By taking advantage of the unique appeal of "wooden houses," we provide comfortable homes that are environmentally friendly and can be lived in for a long time. We will spread the advantages of "Sumitomo Forestry Houses" through rich contact with customers at the "Minato Mirai Showroom." We assisted with design, layout, and construction. [Customer's Issues/Requests] To establish it as a place that realizes rich contact between customers and Sumitomo Forestry and a place that enhances CS (customer satisfaction)/ES (employee satisfaction). In addition, it should be a space where meetings can be held in a high-quality space, and where end users can experience the unique appeal of "wooden houses" through a wide variety displays. Furthermore, the expansion into a showroom was mentioned to increase customer satisfaction and make "Sumitomo Forestry Houses" a place that continues to be supported. The products and development technologies that have been born under the concept of "Manufacturing = Citizen Spirit" contain various technologies and wisdom that will lead to the future. By preserving and utilizing this cultivated technology and wisdom, the CITIZEN MUSEUM fosters love and pride in the company not only for all group employees but also for their families. In addition, we will actively use it as a place for PR and IR activities and exchanges with important stakeholders such as shareholders, analysts, and investors with the aim of acquiring new Citizen fans, as well as promoting our corporate image to job-hunting students. <Project Summary> This facility was planned and designed as a base for exchange and activities across business types and categories, operated by an affiliated organization of Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. Aiming to realize a sustainable society for the next generation, the facility was named "3x3LabFuture" because the three elements of "environment," "economy," and "society" mesh like gears, and it is a "third place" that is neither a company nor a home. The purpose of the facility is to form various communities and create businesses that will lead to the future. <Client's Challenge> The client's challenge was to create a wide variety of gathering spaces where various business types and visitors, from one person to a large number of people, could interact and engage in activities, and to express the environmental advancement of the office facilities. <Solution> We planned and designed a space that can hold large seminars such as a "salon," a "communication zone" that can be freely moved and used, a "workshop kitchen" and a "future cafe" as exchange spaces using cooking as a medium, and a "wonderful corridor" where various displays can be held. <Project summary> With the aim of providing employees with a place where they can better demonstrate their abilities, Sony renovated their employee cafeteria from the perspective of employee welfare. A buffet corner called "Buffet Island" and a "Relax Zone" were newly installed in Head Office employee cafeteria as spaces for "eating" and "resting", and we assisted with the spatial concept design. Sony employs a diverse workforce and respects each individual's work style, so at "Buffet Island" they offer a wide range of menu options and offer a wide range of take-out options, and as a result of the renovation, the number of daily users has increased by about seven times. [Project Summary] Alpen Co., Ltd. is the largest sports retailer in Japan. Its sales are supported by its own brand products. In order to make its private label products more innovative, the company gathered its designers on one floor, and with the floor concept of "gather and create," they realized a "co-creation floor" where people can gather together, talk, stimulate each other, empathize with each other, and create new things. [Customer's comments] Because it combines concept design and practicality, I feel that it is not only a stylish space, but also has the equipment and functions suitable for each task. The desks are randomly arranged, so the overall feeling is very open. There is a stand meeting space in the center, which is very convenient when planning across groups, and we often use it. I feel that the electrical wiring is finely allocated, which also has the effect of saving electricity.

