"GINZA SKY WALK 2024" is an event themed around "ethical" behavior and lifestyles that are considerate of the environment, people, and society, offering a glimpse into a future pedestrian space that utilizes things and services that are kind to people, cities, and the environment. Leveraging our experience, we provided total support for the event, from planning and spatial concept design to construction, operation, and attracting collaborating companies. The event's experience included walking the entire 2km length of the Tokyo Expressway (KK Line) from Shimbashi to Kyobashi, enjoying the cityscape along the stage where performances by the Tokyo Brass Band Association and the Tokyo Fire Department Band could be enjoyed in the unique space of the expressway, as well as ethical content experiences such as local product shops, a market, and art displays. In addition, early morning running and yoga programs, as well as night programs to enjoy the Ginza night view, were also held, creating opportunities to experience a new charm of the KK Line that is different from that of the daytime. In line with the event's theme of "ethical," we aimed to create an event that is kind to people, the city, and the environment by installing fixtures made from Tokyo-related wood that can be reused after the event, conducting art workshops using recycled materials, and inviting partner companies that share our ethical values.

The Aichi Startup Hall was newly established on the second floor of STATION Ai, a startup support hub developed by Aichi Prefecture. Aichi Prefecture has long been home to numerous entrepreneurs who have contributed to the development of its industries. To unravel the stories of their encounters and inspirations, how they overcame adversity, and how they fostered innovation, the hall aims to provide a timeless and inspiring experience for aspiring entrepreneurs and the next generation of children, offering insights into their beliefs, challenging spirit, and visions, stimulating their creativity. The hall is divided into four zones, broadly introducing the roots of Aichi's industries and the challenges faced by many entrepreneurs associated with Aichi. Through displays displays digital technologies such as video and AI, it offers a sensory and emotionally resonant learning experience for everyone, from children to adults. In addition to the digital displays, a library curated to complement the facility's content has also been established. With the intention of guiding these various displays contents, which fuse digital and analog elements, across time and space into the future, we incorporated the three elements that created Aichi—wood, water, and earth—into the spatial composition, realizing a flexible, streamlined spatial concept design.

This is a social experiment project to observe how people spend time in outdoor spaces at Nakadori, Marunouchi, Tokyo, and to consider the future of roadways and sidewalks. In the summer of 2024, we tried to gently define the way people gather by manipulating the shape, and to explore comfort. The concept is "i-ma-i." We gave shape to the furniture through geometric manipulation, such as a square movable block bench, a long big table with gradually changing face-to-face distances, a round bench that combines concentration and diffusion, and a bollard-utilizing bench that combines the roadway and sidewalk with handrails, and wrapped it in a way that resonates with the materials of the surrounding environment. Because it is an eventful product, variables need to be taken into account before it can be made permanent, but we were able to demonstrate a new way of gathering. "Marunouchi Street Park" is a project that is being carried out as a demonstration experiment of future area management, transforming "road space" into a comfortable "urban park space" in Nakadori, Marunouchi, Tokyo. The winter 2023 event will continue from the summer and examine the state of urban parks in preparation for permanent establishment, while highlighting the illuminations, a winter feature of the Marunouchi area, and providing various content perfect for the holiday season, such as photo spots for visitors to enjoy, a merry-go-round, an ice rink, and a Glass House Market with a wide selection of food and beverages. This time, the concept is "Bright Street - Nakadori in winter, where the city and everyone shines -" and we have taken measures that are in line with the SDGs and trends of the times, such as reusing each market booth used in winter 2022 and remaking the swing-shaped bench that was popular during the summer 2023 event into a photo spot with new decorations. In addition, we have worked to create content that makes use of our past know-how, such as upgrading the "Detour Bench" created in summer 2023 to a bench where you can relax while looking up at the illuminations. In addition, while the official musicians performing on the streets will continue as in the summer, we have also taken on new initiatives in terms of planning, such as inviting a portrait artist this time. In addition, as a continuation of the "Illumination Tour for the Blind" held in the winter of 2021, we held a dialogue tour in which able-bodied people walked blindfolded to deepen their understanding of the visually impaired, creating an opportunity to discuss how to make the streets more comfortable for everyone.

