[Project Summary] CONNECT TO is a brand experience facility for Toyota and Lexus located in Lotte World Mall in Seoul. The concept is a "restful forest in the city." In order to allow anyone to casually experience the appeal of the Toyota and Lexus brands in Korea, where domestic cars are the norm, the facility is designed as a cafe lounge that is easy for anyone to drop in to. The facility is also designed so that the amazing spatial concept design and Japanese hospitality will make you unknowingly feel the greatness of the brands. This time, our company assisted with everything from research and consulting to schematic design, concept design, and operation proposals.

[Project summary] The Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology, which is jointly operated by the Toyota Group, will celebrate its 20th anniversary on June 11th. As part of this commemorative project, the Automobile Pavilion's early period zone was reopened in January after renovation. displays displays did not simply rely on objects and explanations to express its appeal, but also incorporated a number of new and innovative ideas. Our company was involved in the project from the planning stage, providing total support from planning and design to construction. Located inside Kirin's headquarters, Kokoniwa, this is a limited-time planned displays that provides information about walking around Nakano. It aims to provide an opportunity for local residents to visit Kokoniwa, while also promoting exchange between the Kirin Group, nearby universities, businesses, and local residents. The structure, made from Nishikawa cedar from Saitama Prefecture, is environmentally friendly, with consideration given to how the material can be reused after use. The experiential displays, which everyone can participate in and enjoy, incorporates play into the production, encapsulating the essence of Nakano. This showroom allows you to imagine your wonderful self living in a Toyota Home home, and allows you to experience and feel everything from technology to smart houses. In order to embody Toyota Home's brand vision of "Sincerely for You - Let's go through life together," the keyword for the showroom is "From the wife's perspective!" With the relocation of the new office building as an opportunity, we assisted with everything from planning and design to construction. Based on GC's management philosophy of "contributing to the local community through improving oral health," Kamulier, a facility that "supports food," has opened in Ochanomizu. The facility offers a wide range of support through the sale of oral care products, care consultations, provision of food recipes in the cooking studio, and the sale of food to those whose eating functions have declined. Sweets developed by pastry chef Tsujiguchi Hironobu are also on display in the store. We provided total support, from planning, concept design, and program creation for the cooking studio to facility operation.

[Project Summary] Panasonic Center Osaka opened at Grand Front Osaka, the gateway to Osaka, as a global information hub. Based on the themes of "beauty," "food," "comfort," and "living," the center is a showroom for creating together with customers what they "wish they had" and "wished they could do" in their daily lives. Our company assisted with the design and construction of the showroom, which was the first to open in a commercial facility.

"Kokoniwa" is a communication space located in the lobby of the new Kirin Group headquarters, consolidating the headquarters functions of the Kirin Group, which were previously scattered in various locations. It is made up of displays content that allows visitors to experience the past, present, and future of the Kirin Group through seeing, hearing, and touching, and a communication space that creates connections between people inside and outside the company, and generates creativity and synergy. We provided a full range of assistance, from branding and planning to production, construction, and logo concept design.

Koizumi Lighting Operation Studio (KLOS) is an experiential, hands-on "innovation showroom" born from the concept of "Feel Design." It has been concept design as a space where you can feel the charm of "light," an essential part of life, through various techniques, such as spatial presentation that harmonizes artificial light with natural light and displays of the latest technology. We assisted with design, layout, and construction.

The TOTO Technical Center is a showroom for collaboration with architectural experts to create a better water environment based on the concepts of "knowledge building," "space creation," and "cutting-edge technology. Based on the concept design elements of "earth," "water," and "ceramics," which symbolize our products, we have created a limpid space concept design symbolizing a spring from which ideas flow. We assisted in the planning design, layout and production construction.

This facility introduces "smart communities" where various things in the towns where people live become "perfect." The diorama model "Pittaru City" in the "Transportation Zone" introduces how a town works, and the electric "Drive! Pittari Tram" allows visitors to experience driving an environmentally friendly form of transportation. At "Pittaru Home" in the "Life Discovery Zone," visitors can learn how to generate, store, and save electricity while having fun. Glicopia, a unique factory tour facility that combines a factory and a corporate museum that began in Kobe in 1988, has opened in Saitama Prefecture. Not only can you see the manufacturing process of familiar Pocky and Pretz up close, but it is also a space where you can enjoy learning about the history of Glico, from the process of making products with state-of-the-art machinery to the delivery to your hands. NOMURA was involved in the research and consulting, basic concept, environmental design and construction, and design and construction.

Aohata Jam Deck (Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture) is a former jam factory that has been renovated into an "ark of information" as a PR facility. It has many circular booths reminiscent of canned goods and bottles, and is a place where visitors can get familiar with jam while touring the factory and experiencing jam making. We assisted with the planning and concept design of the logo, architecture, interiors, displays, videos, graphics, signs, uniforms, etc.

We assisted in the research and planning of the Marine House on the Chiba Plant site, design, layout, production, and construction.

Patisserie Lab Tsuji is a store-type training room of Tsuji Culinary Group's senior school "Tsuji Confectionery Research Institute" and is located on the 3rd floor of Abeno Market Park Q's Mall. By engaging in manufacturing, operation, and sales in a system similar to that of an actual store, research students can not only learn practical confectionery making, but also comprehensively learn about the profession of patisserie. This is the first time in Japan that a store-type training room has been opened in a general commercial facility, not attached to a school.

We were in charge of interiors design and production for Poppins Co., Ltd. when they relocated their head office. The colors were unified throughout, centering on the company's corporate colors of pink and white. A high-quality concept design to welcome customers. By consolidating the offices, which were previously divided over four floors, into one floor, we aimed to create an office that would unify not only the space but also the feelings of the people who work there.
