「GINZA SKY WALK 2024」は、環境や人、社会に配慮した行動やライフスタイルを意味する“エシカル”をテーマとして、「ひと・まち・環境に優しいモノ・コトを利活用する未来の歩行者空間」の一端を体験できるイベントです。当社ではこれまでの経験を生かして、イベント全体の企画・空間デザイン・施工・運営・タイアップ企業誘致までをトータルにサポートしました。本イベントの体験概要としては、新橋から京橋までの東京高速道路（KK線）全線約2kmを歩きながら、都心の景観と共に、高速道路という特別な空間での、東京都吹奏楽連盟や東京消防庁音楽隊などによる演奏やパフォーマンスを楽しめるステージに加え、地域産品ショップやマルシェの出店、アート展示などのエシカルなコンテンツ体験を実施しました。また、早朝のランニングやヨガプログラム、銀座の夜景を楽しめるナイトプログラムも実施し、日中とは異なるKK線の新たな魅力を体験できる機会づくりも行いました。イベントテーマの“エシカル”に紐づけて、イベント後に再利用可能な東京ゆかりの木材を使用した什器の設置や、再生材を用いたアートワークショップの実施、エシカルに共感するタイアップ企業の誘致など、ひと・まち・環境に優しいイベントを目指しました。

BLUE YARD is a multi-purpose establishment seamlessly connecting three types of businesses—dining, a cafe stand, and a record shop—located in "Balchika 03," a food and beverage zone within "Innogate Osaka," a station building directly connected to JR Osaka Station. In the dining area, customers can enjoy modern American-style cuisine, including meat dishes roasted on a roasting machine, and live performances are held irregularly on a center stage equipped with professional sound systems. A casual cafe stand and record shop are also located on the premises. Despite being a tenant in a station building, it boasts an area of over 200 tsubo (approximately 660 square meters), a seating layout that satisfies diverse needs throughout the day, and a spacious interior with a 4.8-meter high ceiling and panoramic views of the Umeda cityscape, creating a comfortable and high-quality entertainment space that combines convenience and sophistication. Osaka Station Hotel is a new brand hotel belonging to Marriott International's "AUTOGRAPH COLLECTION® HOTELS" and is located on the 1st, 7th, and 29th-38th floors of JP Tower Osaka, directly connected to the west exit of JR Osaka Station. It boasts 418 guest rooms. Standing on the site of the original Osaka Station, which opened in 1874, the hotel's brand concept is "THE OSAKA TIME," and its spatial concept design philosophy is "TIME TRAVEL," a journey through time and space that evokes memories of the former station and railway throughout the hotel. At the beginning of the hotel, the red bricks used in the original Osaka Station are a key source of inspiration, and the 1st-floor entrance, which uses custom-made glass in the symbolic red brick color, and the 29th-floor lobby, which attempts a new expression of brickwork, are positioned as the beginning of this journey through time and space. As you venture further into the hotel, you'll find yourself in a front lobby that modernizes the manned ticket booths of old train stations, a station square where people come and go like a train station waiting area, a lobby lounge with a symbolic gable roof that evokes the memory of the original Osaka Station, an all-day dining room reminiscent of a luxury train's dining car, and a secret bar beyond a door marked "Station Master's Office" at the end of a dimly lit corridor—a unique "journey through time and space" unfolds within this hotel. Art pieces using railway parts and other materials are scattered throughout the hotel, creating a space where space and art become one, connecting memories of the past to the present and future. Our company was responsible for the overall design supervision of the hotel, as well as concept design and construction of the public and F&B areas.

The Aichi Startup Hall was newly established on the second floor of STATION Ai, a startup support hub developed by Aichi Prefecture. Aichi Prefecture has long been home to numerous entrepreneurs who have contributed to the development of its industries. To unravel the stories of their encounters and inspirations, how they overcame adversity, and how they fostered innovation, the hall aims to provide a timeless and inspiring experience for aspiring entrepreneurs and the next generation of children, offering insights into their beliefs, challenging spirit, and visions, stimulating their creativity. The hall is divided into four zones, broadly introducing the roots of Aichi's industries and the challenges faced by many entrepreneurs associated with Aichi. Through displays displays utilizing digital technologies such as video and AI, it offers a sensory and emotionally resonant learning experience for everyone, from children to adults. In addition to the digital displays, a library curated to complement the facility's content has also been established. With the intention of guiding these various displays contents, which fuse digital and analog elements, across time and space into the future, we incorporated the three elements that created Aichi—wood, water, and earth—into the spatial composition, realizing a flexible, streamlined spatial concept design.