Chateraise Gateau Kingdom Setouchi, which opened in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, is a project that rebranded the former Greenpia Setouchi, owned by Kure City, into a resort hotel that combines confectionery business with a stay-type resort hotel. Based on concept design concept of "a unique resort that coexists with nature and allows you to feel the beauty of Setouchi," the entrance, lobby, guest rooms, restaurant, cafe, courtyard, and hot spring facilities were renovated, and it was reborn as a new resort hotel. Guest rooms with panoramic views of the many islands of the Seto Inland Sea, and a cafe where you can enjoy sweets exclusive to the facility, can be used by people of all ages for various occasions. Our company participated from the basic concept stage and comprehensively handled everything from spatial concept formulation to design, layout, signage and graphic concept design, interiors construction, and FF&E, utilizing our creativity.

Hiroshima Gate Park is a new public park that will become the face of Hiroshima, redeveloped through a park PFI (Private Finance Initiative) on the former site of the Hiroshima Municipal Baseball Stadium located in the heart of Hiroshima. Eight commercial facilities are scattered around a plaza of approximately 6,500 square meters, capable of hosting large-scale events, encouraging visitors to move around the park and creating a sense of unity among events and shops. In addition, the aim was to create a hub that fosters a new lifestyle of spending time outdoors, where various activities and interactions will be generated, centered around events. Our company participated from the stage of preparing the public tender proposal and was in charge of the overall concept, site use plan, building layout plan, merchandising plan, leasing, interior concept design, signage graphics, tenant design and construction, furniture and fixture manufacturing, branding, naming, logo creation, and communication strategy.

"Sky Patio" is a rooftop garden located on the sixth floor of "Pasela," a commercial facility in Motomachi Credo located in the center of Hiroshima. Since 1994, it has been used as a place of relaxation for citizens, overlooking the city of Hiroshima, centered around Hiroshima Castle. This project is positioned as the first step of the Motomachi Credo revitalization project to renovate the facility configuration of Motomachi Credo, including the site of the new Sogo Hiroshima store, which closed in August 2023, and the current Pasela, and to create a new "Pasela." The new "Sky Patio" aims to create an environment where people can enjoy themselves in a variety of ways, and to foster a sense of anticipation for the new Motomachi Credo, through the provision of an extraordinary experience with a newly installed large-screen monitor and a rooftop bar that takes advantage of the night view, as well as the development of a babbling brook and grassy hill that parents and children can enjoy.

The new facility "tower eleven baseball" at ESCON Field HOKKAIDO is the first baseball amusement area in Japan where you can not only experience a baseball activity game in the stadium, but also taste delicious food essential for baseball games and watch displays products related to baseball. It is open on Non-Gameday (days when there are no games) and can be enjoyed at any time without reservations. We were in charge of research, planning and basic concept, design, layout, interiors, displays production construction, environmental features, signage and graphics concept design. As a versatile baseball game utilizing the latest virtual reality technology, batting, pitching, and toss batting can be played. There are four levels of difficulty for batting, which can be played by elementary school students and older, and can be enjoyed by beginners and experienced players alike. Pitching is played by throwing into the zone indicated by the catcher, and the speed of the pitch is also displayed. Toss batting is a casual game where players can hit balls thrown from below.

HOKURIKU+ is an information hub for Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui prefectures. Directly connected to the west exit of JR Osaka Station, it features a retail space, a standing bar where customers can enjoy local sake and snacks from each prefecture, a tourist information space, and an event space showcasing seasonal attractions. Our company was responsible for all phases from design, layout to construction, as well as logo and manual development, a carefully crafted store introduction video, and VMD (Visual Merchandising) proposals for the first year of operation.

AKICHIDE PARK, a private park created through the collaboration of the local community, government, and businesses, has opened on a vacant lot in the Nagano shopping district of Kawachinagano City, Osaka Prefecture. Its aim is to restore the former vibrancy of the area and enrich the lives of each and every citizen. As part of our R&D activities, our company endorsed the objectives of this project and joined the "Kawachinagano Station Area Revitalization Conference" as a collaborating company. Leading up to the opening of AKICHIDE PARK, we were proactively involved in a wide range of processes, including planning and basic concept development, spatial design supervision, sponsorship, and event planning and management support. Working together with other collaborating companies, we continue to work on revitalizing the park even after its opening.

