[Project Summary] Toranomon HOP is a bar located in Toranomon Hills where you can enjoy a wide variety of German beers. In order to embody the concept of the Toranomon Hills commercial store, "Gathering Hub," we aimed to create a store that would foster borderless communication. More than half of the store's walls face the architectural curtain wall, and the location overlooks the outdoor garden "Oval Plaza," creating a space that conveys the store's presence to the plaza while at the same time making you feel comfortable surrounded by wood. The bar counter is finished with a heavy mortar using traditional motifs to express the dignity of German beer, and all the counter tops and furniture that you touch are made of thick solid wood with a bandsaw finish, giving them a friendly form. In addition, the protruding standing tables create a bustling atmosphere like a street-front store, with people and things spilling out to the outside of the store. We assisted with design, layout. "Toriba Coffee Ginza Main Store" is a boutique roaster with a specialty coffee bean store on the first floor and a factory for roasting in-house on the second floor. To express "Hawaii" at the root of the concept, we aimed to create a luxurious space with an open façade concept design that allows the aroma of coffee to flow into the street. In addition, the 7.3m green wall installed in the atrium, some of which uses real plants, provides a new view to the Ginza area, and creates a relaxed atmosphere inside the store, making it feel like a more high-quality space. The Seibu Sogo Musashikosugi Shop, which opened in the Grand Tree Musashikosugi shopping complex, is themed around "SUITE RESIDENCE" and is concept design with motifs that evoke the natural elements of wind, light, and greenery, as well as a pleasant atrium and a casual, yet comfortable space using high-quality furniture and materials. Selva in front of Sendai's municipal subway "Izumi Chuo Station" was reopened in the spring of 2014. In Selva's environmental plan, we participated in the concept design concept of "an atelier to enjoy me more" from the concept design planning stage, and were in charge of the design of the environmental production of the common area, construction, AB construction for tenants, and furniture and fixture manufacturing work. Belgian chocolate specialist "B by B" has opened its first overseas street-level store in Ginza. In the centre of the store is a "transparent drawer with floating chocolates" from which visitors can experience the world of the product packaging by pulling out and selecting products with their own hands. As a joint project with nendo, concept design office based in Tokyo and Milan, our company assisted with everything from schematic design and working drawings to interiors construction. Abe Kamabokoten, which has been manufacturing and selling sasa kamaboko since its founding in 1935, has reopened its main store after renovation. The concept is "moto." "Moto" represents the origin, and it embodies the desire to go back to the basics once again for the next generation and widely promote sasa kamaboko, a Sendai specialty. The Sapporo Mitsui JP Building "Red Brick Terrace" is a commercial facility consisting of 27 stores from the basement 1st floor to the 4th floor, a "view gallery" with a panoramic view of the former Hokkaido Government Office (Red Brick Office) on the 5th floor, and a relaxing plaza "Atrium Terrace" on the 2nd floor. The concept is "A Sapporo courtyard where you can encounter new sensibilities." The food and beverage zone on the basement floor of Mitsui Tower was given a makeover this March. The new space is unified with concept design that exudes a sense of unity and openness, and expresses the fusion of sophistication and stylishness that is characteristic of the Muromachi period. The six tenants, each with an open counter kitchen, are bustling with office workers every day. Our company assisted with a wide range of aspects, including planning, design, layout, production and construction, and furniture and fixture manufacturing. Mark is Minato Mirai opened in front of the Yokohama Museum of Art in Minato Mirai. The concept of this facility is to create a "vertical urban park" in the city. Our company has been involved in the project from the architectural planning stage, and has promoted the creation of an environment where the natural outside can be felt from inside the facility. Cozy spaces are scattered throughout the facility to increase mobility and make it easier for people to stay. In addition, the facility is designed to provide enjoyment for all visitors by arranging colorful, unique furniture and familiar artwork. Tokyu Hands Yokohama has relocated and reopened in a great location, just one minute's walk from the west exit of Yokohama Station, on the 5th to 7th floors of Yokohama Mores. The store has been designed to convey the Hands-like craftsmanship and Yokohama-like atmosphere, and to promote the Hands worldview. The facility, filled with carefully selected products, conveys fun and joy to customers who visit. We assisted with the environmental design, production and construction. Matsuya Ginza store, which boasts the largest floor space in the Ginza area, has reopened after renovation. The environment is designed to maximize the individuality of each tenant, and appeals to the unique worldview of each individual tenant. This attractive facility, which brings together a variety of unique tenants, has been completed as a space where you can feel the joy of shopping around. We assisted with the environmental design, furniture and fixture manufacturing, production and construction of the 2nd and 4th floors. "Wadakura" is a famous kaiseki restaurant that has been in business since the days of the old Palace Hotel. Guests can enjoy traditional Japanese cuisine while looking out over the "Wadakura Moat" and "Wadakura Bridge," from which the restaurant takes its name. The restaurant is made up of "earthen spaces" and "wooden spaces" that use traditional craftsmanship in various places, creating a modern Japanese space that exudes a sense of genuine quality. The Solamachi Shop is a sweets editing shop where multiple long-established Japanese and Western brands produce and sell original sweets with the theme of modern Edo confectionery and the four seasons of Tokyo Solamachi. In order for each brand to have its own individuality as a store, they use a sales operation in which they provide common packaging and customers create their own assortment of their choice. This common packaging is then used as concept design for the walls, creating a sense of unity as a Solamachi shop. "Rihga Royal Grand Okinawa Dining & Bar Age" is based on the hotel's concept of "Okinawan Nature" with the theme of "forest" for the bar lounge and "sun" for dining. While incorporating Okinawan genes such as nature and culture, we are proposing a new style of dining in Okinawa by using unprecedented expressions in the construction of spaces. Our company was design, layout in charge of production and construction.

Francfranc, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary since the brand was founded, has opened a new laboratory-like flagship store. It also houses an art book store "TASCHEN" and a cafe "MUG CAFE by Francfranc," and is experimenting with various ideas based on the theme of time, materials, and handiwork. The exterior is made of inorganic glass curtain walls and is completely covered in illustrations reminiscent of European fashion houses. The interior of the store has a strong contrast of black and white, creating an impressive space. We assisted with design, layout.