Located on the first floor of the "YKK AP30 Building," constructed to commemorate YKK AP's 30th anniversary, this Philosophy Hall offers a glimpse into YKK AP's philosophy and journey. Incorporating elements that evoke YKK AP's identity, such as aluminum, glass, curtains, and light, the spatial design visualizes the company's corporate culture of "sitting in a circle, conversing, and offering hospitality." displays utilize symbolic displays methods reminiscent of aluminum extrusion technology, contrasts of light and shadow, and immersive video effects to convey the philosophy, commitment to products, and passion through everything visitors touch and see. Rather than one-way information transmission, the artistic displays methods embody the philosophy of "Architectural Products" that combine technology and concept design, appealing to emotions and serving as a medium for employees to speak in their own words, deepening understanding and relationships with business partners. The aim was to create a space where all visitors can connect with YKK AP's philosophy, empathize with its thoughts and values, and build trusting relationships as partners.

This is a social experiment project to observe how people spend time in outdoor spaces at Nakadori, Marunouchi, Tokyo, and to consider the future of roadways and sidewalks. In the summer of 2024, we tried to gently define the way people gather by manipulating the shape, and to explore comfort. The concept is "i-ma-i." We gave shape to the furniture through geometric manipulation, such as a square movable block bench, a long big table with gradually changing face-to-face distances, a round bench that combines concentration and diffusion, and a bollard-utilizing bench that combines the roadway and sidewalk with handrails, and wrapped it in a way that resonates with the materials of the surrounding environment. Because it is an eventful product, variables need to be taken into account before it can be made permanent, but we were able to demonstrate a new way of gathering. "Shibuya Sakura Stage" is a project that completes the urban infrastructure of the Shibuya Station area in the once-in-a-century redevelopment of the area around Shibuya Station, inheriting the culture of the Shibuya Sakuragaoka area and creating a new next-generation landmark that will serve as a hub for disseminating information. Our company is responsible design, layout, and construction of the commercial environment in the area exclusively occupied by Tokyu Land Corporation, as well as the spatial design, layout planning, hardware design, and construction of the lower floors, including "INTER-SQUARE" and "Sakura CHORUS".

Kyoto Prefectural Botanical Garden opened in 1924 as Japan's first public botanical garden, and will celebrate its 100th anniversary on January 1, 2024. To mark the 100th anniversary, the garden has developed a new acorn forest area called "Dongreen Lab" in the garden. The area is a 3,000 square meter area in the center of the garden, where more than 10 types of acorn trees, including konara oak and sawtooth oak, are collected from all over the world. The garden has a bear-shaped "acorn post" that allows children to actually pick up acorns and feel their shape and smell, and a "highlight caption" that allows children to feel the diversity of acorns, allowing them to learn about the ecosystem while touching various types of acorns. The collected acorns will also be used in workshops within the garden and as gifts for the bears at Kyoto City Zoo.

This museum tells the history of transportation in Sapporo. We aimed to create a facility where visitors can "learn, experience, and enjoy" the diverse evolution of Sapporo's transportation system, from horse-drawn trams and streetcars to buses and subways, in line with societal changes. displays features a ride on the wooden streetcar No. 22, which was active in Sapporo from the Taisho era. Other displays include observation of actual artifacts, sound displays describing Sapporo's transportation, an displays where visitors can operate a subway model, and displays where visitors can pretend to be a staff member. Through displays and information concept design that stimulate various senses, we designed and construction a memorable experience for visitors. Our Hokkaido branch and Head Office office planners specializing in museums collaborated to create a collaborative system, leveraging our local expertise to quickly collaborate with clients while simultaneously designing informational explanations and experiences befitting a public transportation museum.

