ZOE Ginza, a commercial building located along Ginza Namiki Street, has been in operation for 20 years, and this project involved a renovation plan.
Our company was responsible for design, layout, and construction of the exterior, the first floor/elevator hall, and the environment on each floor.
Issues/requests
As a renewal project in response to changing times and the building's aging, a spatial experience and architectural façade were required that were befitting a commercial building housing luxury brands and food and beverage tenants.

ZOE Ginza is a dignified building that has not faded even 20 years after its completion. By taking advantage of the original charm of the building itself and adding a more appealing "refined" dignity, we have enriched the spatial experience for visitors and further enhanced the building's appeal.
