The new corner "Sound" opened in the Forest on the 5th floor of the Science Museum is an displays room where you can not only listen to sound with your ears, but also "observe it with the eyes of science." Through the various "waveforms" drawn by the four experience devices "Jumbo Piano," "Laser Dance," "Aqua Wave," and "Chladni Pattern (relocated)," you can learn about the three major elements of sound (amplitude, frequency, and timbre) while playing. Among them, "Jumbo Piano" is an interactive device that converts the performance of a giant piano into a waveform in real time and projects it on a screen, and is popular not only with children but with a wide range of generations. In accordance with the basic displays plan presented by the client, we considered and produced the equipment, content, and graphics to realize the image.

In order to provide guests with the hotel's concept of "experiencing Hokkaido," we planned the ultimate locally produced hotel with sustainability in mind while cherishing the culture and ideas that have been cherished in this area. In addition to using wood, stone, and soil from Hokkaido as building materials for the exterior, interiors, and structure, we aimed to use all materials to the fullest, such as making furniture that effectively utilizes building material scraps. In addition, some of the furniture in the hotel lounge is made in Asahikawa, a famous furniture town, using wood from Hokkaido, and the regular market event is held in collaboration with local producers, creating a connection between the hotel and the local area in various ways, both in terms of soft and hard aspects. In addition to using ingredients from Hokkaido (agricultural products, marine products, dairy products, etc.), the restaurant uses ingredients that allow you to see the faces of the producers, and the guest rooms are equipped with wooden speakers and record players associated with the jazz city of Sapporo, and beautiful photos of various parts of Hokkaido by five photographers are displayed as art, weaving in mechanisms that allow guests to deeply experience Hokkaido through their five senses. For those whose destination is Sapporo and those whose starting point is Sapporo, this hotel offers a one-of-a-kind experience that can only be found in Sapporo, the gateway to Hokkaido.

The HU Group's mission is to "create new value in healthcare." The "HU Bioness Complex" is a core facility for the healthcare business that symbolizes this. This is a place where the future of all life is created by combining the accumulation of data on life, or "Bio," with the creativity of business, which brings innovation to the industry. In order to realize the facility's concept of "Connect, Show, Nurture," we were responsible for the overall "communication design" of the facility, concept design of the working environment for employees, the planning and production of the space and content that will introduce the value provided by the facility to guests, the branding of the facility, including the naming, logo, and signs, as well as the promotion and concept design of novelties, leaflets, and opening events.

The Hyogo Prefectural Hyogo-tsu Museum was established in Hyogo-tsu, Hyogo-ku, Kobe, where the first prefectural office was located, as a base for promoting the prefecture's appeal and fostering a sense of hometown pride among the prefecture's residents. It consists of two museums: the "Hyogo Hajimarikan" displays facility, which conveys the prefecture's appeal, including its origins, history, culture, and industry, and the "First Prefectural Office Building," a restored version of the first prefectural office building. The "Hyogo Hajimarikan" museum is made up of the "Hyogo Discovery Plaza," which conveys the appeal of each of the five Hyogo provinces, the "Invitation to the Hyogo Five Provinces" zone, which consists of a theater with a large curved screen, the "Hyogo-tsu: A Pivotal Land" zone, a permanent displays where you can experience the history of Hyogo-tsu and the founding period of the prefecture over 1,000 years ago, and a special displays room. The Kitamae-bune-shaped lantern at the entrance and a bird's-eye view of 150 years ago, when the prefecture was founded, created by a modern bird's-eye view artist, invite visitors to Hyogo-tsu, the city where Hyogo began.

This project involves the production of video content and the creation and installation of displays for the "First Prefectural Office" (a restored facility) at the Hyogo Prefectural Hyogo-Tsu Museum, where visitors can experience the historical space of the time when the prefecture was established. The "First Prefectural Office" is a restored building of the former Osaka Magistrate's Office Hyogo Kinbansho, where the prefectural office was located when Hyogo Prefecture was founded on May 23, 1868 (Keio 4). The prefectural office building, including the governor's office at the time, and the former police officers' residences have been recreated, allowing visitors to experience the lost historical space of the late Edo and Meiji periods. In order to allow people of all ages to enjoy the historical space more closely, the virtual tour "Virtual Visit!", which is experienced by putting on time goggles, allows visitors to experience the drama of the Meiji Restoration that unfolded in the first prefectural office using the latest mixed reality technology.

