Refinverse Group Co., Ltd. Office relocation
movie
overview
The Refineverse Group advocates Waste to Wealth and is working on "new manufacturing" using waste as a resource. With this office relocation, our company was in charge of construction from concept design design to interiors construction work.
Issues/requests
The three issues were how to reduce construction the environmental impact, how to increase the recycling rate of industrial waste (hereinafter referred to as industrial waste) generated during construction, and how to create an office space where the company's sustainability initiatives and characteristics can be "talked" while using recycled materials unique to the Refineverse Group in various places.
solution
Taking advantage of the fact that it was a ready-to-use property, we utilized existing elements as much as possible, and based concept design on repurposing furniture, resulting in minimal waste. Furthermore, we held repeated discussions with the person in charge of industrial waste at GMS, a group company, with the goal of achieving a 100% recycling rate, and ultimately achieved a recycling rate of 99.6%. In addition, we incorporated various materials from Refineverse, which continues to evolve, throughout the space, and in particular, the built-in shelves used for displays were concept design to easily be updated when new materials are developed. In addition, as part of this series of office relocations, we created a video that explains Refineverse's business and the backstory of the office relocation.
Customer's voice
The refinement room has been designed effectively, and now we can present our products to our customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
