"Marunouchi Street Park" is a social experiment project that examines the future of Marunouchi Nakadori in Tokyo and explores ways to utilize it. Started in 2019, "Marunouchi Street Park 2024 Winter," now in its ninth year, expanded from the previous three blocks of Marunouchi Nakadori to five blocks, including Gyokodori, making it the largest event to date. Our company participated as the overall planning partner and operations manager. The theme this year was "Bright Street." We were responsible for the spatial design, construction, and operation, utilizing the illuminations that are a winter tradition in Marunouchi. We supported the planning and operation of popular environmentally friendly resin ice rinks, a glasshouse market with a wide variety of goods, and holiday-themed caricature content and street music. (Event period: November 14, 2024 - December 25, 2024)

This project involved the relocation of Hybrid's Head Office, supporting the resolution of challenges in their information systems department and the strengthening of their organizational functions. Based on their mission to "bring together information systems (IT) and management/business," concept design concept was "fusion of ideas, fusion of structures, and fusion of materials," aiming to improve the working environment and corporate value by fusing industrial motifs with a modern and sophisticated space.

This was a plan to relocate the offices of AIYA, a long-established matcha manufacturer founded in 1888 and based in Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture, one of Japan's leading matcha producing areas. The relocation was planned within a new BCP product warehouse building that was built on the site of the existing factory.

As part of an R&D project that we have been working on since 2022, we launched "material record," which is themed around "materials = Earth's resources," and have announced the first product of this project, the sound device "noon by material record" (hereinafter, "noon"). This product is an experiential art piece that focuses on various sustainable materials that make up the Earth, connects "sound" and "materials," and is filled with the creativity of NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Group, which excels in spatial design. For the release of "noon," we collaborated with the travel circle "MIDNIGHT PIZZA CLUB," consisting of actor Taiga Nakano, video director Ryohei Kamide, and photographer Yusuke Abe. In addition to concept design the space for the book launch event (held from December 13th to 15th) for "MIDNIGHT PIZZA CLUB 1st BLAZE LANGTANG VALLEY," a book compiling travel records released on December 12th, 2024, Ryohei Kamide also installed "noon" and played ambient sounds created from sound sources he collected during his travels, alongside displays of photographs of Nepal taken during his journey.

Tetra Pak is a global leader in food processing and paper container filling and packaging systems, founded in Sweden in 1951. The Gotemba Technical Center is a core facility for Tetra Pak Japan's domestic technical services, playing a vital role in product support by conducting filling and packaging system demonstrations, quality control, and paper container analysis and evaluation. The facility celebrated its 25th anniversary since relocating to Gotemba in 1999. Therefore, a large-scale renovation project was undertaken to renew the space into one where visitors can experience innovation for new product development and sustainability initiatives through displays and digital tools. Pike was in charge of concept design, Jones Lang LaSalle was in charge of overall project management, and our company participated in this project as the overall construction company for interiors. To create concept design that convincingly showcases Tetra Pak's advanced technology, the entrance lobby, where guests are welcomed, is concept design around three core elements: sharp, paper-fold-like shapes that represent the foundation of the company's business; linear lighting that emphasizes these folds; and pure white to express the company's pride in safety as a food-related business. In the showroom, where actual business negotiations take place, the above concept is followed, and a wood-grain color scheme is incorporated to further express Tetra Pak's approach to sustainability.

Takemoto Oil & Fat Co., Ltd. is a global company with a 300-year history, operating a food business centered on "Maruhon Sesame Oil" and a chemical business based on interfacial chemistry. We were recently in charge of renovating the entrance to Head Office headquarters. Our aim was to create a space where visitors (domestic and international customers, local residents, and job-seeking students) can feel the company's culture and history, while also improving employee engagement and telling the company's story.

The Refineverse Group advocates Waste to Wealth and is working on "new manufacturing" using waste as a resource. With this office relocation, our company was in charge of construction from concept design design to interiors construction work.

The Nintendo Museum is a facility created by renovating Nintendo's Uji Ogura factory. It features displays of numerous products released by Nintendo to date, new gameplay experiences reborn with the latest technology, workshops, a cafe, and a shop, allowing visitors to learn about and experience Nintendo's history and commitment to craftsmanship. Our group brought together the combined strength of over 100 members for this project, working together as one to drive it forward. We supported the facility from concept to overall planning, and were responsible for concept design, architecture, and construction. Furthermore, for the museum's operation, our group company, Seeds Three, handles the staffing department, while Nomura Medias handles maintenance, upkeep, and shop tenant management.

In order to pass on the spirit and culture of the indigenous Ainu people to the next generation, Shiranuka Town is promoting town development based on the idea of "Ior (traditional living space)" and has recently opened the Shiranuka Ainu Museum "Pokor" to introduce the Ainu culture passed down in the town. The name of the facility, "Pokor", reflects the desire of the Ainu people of Shiranuka to "cherish the place where they were born and raised", and this desire is expressed through elaborate dioramas that depict Ainu life, realistic reproductions of every nook and cranny of the cise (Ainu dwelling), traditional crafts and beautiful costumes, and the soundscape of "Ior (traditional living space)" that envelops the entire museum. This facility allows you to experience the rich Ainu life that is vividly depicted with your five senses and deepen your understanding by experiencing the Ainu culture that has lived in the harsh yet majestic nature.

displays room was established in conjunction with the opening of Daihen Corporation's new Tokyo Head Office, with the aim of strengthening sales activities, public relations, recruitment, and investor relations functions in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Our company was responsible for the design and construction of displays and content. The displays mainly showcases cutting-edge products and technologies that contribute to solving social issues such as realizing a decarbonized society, resolving labor shortages, and promoting digitalization, creating a space where visitors can experience the unique product value and features of Daihen.

Our company was responsible for the design and construction of the renovation work at Seiko Epson's Toyoshina Plant, Second Factory Building, in Nagano Prefecture. The result is a displays space that visualizes and allows visitors to experience the displays technology, and capabilities of the Visual Products Division. It consists of an exhibition space where visitors can experience the history of projector products and see actual displays, and a LAB space equipped with a 25m extra-large screen and a 360-degree screen that can be flexibly used for various purposes.

Cacao Tiegokaan visits cacao producing areas and works with cacao farmers to create chocolate from beans without compromise. The interior of the store is decorated with crushed cacao husk, the thin skin of cacao that is discarded during the chocolate manufacturing process. The chocolate carefully made from cacao fruit and the interior of the store, wrapped in cacao husk, resonate with each other, creating a special space where you can experience the charm of cacao with your whole body.

ZOE Ginza, a commercial building located along Ginza Namiki Street, has been in operation for 20 years since its completion, and this project involved a renovation plan. Our company was responsible for design, layout, and construction of the exterior, the first floor/elevator hall, and the environment on each floor.

Taikisha is a world-leading global environmental engineering company that contributes to society through advanced technologies related to energy, air, and water. In this project, in order to create new value, we planned a new communication area within a part of the research facility to foster open innovation with Taikisha's customers, as well as academic research institutions and startup companies, and to realize co-creation with external customers. Following the opening of the satellite facility "TAIKISHA INNOVATION GATE Shinjuku" in Shinjuku in April 2023, our company was in charge of planning, design, concept design content creation, and interiors production.

Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. has introduced its unique car manufacturing concept, "Nissan Intelligent Factory," based on next-generation production technology, at its largest domestic plant in Tochigi Prefecture. In this project, we renovated the guest hall and factory tour course within the plant to showcase its innovativeness. With the theme of communication concept design that leaves a lasting impression, we brought together our company's knowledge to recreate concept design of the space and displays experience.
