[Project Description]
Ginza Sony Park will open as a flat and open public space until the fall of 2020 as part of the "Ginza Sony Park Project," a project to renovate the Sony Building. We are planning to complete the new Sony Building in a form that will expand without changing.

[Customer issues/requests]
Our role was from working drawings to construction, but it was necessary to proceed with design and production at the same time as demolition work.
Considering time reduction and cost, the idea of "concept design dismantling" based on the idea of doing no unnecessary additions was aimed at the minimum act of dismantling, while at the same time achieving the maximum effect. The theme was whether I could blend in with the project team and meet the requests of the project team and ensure quality and proposals that exceeded expectations.

【solution】
At regular project meetings, we prepare production working drawings and on-site processes that construction the latest situation, and constantly share progress. I participated in the project by focusing on thoroughly doing the basics, such as doing it systematically, and maintaining close communication with the project team members.

Although we were really short on time, we were able to successfully open on August 9th thanks to careful communication with our partner, the person in charge of design and concept design, the person in charge of design and construction, and our company. I think that the most effective result was that the construction was completed within the deadline with quite complicated adjustments. thank you very much.
