Tochigi Health Checkup Plaza is a medical facility that relocated and reopened on January 15, 2024, for receiving health checkups and comprehensive medical examinations. In today's era, often referred to as the "100-year life era," regular health checkups and comprehensive medical examinations are more important than ever for managing one's health. To fulfill our customers' wish that their annual checkup day be a "rich and special day," we have created a hospitable space from architecture to interior and furniture concept design. To meet our customers' requests and broad concept design needs, we teamed up NAU (now the Architectural Production Department), which excels in total concept design on an urban planning and architectural scale, with an interior concept design team that specializes in the hospitality market, such as hotels. By leveraging each other's expertise and concept design comprehensively from architectural scale to human scale, we have created a space that alleviates the psychological anxiety of patients and allows them to spend their time comfortably and pleasantly. With its smart appearance symbolizing a cutting-edge medical facility and a space filled with elegant colors, we aimed to create a facility that would become a symbol of the city, rooted in the community and loved by its residents.

Art monuments depicting players were installed in the outdoor plaza of the Okinawa Arena, the venue for the "B.LEAGUE ALL-STAR GAME WEEKEND 2024 IN OKINAWA". By depicting the players with life-size lines, visitors can experience the players' height, speed, jumping ability, and other physical capabilities. concept design expresses the world of the B.LEAGUE purpose, "Let your heart burn," and, under the concept of "PARK," is intended to inspire communication between visitors and multiple venues.

The waters surrounding Hatodomari Cape, where the Genkai Underwater Observation Tower is located, were designated in 1970 as part of the national park "Genkai Marine Park" (now Genkai Marine Park), Japan's first underwater park. This facility opened in 1974 as the only underwater observation tower on the Sea of Japan side. Connected to the land of Hatodomari Cape by an 86-meter-long pier, the tower is 20 meters high and 10 meters in diameter. From the observation room, located 7 meters underwater, visitors can see various kinds of fish swimming, as well as seaweed and shellfish in their natural state through 24 underwater windows. From the deck above the water, visitors can also enjoy panoramic views of the islands of the Genkai Sea on three sides. To commemorate its 50th anniversary, the facility underwent its first renovation and reopened on April 1, 2024. It is the first underwater observation tower in Japan (out of seven nationwide) to introduce projection mapping, allowing visitors to enjoy an immersive experience as if they were actually underwater while watching real fish. Our company was involved from the initial concept stage, handling everything from concept design and exhibit execution to public relations at the time of opening.

NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Ltd. exhibited a booth at "SC Business Fair 2024," the industry's largest event bringing together shopping center stakeholders. Held at Pacifico Yokohama displays Hall for three days from January 24th to 26th, 2024, Nomura Co., Ltd. not only exhibited a booth but also held a free seminar on the first day of the event. The theme of this year's booth was "Sustainable concept design as Envisioned by NOMURA Co.,Ltd." As part of our social good R&D activities, we are developing a "Sustainable concept design Manners Book" that realizes aesthetic appeal, functionality, and environmental friendliness, and the booth was designed in accordance with the basic principles of the Manners Book. While sustainability initiatives are diversifying, we are also continuing to take on various challenges, such as developing upcycled materials. However, this time, we returned to basic materials that are indispensable for constructing spaces and that we will continue to be deeply involved with in the future, and focused on understanding the characteristics of each material. As basic materials, we used wood, cement, acrylic, copper, and iron, arranging the timbers of each material in a grid pattern while creating undulations in the space, allowing visitors to move around the booth and enjoy conversations. The proportion of each material used was calculated based on the embodied carbon emissions throughout the building's lifecycle, and we made efforts to allow visitors to visually perceive the characteristics of each material. Furthermore, by using clamps (*) instead of screws or adhesives for joining, the materials can be reused, and the amount of waste generated during demolition is drastically reduced, symbolically representing the fundamental concept of contributing to the environment. Our aim was concept design a booth where visitors could think together about future approaches to sustainable concept design, and where they could gain new insights and discoveries while demonstrating responsibility and gratitude for materials. *We are using the dedicated clamps from the "Tsunagi" project, planned and produced by Nikken Sekkei.

The main building is a historical entertainment facility with the theme of Maebashi's "crisis and people's power." Maebashi was called the "flower of Kanto" during the Edo period and flourished as a castle town, and continued to develop as the prefectural capital of Gunma Prefecture after the Meiji period. During that time, however, our ancestors overcame four crises with the "people's power" and achieved reconstruction: the collapse of Maebashi Castle due to erosion of the Tone River, the abolition of feudal domains and the establishment of prefectures due to the Meiji Restoration, the suspension of operations in the silk industry, which was the city's main industry, due to the Great Depression, and the burning of 80% of the city area in air raids during World War II. The main building calls Maebashi, which developed as the "flower of Kanto" and the "prefectural capital," "the Flower Capital," and was opened with the hope that it would be an opportunity for citizens to trace the history of their hometown and think about Maebashi's future.

