The Sapporo branch of Tokyu Land Corporation, which continuously provides comfortable housing and new lifestyles centering on the brand "BRANZ" of Tokyu Land Corporation, based on the brand message "Environmentally advanced, from housing." We create well-being lifestyles that are friendly to both people and people, and create green homes for a sustainable future.
This time, it is a renewal project that aims to create an office suitable for creating such an environmentally advanced condominium.
We reviewed the value and functions required of the office, and designed it with the concept of "Open Living" to create an environment that promotes well-being not only for the customers who visit the office, but also for the employees who spend their daily lives.

We were required to prepare an environment that looked ahead to the post-corona era, and to create an office space that was in line with the “BRANZ” brand image.

Based on Tokyu Fudosan Holdings' slogan "WE ARE GREEN," we have incorporated greenery throughout the building, aiming to enrich the minds of our employees through the power of nature. Furthermore, to provide a comfortable atmosphere reminiscent of one's own living room, we have adopted a free-address desk system as the basis, solving the challenge of concept design a space where employees can work whenever and wherever they like.