The "Jeddah Events Calendar" (hereinafter JEC) is an entertainment event held in Jeddah, the second-largest city in Saudi Arabia, as part of a national strategy. In addition to music concerts by world-renowned artists, attractions such as roller coasters, and various restaurants and shops, one of the main draws to the event is "Anime Village," which showcases Japanese culture, including anime and manga, which are extremely popular in the country. Our company was responsible for everything from initial planning to overall project management, concept design, software development, and on-site design supervision, in collaboration with Avex Asia Pte. Ltd.

As part of vitalization business for the redevelopment of Senri Chuo Park, we renovated the architecture, interiors, and landscape of the former park management office and planned a facility that would be created in collaboration with local residents, reflecting their vision for Senri Chuo Park. Based on the "three O's" (Open, Ordinary, Organic) of the PLAY 100ORE SCENES concept, our company collaborated on the planning, design, layout, construction, and park vitalization business planning and operation for "SEN℃," a cafe where visitors can enjoy the unique experiences of the park; "Park Lawson Senri Store," a mini-shop; and "LABO," a community space. As part of our collaborative efforts with local residents, we held and managed events such as "Find Colors, Create Colors" and "Paint the Entire Building," using colors found within the park to decorate the exterior walls of the LABO building, creating unique value that can only be found here.

Fukui Prefecture and Fukui City have launched the "Fukui Station Area Dinosaur displays Project" to promote "Fukui, the Dinosaur Kingdom" to visitors and create a lively atmosphere using dinosaurs, in preparation for the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen line between Fukui and Tsuruga in the spring of 2024. Fukui City is in charge of the east exit area of Fukui Station, and has installed a monument of a parent and child Triceratops with the theme of parental love in the east exit plaza. The parent Triceratops is a life-sized dinosaur robot that expresses parental love by moving and making sounds at set times. Meanwhile, the shelter area of Fukui Station is designed to resemble the world of land. Visitors can interact with three baby dinosaurs, including a Spinosaurus, and the egg monument is a photo spot where visitors can go inside and take pictures. In addition, the adjacent pedestrian walkway is designed to resemble the world of the sky. A bench where a child dreaming of becoming a paleontologist sits, and a sign reading "Pterosaur Sanctuary" have been installed. On the outer wall of Echizen Railway Fukui Station, facing the road beyond, a 20-meter-long mural of a herd of pteranodons is painted. Furthermore, the area under the elevated tracks is designed to evoke the world of the sea, with an internally illuminated "Marine Lizard Sanctuary" sign based on the blue of the ocean and benches adorned with reliefs of marine dinosaurs such as plesiosaurs. In this way, each area has a different theme, and the points of interest change to encourage visitors to explore the area.

"Marunouchi Street Park" has been running in Tokyo's Marunouchi Nakadori since 2019 as a demonstration experiment of future area management that transforms "road space" into a comfortable "urban park space." Based on the concept of "Popping Summer Street - Marunouchi Nakadori where visitors can feel the summer and get excited," verification items included collaboration with initiatives that are in line with the times and trends, such as rugby and SDGs, setting up tables equipped with wind and solar power generation capabilities, and creating a venue for musical performances that involves local workers and visitors.

The main building is a historical entertainment facility with the theme of Maebashi's "crisis and people's power." Maebashi was called the "flower of Kanto" during the Edo period and flourished as a castle town, and continued to develop as the prefectural capital of Gunma Prefecture after the Meiji period. During that time, however, our ancestors overcame four crises with the "people's power" and achieved reconstruction: the collapse of Maebashi Castle due to erosion of the Tone River, the abolition of feudal domains and the establishment of prefectures due to the Meiji Restoration, the suspension of operations in the silk industry, which was the city's main industry, due to the Great Depression, and the burning of 80% of the city area in air raids during World War II. The main building calls Maebashi, which developed as the "flower of Kanto" and the "prefectural capital," "the Flower Capital," and was opened with the hope that it would be an opportunity for citizens to trace the history of their hometown and think about Maebashi's future.
