AMADA GLOBAL INNOVATION CENTER

This is a renovation project for Amada's Global Innovation Center, a company that boasts a world-leading market share in metal processing technology and the sales and development of processing equipment. The brand appeal area, technology displays, communication space, actual machine displays area, and sales negotiation space were planned around the theme of "the value that Amada brings to the world." This facility allows visitors to experience firsthand the "passion for building strong relationships with customers and contributing to society through manufacturing" that has been passed down since the company's founding, as well as the high level of their technological capabilities, and to feel the possibilities of a future walking together with Amada.

For the future, we received a request to establish a global innovation center that can grow together with Amada's next-generation customers.

We created an experiential story that allows visitors to intuitively feel Amada's passion for manufacturing, a leading Japanese company, while also understanding the numerous new technologies stemming from their research and creation of ultra-precision equipment, which are unmatched by other companies, and the high productivity that supports them. The entire space is composed of grid structures and display shelves that bring together Amada's technology and passion for manufacturing, functioning as displays stage that conveys their message. Amada's universal value, "metalworking technology," is incorporated as a concept design element into every detail of the space, expressed using concept design methods that match the theme of each area. By utilizing it in the architecture, interiors, fixtures, and signage, we have developed an innovation center that offers a unique and unparalleled experience, realizing an iconic space that allows visitors to feel Amada's universal values and future.
This facility aims to function as a message center that provides all visitors with an intuitive connection to Amada's innovative technology and spirit, which have been and will continue to be active in various fields around the world, and to inspire them to strive for "a better society and a better future for the global environment." It is a space where Amada, which supports the evolution of Japanese industry, and the visitors to this facility can grow together.
