This project is for "Soba Ikkon," a soba restaurant in Ebisu, Tokyo, where you can enjoy "soba-mae," a sophisticated culture that has continued since the Edo period. The restaurant has an open kitchen layout and is themed around "modern x folk art." It is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the "Sreed EBISU+C" building developed by Sapporo Real Estate Development, and has a store area of approximately 200 square meters. Our company was in charge of the overall interior concept design, schematic design, and design supervision.

FOOD STADIUM TOKYO, a food hall, opened on the second floor of the yellow building in Tokyo Dome City, offering a dining experience that combines entertainment and food. Located just a two-minute walk from JR Suidobashi Station, it was planned to become a new attraction for the local area. Our company was responsible for the planning and concept, leasing cooperation, concept design and environmental design, construction, and furniture and fixture manufacturing. Inside the food hall, the lighting is subdued and neon lights illuminate the space, creating an atmosphere where adults can enjoy alcoholic beverages. In addition, a giant LED screen and numerous monitors of various sizes are installed throughout the building, showing sports and entertainment content. While experiencing the immersive and exciting atmosphere unique to an entertainment city, customers can freely choose from approximately 480 different seating options and enjoy a wide variety of gourmet food from 11 different restaurants.

本プロジェクトは、東急株式会社様の渋谷駅東側エリア市街地再開発事業で、渋谷と青山をつなぐ新たなランドマークビルを誕生させるもので、当社は、コンサルティング、リーシング、内装監理から、什器制作、制作・内装施工、デザインクライテリア業務を担当しました。「渋谷アクシュ」という名称には、青山（AOYAMA）と渋谷（SHIBUYA）の街をつなぎ（Ⅹ：交差する）、多種多様な人々が行き交う場所で、交流を誘発する施設になっていきたいという想いを、また、あいさつや友好のしるしである「握手（アクシュ）」の意味から、異なる人々や文化がこの場所でつながり・交じり合い、そこから新たな価値が生まれていく様子を表現しました。渋谷アクシュが位置する渋谷駅東口エリアの渋谷駅から青山方面へと続く地域（以下、青渋）は、幹線道路に囲まれ、周辺エリアとの円滑な回遊が妨げられてきたことやオフィス中心のエリアということもあり、人々が集い、にぎわいが生まれる場所が不足しているという課題がありました。そこで、本ビルは「TSUNAGI-BA」をコンセプトに、渋谷二丁目の飲食ゾーンと青山の文教エリアとのつながりを生かし、渋谷を代表するエリアの奥渋や渋南などに続く “青渋”のアイコンになることを目指しています。本ビルは1階から4階は商業施設、5階から23階はオフィスで構成されています。新業態やエリア初出店を含む飲食店、アートギャラリー、健診センターなど15店舗が出店する商業フロアにより、これまで通り道だった青渋エリアが、ひと時の休憩や食事を楽しむことができる交流の場となります。

主要空港に、旅行用品や雑貨などの販売店を展開する「トコ―プラス」の福岡空港出店プロジェクトです。福岡空港国際線の出発フロアという立地に対し、旅先への準備のための各種トラベルグッズを取り揃え、安心と楽しさを届けながら、「UPLIFTING FEELING」というコンセプトのもと、高揚感の演出につながる空間デザインを実現しました。

Tokyu Plaza Harajuku "Harakado" is a new commercial facility that inherits and further develops the culture of the former "Harajuku Central Apartments." Located at the southwest corner of the Jingumae intersection where Omotesando and Meiji-dori intersect, it stands shoulder to shoulder with Laforet Harajuku across the street and Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku "Omokado" diagonally across from it, aiming to become a new landmark in the Harajuku/Omotesando area and a hub for cultural dissemination. Our company was responsible for the basic plan of the entire facility environment, design, layout of each section, the concept and planning of some of the facility's merchandising, tenant leasing for the food and beverage floor, and the design and construction of some of the restaurants.

This is the 15th directly managed store by Seiban, the company famous for its "Angel's Wings" school bags. Each store is concept design with a unique concept, taking into account the local characteristics of the area. In the Yokohama Kohoku area, there are many greenways that blend seamlessly into daily life, and these greenways are not just paths but parks where children play. Therefore, the concept for this store is "SEIBAN GREEN PARKWAY," incorporating the organic curves and green elements of the greenways, as well as the various colors encountered in nature, to concept design a space that makes you want to venture further in.

As a symbolic project aimed at enhancing the value of the area along the Tobu Skytree Line, "TOBU icourt," a commercial facility based on the concept of offering a "comfortable lifestyle" that satisfies all five senses of body and mind, has opened in the Dokkyo University area. Taking advantage of the characteristics of this area, which is home to educational and cultural facilities such as Dokkyo University and Matsubara Danchi Memorial Park, the facility has opened with a total of 24 stores, including a major supermarket offering lifestyle suggestions, to meet the diverse daily needs of various lifestyles. Furthermore, while further strengthening cooperation with the local community, including the government, residents, and the university, it will also play a role as a base for promoting urban development that enhances the attractiveness of the area. By holding events in the adjacent park and fostering new connections through interaction with the facility, the aim is to continue the vibrancy of the area. Our company was in charge of the development planning, leasing, concept design /design supervision, facility naming, and logo mark development for this facility.

