Komazawa Park Quarter

Located directly above Komazawa University Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line, at the corner where National Route 246 and Jiyu-dori intersect, this is the area's first commercial facility project, serving as a gateway to Komazawa Park. We created a community-driven, street-level space that embodies the rural atmosphere characteristic of Komazawa, a truly local Tokyo area, fostering a new neighborhood place rooted in the community. For this first commercial facility development in the Komazawa area, we provided project management support for all aspects of the development, including facility concept, floor merchandising planning, tenant leasing, and opening preparation support.

We received a request to develop a facility that would contribute to the urban development of Komazawa, improve the walkability of the area, be loved by local residents, and incorporate the unique characteristics of Komazawa and Setagaya.

Since it was a town without commercial facilities, our initial focus was on creating a lifestyle that was convenient for daily life and could be used as an extension of everyday activities, which is characteristic of Komazawa. In addition, we aimed to further develop the local culture by getting to know the characteristics of the Komazawa area, communicating with people active in the community, and actively supporting collaborations with local tenant companies.

They thoroughly understood our requests and created a wonderful space that exceeded our expectations. Although some difficult challenges arose during the process, their broad perspective, multifaceted advice, and prompt responses allowed us to entrust the project to them with complete peace of mind until the very end.
The completed facility truly embodies the spirit expressed in NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Ltd.'s book, "Let's Create a 'Happy Space'," becoming a space that brings smiles to the faces of visitors, and we are extremely pleased with the results.