The largest facility in Yokohama's Izumi Ward, this large-scale commercial complex was built within the 24-hectare Izumi Yumegaoka District Land Readjustment Project. It is an interactive commercial facility that takes advantage of the abundant natural and agricultural resources of the Yumegaoka area, offering a variety of experiences such as food, activities, and education and culture. The first floor is a floor that connects customers with the local community through food experiences, the second floor is a floor focused on fashion and lifestyle, and the third floor will have a food court and a large cinema complex. In addition, the facility aims to become a hub for the local community, and has created an exchange space that meets a wide range of needs. On the rooftop, there is a plaza called "Sonyan Park" with play equipment based on the Sagami Railway character "Sonyan," and a place where customers of child-rearing age can interact with each other. It is not just a place to shop, but also a place to create new value as an experiential exchange hub that makes use of local resources.

We wanted to make the process of building a house more enjoyable, like creating a work of art, by encouraging people to "see, touch," "interact," and "experience" the process. With this in mind, we design, layout, produced, interiors construction an experiential housing showroom. "AI-STUDIO-SAPPORO," a four-story building located in Sapporo, Hokkaido, features an attractive and highly functional plan that takes advantage of its multi-story design. The skip-floor displays, which utilizes the high ceilings, showcases four scenes in sequence to express the richness of the space. The materials corner offers hints for building a house and showcases the uniqueness and ingenuity of AI Construction's spatial proposals, creating a showroom where customers can enjoy the home-building process and feel positive.

Chateraise Gateau Kingdom Setouchi, which opened in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, is a project that rebranded the former Greenpia Setouchi, owned by Kure City, into a resort hotel that combines confectionery business with a stay-type resort hotel. Based on concept design concept of "a unique resort that coexists with nature and allows you to feel the beauty of Setouchi," the entrance, lobby, guest rooms, restaurant, cafe, courtyard, and hot spring facilities were renovated, and it was reborn as a new resort hotel. Guest rooms with panoramic views of the many islands of the Seto Inland Sea, and a cafe where you can enjoy sweets exclusive to the facility, can be used by people of all ages for various occasions. Our company participated from the basic concept stage and comprehensively handled everything from spatial concept formulation to design, layout, signage and graphic concept design, interiors construction, and FF&E, utilizing our creativity.

We renovated the entrance and cafe space on the second floor of the Tokyo Tatemono Sendai Building with the aim of improving tenant satisfaction. Our company was involved from the planning and basic concept stages, and was responsible for interiors and environmental design, signage and graphic concept design, environmental features, and construction.

"Sky Patio" is a rooftop garden located on the sixth floor of "Pasela," a commercial facility in Motomachi Credo located in the center of Hiroshima. Since 1994, it has been used as a place of relaxation for citizens, overlooking the city of Hiroshima, centered around Hiroshima Castle. This project is positioned as the first step of the Motomachi Credo revitalization project to renovate the facility configuration of Motomachi Credo, including the site of the new Sogo Hiroshima store, which closed in August 2023, and the current Pasela, and to create a new "Pasela." The new "Sky Patio" aims to create an environment where people can enjoy themselves in a variety of ways, and to foster a sense of anticipation for the new Motomachi Credo, through the provision of an extraordinary experience with a newly installed large-screen monitor and a rooftop bar that takes advantage of the night view, as well as the development of a babbling brook and grassy hill that parents and children can enjoy.

The new facility "tower eleven baseball" at ESCON Field HOKKAIDO is the first baseball amusement area in Japan where you can not only experience a baseball activity game in the stadium, but also taste delicious food essential for baseball games and watch displays products related to baseball. It is open on Non-Gameday (days when there are no games) and can be enjoyed at any time without reservations. We were in charge of research, planning and basic concept, design, layout, interiors, displays production construction, environmental features, signage and graphics concept design. As a versatile baseball game utilizing the latest virtual reality technology, batting, pitching, and toss batting can be played. There are four levels of difficulty for batting, which can be played by elementary school students and older, and can be enjoyed by beginners and experienced players alike. Pitching is played by throwing into the zone indicated by the catcher, and the speed of the pitch is also displayed. Toss batting is a casual game where players can hit balls thrown from below.
