We were in charge of design, layout, building execution of Ai Kogyo's fifth domestic experiential housing showroom, where customers can "see," "touch," and "feel" the products.
This store occupies approximately 132 tsubo (about 430 square meters) on the 5th floor of Tonarie Utsunomiya, located in front of Utsunomiya Station in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture. It serves as a one-stop shop for home building consultations, from initial discussions to contract signing and specification finalization. Compared to conventional stores, it is compactly arranged, making it a user-friendly and easy-to-navigate showroom. concept design incorporates Oya stone and Tochigi leather as motifs, allowing visitors to feel the essence of Tochigi throughout. The showroom features actual interiors of the latest housing equipment, interior building materials, exterior walls, displays, and sashes, as well as an AR corner where visitors can experience Ai Kogyo's unique skip-level design, making it a showroom where you can learn "why Ai Kogyo is chosen."

We received a request for concept design proposals regarding the creation of a space that incorporates elements that make the most of the local characteristics.
We received a request for displays proposal that would allow customers to experience the high level of design capabilities and advantages of Ai Construction compared to other companies.

We concept design the interior using Tochigi's specialty interiors materials and craft motifs, creating an environment that evokes a sense of "Tochigi-ness."
To help customers better understand our design capabilities and advantages, we have introduced a new AR content displays using models of actual projects, focusing on highlighting our skip-design approach.

We have proposed various mechanisms that can appeal to customers. In particular, I feel that we were able to create great added value by expanding the possibilities of multi-layered spaces.
