Wealth Management Co., Ltd. Head Office Relocation Project

This is a headquarters relocation project for a wealth management group.
With the theme of "Bringing a comfortable hotel feel to the office," Wealth Management, which is involved in the hotel business, has created a space where employees can use their regular workplace for business purposes.
Based on the client's corporate philosophy of providing Japanese charm and culture as "experience value" and delivering excitement and stable prosperity to all customers, the space is designed to lead to the client's business prosperity by allowing customers to choose not only a place where they can concentrate, but also a place where they can business success like in a hotel, and by providing authentic coffee, tea, and other items in the work space, we are trialing how this "experience value" can be utilized in business.

Since the current office is small and there is no space that can be shared by the three group companies, we received a request to divide the work area of the three group companies and connect the whole with a group address.

The layout has been carefully concept design to enhance the sense of solidarity within the Wealth Management Group and to allow clients to experience the company's philosophy. The design is unified with a color concept design that recalls the corporate colors, and the FF&E and furniture are made with high-quality craftsmanship and have a minimalist design, expressing simple Japanese beauty.

Having a variety of different seating types allows us to choose the right one depending on the work situation, and we were pleased to see that our company's corporate colors were subtly incorporated into concept design of each space.
Since moving to our concept design new office, we are reminded every day that we are a company that provides hospitality.