This is "Benoît Nihant Ginza," a project by Kaneka Corporation. This store is the first flagship store in Japan for "Benoît Nihant," a chocolate brand launched in 2005 by Belgian cocoa craftsman Benoît Nihant, who has a background as a former engineer. It serves as a place to acquire new fans in Japan and also functions as a base for Kaneka's brand dissemination. Benoît Nihant is characterized by its single-origin chocolates using "single-farm" and "single-variety" cocoa beans, and handles everything from roasting to finished products in its own workshop. The spirit and philosophy of "CRAFTSMANSHIP," born from the desire to be a "cocoa craftsman" before being a chocolatier, is reflected in the shop concept design. concept design elements were extracted from the scenery of the Belgian workshop, incorporating colors and textures such as the blue of the conching machine and the bronze of the scales as concept design elements, and a new brand key color was set for Japan. Furthermore, by incorporating Kaneka's "Kaneka Organic EL Lighting (Kaneka OLED Lighting)" into the store's lighting, we added a showroom function. Kaneka OLED Lighting is characterized by its soft, surface-emitting light and its ability to minimize shadows cast by objects. We concept design a space that successfully combines the two purposes of a chocolatier and a lighting showroom.

For JR Nagoya Takashimaya's June 2023 store-wide promotion, "LIFE + DESIGN ~A Creative Life, Discovered and Expanded~," our company was in charge of the logo, visuals, interiors concept design, and sales promotion planning (including participation in a creators' talk show), and we produced the entire store.

The all-day dining restaurant "Balcony by 6th," based on the concept of "a balcony in the city," and the bar lounge "The Lovers' Lounge" for "lovers" have opened on the third floor of Azabudai Hills Tower Plaza. The long-loved "6th by Oriental Hotel" in Yurakucho has been reborn as a comfortable dining space that is more accessible to many people, with the theme of inheriting history and harmonizing with the new city. "Balcony by 6th" has an open and comfortable terrace overlooking the Azabudai Hills area, and a botanical atmosphere, offering a unique view of greenery blending into the city. This all-day dining restaurant with about 200 seats can be used for lunch, cafe, dinner, and bar, and serves Italian-based international cuisine created in an open kitchen. The "classical and oriental" taste reminiscent of "6th by Oriental Hotel" has been reinterpreted. A variety of places have been created by incorporating the elements and colors of the surrounding environment, providing a relaxing place where users can enjoy themselves freely according to the situation. The Lovers' Lounge is a bar lounge for lovers. It is adjacent to Balcony by 6th and is a place of relaxation where you can think and talk about the things you like as much as you like. It is a place to meet before a meal or spend some time after a meal, and you can casually enjoy a glass of carefully selected Japanese whiskey from all over the country and a wide variety of signature cocktails. The interior of the store, where you can enjoy carefully selected cocktails and whiskey in a rare, relaxed space within a commercial facility, also has an antique aspect, as some of the interior was used in 6th by Oriental Hotel.

This is the first overseas branch of the Chinese restaurant chain with the most Michelin stars in mainland China. The interior concept design was handled by a Hong Kong-based concept design company, and our company was responsible for the local design work, which was highly complex and based on the work of an overseas designer, as well as construction work, which required a high level of completion.

This project involved design, layout of the first Philippine location (Manila) for "%ARABICA," a coffee shop brand originating in Kyoto that operates cafes worldwide. Because they have cafes all over the world, it was necessary to incorporate local elements and culture into the space to create a unique store. For this store, we created a futuristic space that reflects the future of Manila, a rapidly developing Asian country experiencing economic growth. To guide customers to the back of the store, a three-dimensional curved mirrored counter was placed to match the gently curving, elongated shape of the site. The same material was used on the floor and walls, reflecting the entire space and creating a futuristic, spaceship-like composition that echoes the shape of the counter, suggesting Manila's near future.

This project involved concept design and planning of the Kuwait branch of "%ARABICA," a coffee shop brand originating in Kyoto. The store is located in a spot overlooking the Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium, Kuwait's largest stadium with a capacity of 60,000 and used for international competitions. Therefore, we focused on the unique location, where the stadium, a landmark that characterizes the surrounding area, can be seen dynamically from inside the store, and reflected this in the spatial concept design. We extracted three elements that are characteristic of the stadium: the "oval shape" of its exterior, the "membrane roof" that protects from rain and wind while allowing in a moderate amount of natural light, and the "framework" that is lightweight and also serves a structural role, and incorporated them into the space to create a sense of harmony.

This facility is Japan's first 3D-printed housing construction technology, and the first commercially available 3D-printed store for general sale. Its purpose is to provide relaxation through advanced training and extraordinary experiences. The operating company is Cascade Tokyo, which develops medical and nursing care services, and it utilizes the development technology of its partner, Selendisc, which was the first in Japan to realize 3D-printed housing and commercialization. For this project, our company is in charge of creative production utilizing technology, from research, planning, and consulting to concept design, exhibit execution. We aimed to create a treatment space that combines advanced technology and concept design, with the hope that it will be a stepping stone for the development of future treatment centers.

This project involves a café to be installed on the first floor of Menicon's Head Office headquarters building. Aiming for a highly original café, our company was responsible for everything from café planning and business model development to store design, construction, and establishment of the operational system. In addition to a menu of visually appealing deli items, gelato, and aromatic coffee, the café area will feature a piano in the center where mini-concerts will be held, and monitors will be installed to show movies that express the facility's concept, creating a space that can be enjoyed with all five senses.
