Wealth Management Co., Ltd. Head Office Relocation Project

This is a project to relocate Head Office of a wealth management group.
With the theme of "Bringing the comfort of a hotel to the office," Wealth Management, being involved in the hotel business, created a space where employees can utilize their everyday work environment for business purposes.
Based on our clients' corporate philosophy of providing the charm and culture of Japan as "experiential value" and delivering inspiration and stable prosperity to all customers, we are designing our workspaces to allow clients to choose not only a place to concentrate but also a place to relax like in a hotel, and to leverage this "experiential value" in their business, through trials and errors, ultimately leading to the prosperity of our clients' businesses.

Since the current office is small and there is no space that can be shared by the three group companies, we received a request to divide the work area of the three group companies and connect the whole with a group address.

While carefully designing the layout, we have created concept design that allows clients to experience their corporate philosophy, thereby enhancing the sense of unity within the wealth management group. The concept design is unified with a color scheme that evokes the corporate colors, and expresses simple Japanese beauty using FF&E and furniture made with high-quality craftsmanship and devoid of ornamentation.

I appreciated the variety of seating options, allowing me to choose the best one depending on my work situation, and I was pleased that the company's corporate colors were subtly incorporated into concept design throughout the space.
Since moving to our new, concept design office, we've been reminded every day that we are a company that provides hospitality.