The Sunshine 60 Observatory was established in 1978. It was renovated into a "playful observation deck" in 2016, and will reopen in April 2023 as the new Sunshine 60 Observatory Tenbo Park. This facility was inspired by the "pleasant parks with grass" in Toshima Ward, which has been promoting urban development centered around four parks, and was designed with the concept of a "park in the sky" to create a comfortable, open-feeling park-like facility that people will want to visit again and again. The main area on the south side, Tenbo Hill, where the cityscape of Shinjuku's skyscrapers spreads out, combines mirrors and greenery to create a comfortable viewing space that gives a sense of openness connected to the scenery and a sense of unity with nature. You can also relax on the artificial turf that you can get close to the window, the swing-shaped benches, and the cushions and net benches with different heights, and enjoy the views from each viewpoint and the changing scenery of the sky and clouds in your own way. New features include a crawling space and a baby room, and the cafe now serves baby food, allowing visitors with small children to relax and enjoy themselves without worry. At night, the area is transformed into an observation deck for adults, where light, sound and scents are adjusted to allow visitors to experience the changing of time with all five senses. The "Event Space" area on the north side, which offers views of Mount Tsukuba and Saitama, is designed to host a wide range of events, including character events and art displays, in honor of Toshima-ku and Ikebukuro's vision of becoming an international city of art and culture.

"Marunouchi Street Park (MSP)" is a social experiment project to examine the future state and utilization of Nakadori in Marunouchi, Tokyo. "MSP 2022 Winter", the seventh event since its launch in 2019, expanded its area from Marunouchi Nakadori to Gyoko-dori in front of Tokyo Station, making it the largest event ever. We participated as a general planning partner and operation manager. The theme of this event is "MSP Twinkle Street". Block 1 in front of Maru Building is based on the theme of "Twinkle Party", and design, layout a Christmas market in collaboration with stores in the Otemachi, Marunouchi, and Yurakucho area, creating a winter festive space filled with heartwarming gimmicks such as merry-go-round benches, light quoits, and hot benches surrounding trees. Block 2 in front of the Marunouchi 2-chome Building was themed "Twinkle Terrace" and featured a popular street piano performance space, a spot to take photos with the illuminations in the background, and a long hot bench, creating a space where visitors could relax while enjoying the winter illuminations. And on Gyoko-dori in front of Tokyo Station, which was the first MSP event to be held, the "Marunouchi Street Rink," an environmentally friendly plastic skating rink, was installed, allowing many visitors of all ages and genders to experience the appeal of skating outdoors, which was well received. It is a project of "Marunouchi Street Park", which is being worked on as a demonstration experiment of future area management that transforms "road space" into a comfortable "urban park space" on Marunouchi Nakadori, Tokyo. The summer of 2022 will include a verification of what parks in the city center should be in order to make them permanent.・We verified the ideal way of safety management with a view to the park-like space. Based on the concept of "Marunouchi Street Park for everyone," we have created a city park space where people from all walks of life can feel nature with all five senses, connect with people, the city, and culture, and feel like spending a leisurely time. In addition, we arranged an inclusive table, a library, a refreshing space for light exercise, a street piano, etc. to provide opportunities for communication among visitors, and many people enjoyed them. We were in charge of planning, concept design and construction of the entrance renewal for Oji Holdings Co., Ltd.'s Head Office (main building). The concept was "forest field." In order to express the company's desire to work with forest resources in the entrance, we aimed to create a realistic space where people can feel the healing power of the forest while staying in an office building in the city center by effectively arranging native live trees and wooden fixtures. The wooden fixtures used were conifers such as Japanese Sakhalin fir and larch, and broadleaf trees such as Japanese oak and birch, taken from the company's forests. We used an abundance of solid wood to create a beautiful and warm space that only wood can provide.

