Kaiyukan, one of the world's largest aquariums located in Osaka, presents the "Life-Spinning Coral Exhibition," a special exhibition that puts coral, often relegated to the background of aquarium tanks, in the spotlight. displays 's theme is the "vitality" of resilient coral, aiming to introduce visitors to the charm of coral, encourage them to see aquariums in a new light, and even turn them into coral fans. It also aims to create a synergistic effect by coinciding with the renewal of the "Great Barrier Reef" tank, the aquarium's largest tank.

We were in charge of the renovation of Crossdine, a popular all-day dining restaurant with a buffet located inside Hotel Metropolitan. While maintaining its main concept since its opening, "Cross over dining," an international culinary crossroads by expert chefs specializing in Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, we adopted a new concept design concept, "CASA VALLEY," meaning a house with a large roof. The lively open kitchen has been enhanced as a "show kitchen," and the space has been reborn as an open, modern living and dining area with a large roof, centered around the kitchen. The imposing pillars supporting the high ceilings give off a calm, woody warmth. Pendant lights, chandeliers, and brackets hanging from the ceiling emit a warm light, creating a comfortable atmosphere like a home that always welcomes you. To ensure that customers with different purposes and group sizes can comfortably use the space, we have composed it into three styles: DINING AREA, SALON STYLE AREA, and GARDEN LIVING AREA.

In this pavilion, now completed within KidZania Fukuoka, children will learn about space design as "space designers" and then concept design a dinosaur museum space using models of dinosaurs and other creatures. They will use 3D data on a tablet to consider the background, flooring, lighting, and other spatial effects of displays, and finally give a presentation on the space they concept design. They can then view the completed displays area through a walkthrough video that gives them the feeling of actually walking through the museum. KCJ GROUP Co., Ltd. and our company aim to help children who will shape the future discover the joy of "imagining" and "creating" displays areas through this experience in the pavilion, thereby fostering their interest in creative work and developing the ability to open up various possibilities with new ideas and concepts.

Building 15 at Sophia University's Yotsuya Campus opened in the fall of 2022 as a hub for adult education and community exchange, with the keyword "Transforming the city into a forest," aiming to contribute to achieving the SDGs and realizing a decarbonized society, as well as becoming a sustainable landmark for the region. Designed and construction by Sumitomo Forestry, this three-story fire-resistant wooden building utilizes "Kigurumi FR®," an original pure wood fire-resistant laminated timber made from Tama-grown cedar, for its main structural components. The facade, covered with a cross-shaped wooden lattice, is concept design that expresses the founding principles of Sophia University: "diversity," "interaction with others," "truth," and "tradition." The first floor will house a café open to the public, and as part of community contribution activities, space will be provided to nearby neighborhood associations for use as a disaster prevention warehouse. The second and third floors are used as classrooms for the "Professional Studies" course for working adults. Our company was responsible for design, layout, construction of the third floor, which is used as a classroom for the adult education course. Aiming to create a space that fosters wisdom through gathering, learning, and conversation, we also connected the story from the architecture to the materials that make up the space, and concept design using Nishikawa timber (cedar and cypress) from Hannō, which, along with Tama timber, has been used to build the city of Edo.

This is the third phase of renovations to the visitor facilities at Nikka Whisky's Yoichi Distillery, which will celebrate its 90th anniversary in 2024. In addition to renovating the aging displays and explanations in the Taketsuru Residence entrance hall, we were responsible for installing new directional signs in the visitor parking lot, renovating existing directional signs, and creating a new monument as a photo spot, all to make it easier for visitors to tour the distillery.

Since opening in 2011 at the east exit of JR Urawa Station, East Medical Clinic's newly built medical facility in Urawa PARCO has been used for internal medicine, breast surgery, complete health checkups, and health checkups not only by local residents but also by many nearby companies. This is a relocation project to a mall. The opening of the relocation comes after two years of consulting on the target property and redefining the mission as the scale of the clinic expanded.

The predecessor of the current building was the "Bicycle Museum Cycle Center," which opened in April 1992 in Daisen Park, also in Sakai City. It was then relocated and renamed in March 2022, undergoing a major transformation. The museum's concept is "Anyone who comes here will want to ride a bicycle," and it utilizes the entire displays space to convey the appeal of bicycles from diverse perspectives, aiming to help visitors discover the "true value of bicycles" and create a "desire to ride a bicycle." In particular, a focus was placed on creating a space that would serve as an opportunity to change people's perceptions by rediscovering the value of "bicycles," a very familiar presence.