Sangetsu Tokyo showroom relocation and renovation project. The showroom, which has been expanded to a total area of 600 tsubo, which is about 1.5 times the area of the previous model, has been renovated into a lifestyle proposal showroom full of "fun to see", "fun to choose", and "fun to combine" under the theme of "GOOD LIFE CLOSET", and it is a space that can be freely selected and styled, and is a space that reminds you of your interior closet. [Project Summary] In 2015, Yaskawa Electric celebrated its 100th anniversary and reorganized Head Office headquarters in Kurosaki, Kitakyushu, to open the "Robot Village," a community open to the local community and society. The "YASKAWA Forest," where visitors can enjoy the nature of the four seasons, was opened to the public, and at its center was the "Yaskawa Electric Miraikan," where customers, schools, research institutes, and local residents can experience Yaskawa Electric's business, the fun, amazingness, and precision of manufacturing, and the latest robot technology. Our company was in charge of creating the space and content for this facility, which would further bring out the appeal of Yaskawa Electric. We designed the facility to integrate all elements that decorate the space, such as mechatronics, video content, and lighting, so that all visitors can experience and feel Yaskawa Electric's business and technology in an easy-to-understand way, as well as experience the world-class "manufacturing" of Japan and the future of Yaskawa Electric, which leads it, in a space full of surprises and discoveries where cutting-edge technology and emotional sensibility concept design. In particular, the "Robotics Signage" that utilizes the control technology that coordinates with the dynamic movements of Yaskawa Electric's representative industrial robots, and the "Mechatronics Wall" that combines the 3D control of the motor that demonstrates the industry's highest performance with the latest projection mapping video are unique spatial production devices in the world that stimulate all the five senses of the viewer, and we helped to infinitely expand the possibilities and appeal of "manufacturing". [Project Summary] CONNECT TO is a brand experience facility for Toyota and Lexus located in Lotte World Mall in Seoul. The concept is a "restful forest in the city." In order to allow anyone to casually experience the appeal of the Toyota and Lexus brands in Korea, where domestic cars are the norm, the facility is designed as a cafe lounge that is easy for anyone to drop in to. The facility is also designed so that the amazing spatial concept design and Japanese hospitality will make you unknowingly feel the greatness of the brands. This time, our company assisted with everything from research and consulting to schematic design, concept design, and operation proposals.

Kewpie Corporation's tour facility "Mayo Terrace" has opened at the site of the former Sengawa factory. This facility is by reservation only and offers a 90-minute full attendance session where you can learn about various information related to mayonnaise while experiencing it in a fun way. We have provided total support from schematic design to construction. Just being there makes your heart feel happy! That is the kind of space we have created.

[Project Overview] The Takenaka Tools Museum was opened as the only museum of carpentry tools in Japan, with the theme of "Connecting people and nature, connecting tradition and innovation." Carpentry tools have a harsh fate of being used until they wear out and then disappear, especially when they are of high quality. In order to convey to future generations the wonderfulness of these disappearing carpentry tools and the "spirit of craftsmanship," the museum has been designed to allow visitors to feel the skills, wisdom, and dedication of the craftsmen through the five senses, through life-size models and tools, videos, photos, workshops, and more. We assisted with design, layout, interior administration, construction, and construction supervision. [Customer feedback] They dug deep into each theme, and pursued the maximum concept design suitable for each displays, not just superficial matters. Even when it came to construction, they carried out very careful work promotion, such as checking prototypes. By introducing participatory and experience-based displays that were not available in the old building, the number of family visitors increased, and the expected effect was achieved.

[Project summary] The Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology, which is jointly operated by the Toyota Group, will celebrate its 20th anniversary on June 11th. As part of this commemorative project, the Automobile Pavilion's early period zone was reopened in January after renovation. displays displays did not simply rely on objects and explanations to express its appeal, but also incorporated a number of new and innovative ideas. Located inside Kirin Head Office, Kokoniwa, this is a limited-time planned displays that provides information about walking around Nakano. It aims to provide an opportunity for local residents to visit Kokoniwa, while also promoting exchange between the Kirin Group, nearby universities, businesses, and local residents. The structure, made from Nishikawa cedar from Saitama Prefecture, is environmentally friendly, with consideration given to how the material can be reused after use. The experiential displays, which everyone can participate in and enjoy, incorporates play into the production, encapsulating the essence of Nakano. This showroom allows you to imagine your wonderful self living in a Toyota Home home, and allows you to experience and feel everything from technology to smart houses. In order to embody Toyota Home's brand vision of "Sincerely for You - Let's go through life together," the keyword for the showroom is "From the wife's perspective!" With the relocation of the new office building as an opportunity, we assisted with everything from planning and design to construction. Based on GC's management philosophy of "contributing to the local community through improving oral health," Kamulier, a facility that "supports food," has opened in Ochanomizu. The facility offers a wide range of support through the sale of oral care products, care consultations, provision of food recipes in the cooking studio, and the sale of food to those whose eating functions have declined. Sweets developed by pastry chef Tsujiguchi Hironobu are also on display in the store. We provided total support, from planning, concept design, and program creation for the cooking studio to facility operation.

[Project Summary] Panasonic Center Osaka opened at Grand Front Osaka, the gateway to Osaka, as a global information hub. Based on the themes of "beauty," "food," "comfort," and "living," the center is a showroom for creating together with customers what they "wish they had" and "wished they could do" in their daily lives. Our company assisted with the design and construction of the showroom, which was the first to open in a commercial facility.
