This time, it is a renewal project that aims to create an office suitable for creating such an environmentally advanced condominium.
We reviewed the value and functions required of the office, and designed it with the concept of "Open Living" to create an environment that promotes well-being not only for the customers who visit the office, but also for the employees who spend their daily lives.

We were required to prepare an environment that looked ahead to the post-corona era, and to create an office space that was in line with the “BRANZ” brand image.

Based on the slogan "WE ARE GREEN" of Tokyu Fudosan Holdings, we planted greenery everywhere, taking care to enrich the minds of employees who work with the power of greenery. In order to provide a comfortable environment like being in your living room at home, we solved the problem by concept design the space so that employees can work whenever and wherever they want, based on a free address desk system that is not tied to a set working style.