LOGI'Q Minami-Ibaraki, the flagship facility of Tokyu Land Corporation's LOGI'Q brand, was completed in January 2024 as one of the largest logistics facilities in the Kansai region. Our company was responsible for design, layout, construction, and signage concept design. We designed cafeterias on the first and fourth floors, each with a different concept design theme that characterizes the facility. The first floor area, facing a mountainous area, made extensive use of wood and created a spacious area with high ceilings. On the other hand, the fourth floor area, located on the urban and industrial side, was finished with a sharp and modern composition using metal and stone. Furthermore, we concept design an eye-catching large logo outdoors and a lounge located at the main entrance, providing a comfortable experience for visitors to the facility and creating a space that promotes communication through art and displays.

This project aims to improve the appeal of Kanazawa crafts in the Tokyo metropolitan area and strengthen its ability to convey the message. It relocates and opens "Dining Gallery Ginza no Kanazawa," which was located on the sixth floor of a commercial facility, as a full-scale crafts gallery on the street in Ginza 5-chome. Utilizing the brand power that has been cultivated thus far, we will create a new stage that connects Kanazawa with the world, culture and business, tradition and innovation, and convey the appeal of Kanazawa crafts to the world, while also nurturing young craft artists.

In order to contribute to the promotion of SDGs in Higashiyodogawa Ward, Osaka Prefecture, and to create a space where visitors can feel relaxed and comfortable, Higashiyodogawa Ward Office has renovated the waiting areas on the first and second floors with wood. The renovation concept is "Treeful." This is a coined word that means "full" with trees (tree), and conveys the message that just as a wide variety of trees gather together to create a rich, strong, and sustainable mountain, the diversity of the people living in this city creates a rich society. By incorporating a wealth of wood from Osaka Prefecture into areas of Higashiyodogawa Ward Office that are visible to many users, and with the cooperation of ward residents through workshops, a space filled with the diverse charms of wood, "Treeful," was born. *This project was implemented using the "Forest Environment Grant Tax."

This is displays concept design project for "JAPAN SHOP 2024," a comprehensive retail trade show held at Tokyo Big Sight. Our company was in charge of the overall design, layout, and construction of the booth for Lilycolor Co., Ltd. This year's theme was "Sustainability x Experiential Material Search for Design Decision-makers." Not only could visitors see Lilycolor's "sustainable products," including new wallpapers and floorings made from recycled waste, but we also incorporated points throughout the booth where visitors could actually touch and feel the texture and feel of the products, allowing them to "experience" them firsthand. As a company that handles interior materials, we aimed to create a booth that could be experienced in three dimensions, including spatial comfort and how it would look in a real space.

The Aoya Kamiteraji Ruins, a national historical site located in Aoya-cho, Tottori City, is also known as the "Underground Yayoi Museum" due to the diverse array of artifacts unearthed there, characteristic of a port settlement. This facility plays a part in the restoration of the "Yayoi Village" at the same historical site. The guidance displays room expresses the worldview of the Yayoi period and the ruins, using a semi-structured ship (trading ship) as a symbol, under the theme of "A Tour of Aoya Village." In addition, the important cultural property displays room was concept design with the concept design of a "Yayoi Museum" that brings out the "beauty" of the artifacts unearthed in Aoya, which include many Yayoi period items that can be described as beautifully designed crafts.

This is a senior residence project targeting active seniors, located within the "HARUMI FLAG" area, a new town born from large-scale urban development. Our company assisted from the basic concept stage and was in charge of the common area planning. Nearby is Harumi Pier, Tokyo's gateway to the sea, where luxury cruise ships from both Japan and abroad call, making it a special place visited by ships from all over the world. Inspired by the characteristics of this area, we concept design the space for "Home Clair," a cultural school established within this property, to resemble a cruise ship. The space used for the cultural school, called "Clair Hall," was inspired by the diverse cultures brought by ships from all over the world, and we created a mechanism that serves as a starting point for activities through "culture," such as a culture wall with records from multiple generations and cultures and a movable stage that can accommodate various activities. In the resident-only lounge called "Clair Lounge," we conceptually incorporated Art Deco concept design used in the 1920s when cruise ship travel was popular, creating a special space where residents can relax while enjoying board games and light refreshments.

Kaiyukan, one of the world's largest aquariums located in Osaka, presents the "Life-Spinning Coral Exhibition," a special exhibition that puts coral, often relegated to the background of aquarium tanks, in the spotlight. displays 's theme is the "vitality" of resilient coral, aiming to introduce visitors to the charm of coral, encourage them to see aquariums in a new light, and even turn them into coral fans. It also aims to create a synergistic effect by coinciding with the renewal of the "Great Barrier Reef" tank, the aquarium's largest tank.

Since opening in 2011 at the east exit of JR Urawa Station, East Medical Clinic's newly built medical facility in Urawa PARCO has been used for internal medicine, breast surgery, complete health checkups, and health checkups not only by local residents but also by many nearby companies. This is a relocation project to a mall. The opening of the relocation comes after two years of consulting on the target property and redefining the mission as the scale of the clinic expanded.

This is a value-enhancing renovation project for a 16-story office building completed in 1988, located in the Nishi-Shinjuku area, a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The renovations cover the exterior facade on the first floor, landscaping, the first-floor entrance, and the common areas on the standard floors, including the restrooms. The overall concept design concept is "Qualité," which means quality in French.