This is a project to convert the former Horibe family residence, a former cotton wholesaler, into a work facility located in Yorozumachi Arcade, the central urban area of Shimabara City, Nagasaki Prefecture. Shimabara City is a "city of water" that has been designated as one of Japan's top 100 waters, and the abundant spring water from the Unzen Mountains that flows throughout the city is essential to the lives of its citizens. The former Horibe family residence, built in 1848, draws this spring water into its grounds, giving the building a unique atmosphere where you can hear the quiet sound of water in the garden and indoors. The design policy is to take advantage of the building's characteristics, which are familiar to local citizens, and its location in the city center, to become a "town front" for Shimabara citizens, businessmen, tourists, and everyone, and to revitalize the city center. We aimed to create a facility that would contribute to the promotion of multi-generational citizen exchange.

This is a value-enhancing renovation project for a 20-story office building completed in 1990 that is directly connected to the second floor deck of Shin-Urayasu Station. The areas to be renovated include the 2nd floor external facade that serves as the entrance to the building, the 2nd floor entrance, and the common area on the standard floor including the restrooms. We have created a good space.

This is a value-enhancing renovation project for a 16-story office building completed in 1988, located in the Nishi-Shinjuku area, a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The renovations cover the exterior facade on the first floor, landscaping, the first-floor entrance, and the common areas on the standard floors, including the restrooms. The overall concept design concept is "Qualité," which means quality in French.

HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel is a 538-room lifestyle hotel located on the 18th, 20th-38th floors of the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, built on the site of the former Shinjuku TOKYU MILANO, which symbolized the culture of Shinjuku's Kabukicho district and supported people's leisure time alongside Japan's economic growth. concept design concept is "a hotel that connects with the city," incorporating the characteristics, history, and culture of Kabukicho, a city that embraces all kinds of individuality, while referencing the era (mid-century) of 1956, when the Shinjuku Tokyu Culture Hall, the predecessor of Shinjuku TOKYU MILANO, was built, and creating a hybrid space that is both forward-looking and modern. The theme of the guest rooms is "APARTMENT ROOM." Based on concept design language of the mid-century, the guest rooms are brought together as a new living space with artificial light and textures, with the hope that they will become a place where all kinds of individuality reside and lead the new culture of the city. In contrast, JAM17 DINING & BAR is themed around various "CULTURE SOCIETY CLUBs." It is positioned as a basement floor of the city, sprinkled with pieces of history and culture, serving as a place of exchange that will become a new hub for cultural dissemination through various forms of communication and expression. Every flow from the dining area, bar, and lobby to the guest rooms is connected to the city, proposing a new way of staying where guests can enjoy the unfolding of various scenes like a movie.

As Kyoto Baum's flagship shop, it is the largest in Kyoto, with a factory where you can see how Kyoto Baum is made, a shop that sells special packages and limited edition items, and a cafe and restaurant where you can enjoy freshly made sweets and limited edition menus. This is a project of the sweets museum.

For the renewal of "Spa World Hotel & Resort" (formerly known as "Spa World World's Great Hot Springs"), which celebrated its 25th anniversary, our company was responsible for design supervision and production of the pool and the design and construction of the lobby. concept design concept is to create a new facility that combines the entertainment elements that are the charm of both Shinsekai, a tourist spot in Osaka, and Spa World, with the elements of a high-quality hotel and resort. The pool area is themed as "an adult spa where you can be healed with water and light," and we also handled the content creation for the highlight 3D screen, as well as the infinity pool facing Tsutenkaku Tower. The main building lobby has a different theme on each floor, creating a space where you can enjoy a different world on each floor.

The concept is "symbiosis". This is a project to establish an exchange base in the Arahama area of Sendai City, which was affected by the tsunami caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake. Based on the concept of an ``inclusive society'' where people of all generations and with or without disabilities can gather, we have created an ``open space'' where you can enjoy activities and events and learn about disaster prevention and mitigation. The site area is 1.3 hectares. The site consists of three areas: a cafe and co-working space, a farm, and an inclusive facility where children with disabilities can play. The clubhouse uses VR equipment jointly developed by a major telecommunications company and a local university to become a place for children to learn about disaster prevention, where they can learn about the Arahama area before and after the earthquake and how to respond in the event of a disaster. The project is part of Sendai City's project to utilize the site of a disaster prevention collective relocation site, and is funded by a subsidy from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Our company provided support for acquisition applications and completion reports. This time, we completed the clubhouse area as the first phase. Aiming to create facilities that take root in the community and grow together with them, parks and indoor facilities are planned to be developed in stages based on future projections in collaboration with local residents.

This project involved the Panasonic booth at the 6th China International Import Expo 2023. The Import Expo is the largest displays hosted by the Chinese government, aiming to showcase China's reform and opening up to the world. This was the 6th edition of the expo, and Panasonic has exhibited every year since its inception. The booth area was the largest at approximately 1000 square meters, making it the most important displays for Panasonic to strengthen B2G and B2B relationships and expand its business. Our company was responsible for the overall design, layout, and construction of the booth.
