This was a plan to relocate the offices of AIYA, a long-established matcha manufacturer founded in 1888 and based in Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture, one of Japan's leading matcha producing areas. The relocation was planned within a new BCP product warehouse building that was built on the site of the existing factory.

As part of an R&D project that we have been working on since 2022, we have launched "material record," a project with the theme of "material = earth's resources," and announced the first product, the audio device "noon by material record" (hereinafter "noon"). This product is an experiential art piece that focuses on the various sustainable materials that make up the earth, linking "sound" and "materials" and embodies the creativity of the NOMURA Group, which specializes in spatial design. For the release of "noon," we collaborated with the travel circle "MIDNIGHT PIZZA CLUB," consisting of actor Taiga Nakano, video director Ryohei Kamisde, and photographer Yusuke Abe. They were also in charge of the spatial concept design for the publication commemorative event (held from December 13th to 15th) for the book "MIDNIGHT PIZZA CLUB 1st BLAZE LANGTANG VALLEY," a travel record that was released on December 12th, 2024. They also installed "noon" and played ambient sounds created by Ryohei Kamide from sound sources he collected on his travels, along with displays of photographs of Nepal taken during the trip.

Tetra Pak is a global leading company in food processing and paper container filling and packaging systems founded in Sweden in 1951. The Gotemba Technical Center is the core base for domestic technical services for the Japanese subsidiary, Tetra Pak Japan, and plays an important role in product support by demonstrating filling and packaging systems, performing quality control, and analyzing and evaluating paper containers. The facility is celebrating its 25th anniversary since moving to Gotemba in 1999. Therefore, a large-scale renovation project was carried out to renew the space into one where innovation for new product development and sustainability efforts can be experienced through displays and digital tools. concept design was handled by Pike, the overall project was overseen by Jones Lang LaSalle, and we participated in this project as the general construction company for interiors. To realize concept design that would convey Tetra Pak's high level of technical capability, the entrance lobby that welcomes guests has been designed with three core elements in concept design: a sharp shape reminiscent of folded paper, which is the root of the company's business, linear lighting that emphasizes these folds, and pure white, which expresses the pride they take in safety as a company involved with food. The showroom, where actual business negotiations take place, follows the above concepts and also incorporates a woodgrain color scheme that expresses Tetra Pak's approach to sustainability.

Takemoto Oil is a global company with a 300-year history, which operates a food business centered on "Maruhon Sesame Oil" and a chemical business based on interface chemistry. We were in charge of renovating the entrance to their head office. Our goal was to create a space where visitors (domestic and international customers, local people, and job-hunting students) could experience the company's culture and history, while also improving employee engagement and telling the company's story.

The Refineverse Group has adopted the concept of "Waste to Wealth" and is working on "new manufacturing" using waste as a resource. With this office relocation, we were in charge of construction from concept design design to interiors construction work.

The Nintendo Museum is a facility that was renovated from Nintendo's Uji Kokura Factory. It features displays of many of Nintendo's products, new play experiences reborn with the latest technology, workshops, cafes, shops, and more, making it a museum where visitors can learn about and experience Nintendo's history and commitment to craftsmanship. Our group worked together as a team to bring together the collective strengths of over 100 members in this project. We were in charge of concept design, planning, and construction while supporting the overall plan from the facility concept. In addition, the group company Seeds Three is in charge of the staff department for the museum operation business, and Nomura Medias is in charge of maintenance and shop tenant operation.

In order to pass on the spirit and culture of the indigenous Ainu people to the next generation, Shiranuka Town is promoting town development based on the idea of "Ior (traditional living space)" and has recently opened the Shiranuka Ainu Museum "Pokor" to introduce the Ainu culture passed down in the town. The name of the facility, "Pokor", reflects the desire of the Ainu people of Shiranuka to "cherish the place where they were born and raised", and this desire is expressed through elaborate dioramas that depict Ainu life, realistic reproductions of every nook and cranny of the cise (Ainu dwelling), traditional crafts and beautiful costumes, and the soundscape of "Ior (traditional living space)" that envelops the entire museum. This facility allows you to experience the rich Ainu life that is vividly depicted with your five senses and deepen your understanding by experiencing the Ainu culture that has lived in the harsh yet majestic nature.

