals, structural cross-section models, and insulation/heat-shielding experiences, and products are grouped together to improve ease of exploration.
