大阪梅田にある赤い観覧車が目印の商業施設「HEP FIVE」の7階飲食フロアが、オープン以来初のリニューアルを実施しました。共用部環境を多く用意し、テナント区画内だけでなく、テイクアウト利用も促し、フロア名称「TAMLO(タムロ)」の通り、多くの方が集まるフロアへと変わりました。

This is a community revitalization and disaster prevention base that was born in Koshimizu Town, Hokkaido, and is a community revitalization and disaster prevention base that has been working in partnership with the public and public, with the aim of creating a lively and sustainable town by creating a place for people to live both in everyday life and in times of disaster. In addition to the town hall functions, the town hall will be equipped with a cafe, laundry, fitness gym, community space, etc., transforming the town hall from a traditional "place you don't go to unless you have something to do" to a new "place you come to naturally." We aim to become a central facility where the town hall and residents can work together to revitalize the town while facing the challenges of depopulation and aging.

We were commissioned by Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. to propose and develop new office interiors material product ideas for its group company, MEC Industry. From among many ideas, we focused on developing partitions and raised access flooring for sale as wooden products. At the "Non-Residential Wooden Building Fair 2023" held in May 2023, we collaborated with Mitsubishi Estate and other booth personnel to consider design, layout for installation in the Mitsubishi Estate Group booth, where mockups created during the development process were displays. Following the fair, feedback was exchanged among stakeholders, and the mockups were refined from concept design, construction, and procurement perspectives in preparation for actual sales, leading to Head Office installation at Mitsubishi Estate's headquarters. NOMURA Co.,Ltd. also cooperated in the design and construction of the installation.

This project involved the development of Motona Beach in Kyonan-machi, Awa-gun, Chiba Prefecture, and a demonstration event, utilizing Chiba Prefecture's "Project to Promote High Value-Added Tourism Content." The new use of the beach after the summer high season was named "Seaside Time," and the project was planned and implemented from September to November 2022. The special event held on November 12th and 13th offered new seaside experiences, including the first and largest participatory sky lantern and candlelit night in the Uchibo region, upcycled art using local waste materials such as driftwood, and gourmet food trucks showcasing the charms of Uchibo, attracting many visitors. Our company spearheaded the entire process, from administrative work for the application to Chiba Prefecture, planning, promoting the event's demonstration experiment (planning, concept design, setup, operation, and promotion), effectiveness verification, and reporting.

ogawa GRAND lodge is a directly managed store of "ogawa," a long-established outdoor brand founded in 1914 that offers reliable gear and outdoor lifestyle products. It is an outdoor store that provides everything from thorough lectures for beginners to introductions of the latest gear for veterans and repair services for discontinued older models. This is the first directly managed store in the Chugoku region. In the spring of 2023, it was located in "HIROSHIMA GATE PARK," a public park that was reborn on the site of the former Hiroshima Municipal Baseball Stadium. Our company, which was in charge of leasing for the project, was involved in everything from guiding the store to design, layout, and construction. In terms of concept design, we proposed an upgraded interiors compared to previous stores, resulting in a store that blends in with HIROSHIMA GATE PARK.

Recently, a new geological layer showing evidence of Jomon people mining obsidian has been discovered at the Takayama displays Site and Hoshikuso Pass Obsidian Mine, a nationally designated historical site. A museum called "Hoshikuso-kan" has opened, allowing visitors to see the excavated layer and experience the lives of the Jomon people. The building's exterior walls have changed color due to age-related rust, conveying a message of preserving and passing on the memory of obsidian. Inside displays, geological layers exceeding 20 meters in length and 5 meters in height rise along both walls of the passageway, recreating their appearance exactly as they were discovered during the excavation. The layers have stepped, uneven surfaces, formed by the soil dug by the Jomon people in search of obsidian. Projection mapping is applied along the lines of these layers, recreating the lives of the Jomon people through video. Through immersive visuals and breathtaking geological formations, you can experience the passion of the Jomon people who, for generations, dedicated themselves to mining the precious obsidian, which was found in only a limited number of locations.

This project, Echire L'Atelier du Beurre, is the eighth Echire store in Japan, handled by Kataoka Bussan Co., Ltd., a luxury goods manufacturer and food trading company that imports and sells luxury goods and food products from world-class brands. The store is located on the ground floor of Azabudai Hills. Our company was in charge of interiors construction for this store, which boasts the largest floor area of any Echire store in Japan.

This is a renewal project for the Yokoyama Visitor Center in Ise-Shima National Park, Ministry of the Environment. As a place to showcase the greatest charm of Ise-Shima National Park, "the connection between people and nature," displays are structured around three themes that symbolize the lives of people who coexist with nature in Ise-Shima (Ama diver culture, pearl farming, and the forests of the shrine). At the heart of the renewal is the installation of an immersive theater, where four screens—three walls and the floor—present "the distinctive landscapes, rich nature, and lives of people in Ise-Shima" in immersive, high-definition video. Interactive methods have been introduced, such as allowing children to learn while having fun, by touching icons displayed on the screen to see visuals and explanations of living creatures.