This displays room was established in conjunction with the establishment of Daihen Corporation's new Tokyo head office, with the aim of strengthening sales activities in the metropolitan area, as well as PR, recruitment and IR functions. We were in charge of the design and construction of displays and content. The exhibition displays on cutting-edge products and technologies that contribute to solving social issues such as realizing a carbon-free society, resolving labor shortages and promoting digitalization, and is a space where visitors can experience the product value and features that are unique to Daihen.

We were in charge of the design and construction of the renovation work for the second factory building of Seiko Epson's Toyoshina Office in Nagano Prefecture. It is a co-creation space that visualizes and experiences the displays displays actual displays of projector products, and a LAB space that is equipped with a 25m extra-large screen and a 360-degree screen and can be used flexibly for various purposes.

Cacao Tiegokaan visits cacao producing areas and works with cacao farmers to create chocolate from beans without compromise. The interior of the store is decorated with crushed cacao husk, the thin skin of cacao that is discarded during the chocolate manufacturing process. The chocolate carefully made from cacao fruit and the interior of the store, wrapped in cacao husk, resonate with each other, creating a special space where you can experience the charm of cacao with your whole body.

ZOE Ginza is a commercial building along Ginza Namiki-dori Avenue that was completed 20 years ago, and this project was designed to renew it. We were in charge of design, layout construction of the exterior, the elevator hall on the first floor, and the environment on each floor.

Taikisha is a world-class global environmental engineering company that contributes to society with advanced technologies related to energy, air, and water. In this project, we planned a new communication area in part of the research facility to generate open innovation with Taikisha's customers, academic research institutions, startup companies, and others, in order to create new value, and to realize collaborative creation with external customers. Following on from the satellite facility "TAIKISHA INNOVATION GATE Shinjuku" that opened in April 2023, we were in charge of planning, concept design, digital content production, and interiors production.

Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. has introduced the Nissan Intelligent Factory, a unique car-making concept based on next-generation production technology, to its Tochigi Plant, Japan's largest plant. In this project, we renovated the guest hall and factory tour course in the plant to communicate the innovative nature of the plant. Based on the theme of communication concept design that leaves a deep impression on people's hearts, we pooled our knowledge to recreate concept design of the space and displays experience.

"GINZA SKY WALK 2024" is an event where you can experience a part of "a pedestrian space of the future that utilizes things and events that are friendly to people, towns, and the environment" with the theme of "ethical," which means actions and lifestyles that are considerate of the environment, people, and society. Leveraging our past experience, we provided total support for the event, from planning the entire event, spatial concept design, construction, operation, and attracting tie-up companies. The overview of the experience of this event is that while walking the entire 2km of the Tokyo Expressway (KK Line) from Shimbashi to Kyobashi, you can enjoy the cityscape and performances by the Tokyo Wind Orchestra Federation and the Tokyo Fire Department Band in the special space of the highway, as well as ethical content experiences such as local product shops, market stalls, and art displays. In addition, we implemented early morning running and yoga programs, and night programs where you can enjoy the night view of Ginza, creating an opportunity to experience the new charm of the KK Line that is different from the daytime. In keeping with the event theme of "ethical," we aimed to create an event that was kind to people, the city, and the environment by setting up fixtures made from wood with a connection to Tokyo that could be reused after the event, holding art workshops using recycled materials, and inviting tie-up companies that sympathize with ethical causes.

BLUE YARD is a complex store that seamlessly connects three business types: a dining area, a cafe stand, and a record shop, and was born in the food and beverage zone "Baltica 03" in the station building "Innogate Osaka" directly connected to JR Osaka Station. In the dining area, you can enjoy modern American-style cuisine, including meat dishes grilled in a roaster machine, and live performances are occasionally held on the center stage with professional acoustics. There is also a cafe stand and record shop that can be used casually. Although it is a tenant in a station building, it has an area of over 200 tsubo, and the seating layout meets a wide variety of needs in the morning, afternoon, and evening, and the spacious interior with a 4.8m ceiling and a view over the Umeda cityscape provides a comfortable and high-quality entertainment space that combines convenience and a sense of quality.