We were in charge of design, layout and building execution, Ai Corporation's fifth showroom in Japan, a hands-on housing showroom where visitors can "see," "touch," and "feel" the housing experience. This showroom is located in front of Utsunomiya Station in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, utilizing approximately 132 tsubo (860 square meters) of floor space on the 5th floor of Tonarie Utsunomiya. The showroom provides a one-stop housing consultation service from business negotiations to contracts to specification decisions. Compared to conventional stores, the showroom is compact and easy to use and find. concept design The showroom is decorated with motifs of Oyaishi stone and Tochigi leather interiors and has a "Tochigi-esque" feel throughout, with the latest housing equipment and interior building materials, actual exterior walls, roofs, and sashes displays, and a corner where visitors can experience our unique skip design using AR. The showroom is a place where visitors can learn "why Ai Corporation is chosen".

This project was carried out to renovate the aging facility, which has a space pavilion and planetarium where items donated by JAXA were displays, into a facility where children can experience the "town of space." The first floor, which was a natural science museum, was renovated into the "Nobishiro Space Lab," and the entire building was unified into a space-themed facility. We were in charge of everything from design, layout of displays space to exhibit execution of the experience equipment, as well as construction.

LINE (now LINE Yahoo!), which develops and deploys a wide variety of IT services, established a new office in Yotsuya and relocated Head Office to further streamline operations in response to the increase in employees that accompanied the expansion of its business. This was a large-scale project consisting of 10 floors. Based on concept design concept common to all of the company's offices, "A space that creates WOW," the 23rd floor was equipped with a reception and cafe space, and the top floor (30th floor) was equipped with a mobile space that LINERs (employees) could freely rearrange to hold meetings. The office area was also designed with a highly functional concept design, creating a comfortable workplace. We were responsible for all stacking, layout, interiors concept design, architectural design, and facility planning for the total floor area of 21,435.20 m2 (approximately 6,500 tsubo). We also produced the fixtures during construction.

Based on the concept of "Play, Play, Connect", this is a new amusement complex that combines games, food and drink, events, and merchandise. We worked closely with customers from the upstream stage of business development, and after building a target strategy, facility concept, and service model, we sublimated it into a space concept design suitable for the entertainment city of Kabukicho. Taking advantage of the entertainment nature of Bandai Namco's game centers, we have established a new world view of game centers that can be enjoyed with a drink in hand by mashing up food and drink, events, and merchandise, providing a new option for nightlife in Kabukicho. In a space concept design to give a floating feeling with neon lights, a lot of the latest content is gathered, and "namco TOKYO" is an enchanting place where you can play, play, connect, and gather as the second stop on your Tokyo night out. We comprehensively produced it from planning to design and construction.

Shirokane the Sky is a large-scale complex urban development that is rich in atmosphere, harmonizes with the streets of Shirokane, which disseminates its unique culture, and accommodates active urban life. It has been built as a landmark of the city with a total of 1,247 units, including the east tower, which is over 150 meters tall and 45 stories above ground, and has a site area of over 11,000 m². The aim is to create a town that will brighten the lives of diverse people, so that it will be a place where families can feel at ease, a place to become familiar with the latest trends, and a place that supports working styles. concept design of the common areas and interiors is based on the concept of "transcending generations and being proud of the world," and aims to create a mansion with universality that can be lived in by the next generation with a modern concept design is recognized worldwide, and the magnificent entrance is the symbol of this. An extraordinary space is created using water and light. The two towers are based on the themes of "splendor" and "dignity," and the lounges and guest rooms will be designed in a variety of tastes. Our company was responsible for supervising the overall interior design of the common areas, as well as for the construction of key concept design elements such as the symbol fins and fabric walls.

This project involved rebuilding the new office of Usufuku Honten, which was damaged in the Great East Japan Earthquake. Usufuku Honten is a fishing company with over 130 years of history, founded in 1882. With the philosophy of "living with the sea," the company operates deep-sea tuna fishing and tuna longline fishing, and is responsible for the reconstruction of Kesennuma and the Tohoku region. The exterior concept design reproduces the copper plates used on the exterior walls of the former main house, which was washed away by the tsunami, and creates a new copper-plate scale wall. Over the years, the copper plate will change to the texture and color of the former main house. In addition, elements of tuna fishing boats have been extracted and curved windows and handrails have been incorporated into the architecture. concept design scope that we were in charge of included the exterior concept design, the first floor entrance, the second floor office, and the president's office and reception room on the third floor.