This project involved concept design, planning, and construction supervision of the second Saudi Arabian location for "%ARABICA," a coffee shop brand originating in Kyoto. The client requested the renovation of a warehouse of approximately 900 square meters and the installation of a custom-made, gigantic roasting machine. Therefore, we planned a theater-like store that would showcase the massive roastery while making the most of the vast space. A platform visible from every seat was created at the back of the store, and the star of the show, the roasting machine, was placed proudly in the center. The bean cellar, a symbol of "%ARABICA," surrounds it, enhancing the main attraction. This store also features "%ARABICA's" talented baristas, who act as an orchestra and are also main characters. A U-shaped kitchen counter is located in the center of the store, allowing the baristas' brilliant performances and pleasant sounds to resonate throughout the store. To allow customers to enjoy the live atmosphere of these two main characters from anywhere in the seating area, a large, column-free atrium was created, and seating was arranged around it. The main seating area consists of box seats separated by sheer curtains. These seats, designed with consideration for the personal space between men and women in Saudi Arabia, are arranged in two layers on either side of the open atrium. In addition, there are bench seats around the kitchen counter where customers can watch the baristas at work, and counter seats offering a panoramic view of the entire store, providing a variety of seating options to suit different customer preferences. Pleasant light streams in from the atrium ceiling through perforated metal. These elements create a bright and open space where customers can enjoy delicious coffee and a theater-inspired concept design and presentation that engages all five senses.

This project involved the GOOD HEALTH CAFETERIA and INTERNATIONAL CAFETERIA, located within Tokyo International University, adjacent to Sunshine City in Ikebukuro. Our company was responsible for the interiors concept design, building execution to enrich the living space where students spend most of their days and to create a comfortable environment where they can engage in various activities in addition to eating and drinking. The two cafeterias were designed to become a new hub for campus life, providing an environment where students can naturally gather, learn about each other's cultures through healthy Japanese food and cuisine from around the world, and encourage interaction.

The event was aimed at providing elementary school students with an opportunity to communicate with science museum curators and feel closer to science while spending their weekday after-school time in after-school care. Tama Rokuto Science Museum, which we have been managing as a designated manager since 2013, was connected to an after-school children's club in Kodaira City, Tokyo via online broadcast, and a science experiment workshop using balloons was held. Experiments such as "dropping," "floating," "stretching and returning," and "shaking" were conducted in the form of a quiz, allowing participants to have fun while deepening their understanding of the wonders of balloons.

"MITSUKOSHI BGC" is a mixed-use commercial facility based on the concept of "NEXT MANILA LIFESTYLE," set in the international city of Bonifacio Global City, delivering a new lifestyle co-created by Japan and the Philippines. Our company was in charge of the basic concept and concept design of the common areas, and we propose a comfortable facility on a human scale by incorporating elements of traditional Japanese place-making such as "sando" (approach to a shrine) and "tori-niwa" (passageway garden) into the open commercial space and the layout of open shops that create the joy of shopping. In the center of the facility, as a symbolic concept design that expresses the project's desire to become a bridge between the Philippines and Japan, a ceiling called "Joining Hands," which is an icon of intertwined hands with a Japanese touch, welcomes customers.

As a successor to the Muroran City Youth Science Museum (opened in 1963), Hokkaido's first science museum, a new facility has opened with "environment" as its theme. The aim is to create displays allow children and people of all ages to become familiar with science on a daily basis and feel hope for the future of the Earth and the region. The environment corner introduces environmental innovation projects that utilize Muroran's unique characteristics and strengths cultivated through manufacturing, as well as initiatives for a sustainable future. In particular, the main displays, "Watching Moruerani," is a virtual displays where visitors walk on satellite images of Muroran spread on the floor and use AR tablets to explore manufacturing sites, renewable energy sites, and natural spots. Visitors can experience scenery that is usually difficult to see in person, such as 360-degree videos of factories and drone footage of natural landscapes. The science experience corner consists of devices that allow visitors to experience the basics and principles of science. Some of the devices from the old building have been remade and reinstalled, carrying on the history of the facility and the memories of the citizens. The scattered devices are connected by experimental counters, creating a more intimate communication space, and playful elements are incorporated into displays, such as large playground equipment inspired by Muroran's natural environment.

The first store under this new concept, "Sports Authority Toyokawa," aims to be more than just a sports goods store; it strives to be a welcoming "place" where anyone can casually drop by. Instead of creating a typical sports store atmosphere, it prioritizes a friendly, approachable, and relaxing environment. concept design, featuring a "veranda" as a symbolic motif, connects the "inside" and "outside" of the store, providing a space where a wide range of customers, from families to seniors, can relax, enjoy shopping, and socialize.

We have created an application that allows you to learn more about the past and present of Tsumagoi Village. You can have experiences displays materials from the time of the eruption. —Learning about Tsumagoi Village's past—By holding a tablet over the current Mt. Asama and playing AR content, you can experience the great eruption of Mt. Asama that occurred in 1783 and the changes in the ridgeline of Mt. Asama caused by volcanic activity, and learn more detailed information through explanations using illustrations. —Learning about Tsumagoi Village's present—You can also see explanations of the traces of the eruption that are currently being excavated, as well as the four seasons of Tsumagoi Village and its specialty products. By using 360-degree images, we can allow users to enjoy the scenery of the rhododendron garden in spring and the starry summer sky as if they were actually there.
