The museum's concept is "Anyone who comes here will want to ride a bicycle," and it utilizes the entire displays space to convey the appeal of bicycles from diverse perspectives, aiming to help visitors discover the "true value of bicycles" and create a "desire to ride a bicycle." In particular, a focus was placed on creating a space that would serve as an opportunity to change people's perceptions by rediscovering the value of "bicycles," a very familiar presence.

This is a value-enhancing renovation project for a 20-story office building completed in 1990 that is directly connected to the second floor deck of Shin-Urayasu Station. The areas to be renovated include the 2nd floor external facade that serves as the entrance to the building, the 2nd floor entrance, and the common area on the standard floor including the restrooms. This is a project to relocate Head Office of HU Group Holdings Co., Ltd. While the HU Bioness Complex (Akiruno City, Tokyo), the HU Group's "value creation hub," opened in 2022, the new headquarters is positioned as a "future creation hub," aiming to create a space where each employee can "envision the future, connect with others, and grow proactively." The organic concept design, based on the concept of "unity, resonance, and expansion," evokes a sense of warmth and anticipation for the future, creating a space befitting a company contributing to the advancement of healthcare.

We were commissioned by Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. to propose and develop new office interiors material product ideas for its group company, MEC Industry. From among many ideas, we focused on developing partitions and raised access flooring for sale as wooden products. At the "Non-Residential Wooden Building Fair 2023" held in May 2023, we collaborated with Mitsubishi Estate and other booth personnel to consider design, layout for installation in the Mitsubishi Estate Group booth, where mockups created during the development process were displays. Following the fair, feedback was exchanged among stakeholders, and the mockups were refined from concept design, construction, and procurement perspectives in preparation for actual sales, leading to Head Office installation at Mitsubishi Estate's headquarters. NOMURA Co.,Ltd. also cooperated in the design and construction of the installation.

菊川工業様は、国内外で数多くの大型建築案件を手掛ける金属加工建材のリーディングカンパニーです。本プロジェクトは、加工拠点である白井工場敷地内にある来客用施設のリニューアル計画です。KIKUKAWAイズムである「Never Say No」をはじめ、諦めずに新しい挑戦を続ける、90年の歴史の中で積み上げられた菊川工業様の真髄にある精神を感じられる場をテーマとしました。社史や加工プロセスを紹介する展示エリアを新設し、高度な技術を取り入れたアート・什器を通して、ものづくりへの熱意と技術を印象付け、新たな共創を生み出す場を目指しました。

アイ工務店様の国内6店舗目となる、「見て」「触れて」「感じる」体験型住宅ショールームです。埼玉県さいたま市、大宮髙島屋本館の6階に誕生した「AI-STUDIO-SAITAMA」は、思い描く未来の家のプランを仮想空間で疑似体験できるVRルームや、計画中の間取りを実物大サイズで検討することができるLDKシミュレーションルームなどを備えています。ほかにも、アイデア収納や遊び心いっぱいのスキップ空間を確認したり、住宅設備を見比べたりと楽しみながら理想の暮らしをデザインできます。当社はデザイン設計、制作、内装施工を担当しました。

This project involved the employee break rooms at "ZOZOBASE Tsukuba 3," the fifth logistics facility for ZOZO Co., Ltd. Our company was responsible for everything from the basic planning to construction of the break rooms on the first and fifth floors. Each floor has a fashion-related concept design concept: denim for the first floor and plaid (checkered pattern) for the fifth floor.

This showroom allows you to experience and learn about a new concept design proposal system called "life knit design," designed to help people develop an attachment to their homes and live in them for a long time in this era of 100-year lifespans. To embody the concept of "life knit design," which is "not about superficial trends, but about matching the sensibilities of the homeowner, and living in a home where attachment is woven in over time," we have incorporated sustainable spaces, materials that reflect a focus on authenticity, a materials corner based on interior design proposals for detached house owners, and various features to "create" the future together with our customers.

L'Oréal Japan, the Japanese subsidiary of the world's largest cosmetics company, L'Oréal Group, has undertaken its first major renovation since relocating Head Office to Shinjuku Park Tower in 2006. Named "Beauty Valley" under the concept of "EN" (縁), the renovated office embodies the desire to create a place where beauty is born, connecting people with Japan, customers, business partners, and employees. concept design incorporates the four seasons (spring, summer, autumn, and winter) as themes for each area, and features furniture and decorations showcasing Japanese craftsmanship, incorporating Japanese beauty throughout. Furthermore, approximately 4,400 units of L'Oréal's products—around 60 different types, including eyeshadow, foundation, and lipstick—were upcycled before disposal, utilizing them in paints, lampshades, and tiles. While pursuing sustainable beauty, the office fully expresses L'Oréal's aesthetic by installing product display fixtures similar to those found in retail stores. Moreover, the office is designed in accordance with LEED standards, an international certification for sustainable buildings, ensuring energy efficiency and waste management, paying meticulous attention to details such as light, sound, and materials. Our company participated in this project as the overall construction company for interiors.

Nishio Rentall, a comprehensive rental company focusing on construction machinery and event materials, has opened a research and development facility in Osaka to carry out technology development and demonstration experiments to advance sharing solutions in preparation for the Osaka/Kansai Expo to be held in 2025. It was built on the island. In the area of Building A-1, which we were in charge of, there is a pedestrian deck connecting the nearest station, Cosmo Square Station, and the Osaka Prefectural Sakishima Government Building, which is open to anyone including nearby residents other than employees. I was in charge of the shared space space and lobby that serves as the facility's reception desk.

2024年に創業90周年を迎えるニッカウヰスキーの余市蒸溜所内にある見学施設改修の第２期計画です。2021年10月の「ニッカミュージアム」リニューアルに引き続き、ミュージアムの一部と、新たに「ビジターセンター」の改修を担当しました。商品やサービスだけでなく、体験施設の充実によってニッカウヰスキーの魅力を伝えていきます。「ニッカミュージアム」【－Taketsuru-ism－】ニッカウヰスキー創業者・竹鶴政孝の、生い立ちからスコットランドへの留学、ニッカウヰスキー設立、そして現在のニッカウヰスキーへと受け継がれる想いを、政孝の「言葉」からひも解いていくヒストリーを演出しました。【－Now and Future－】竹鶴政孝の情熱、品質へのこだわりは、今もニッカウヰスキーに息づいていること、さらにはこれからもさまざまなおいしさ、楽しさをお届けするためにニッカの挑戦は続いていることをお伝えする展示としました。「ビジターセンター」見学ツアーのプロローグとしてお客様の期待感を醸成する施設としました。

TBS has adopted the area concept of "Shake the World. AKASAKA," aiming for the "Akasaka 2-chome and 6-chome District Redevelopment Plan" and the operation and completion of existing areas (TBS Broadcasting Center, Akasaka Sacas, TBS Akasaka BLITZ Studio, TBS Akasaka ACT Theater, Akasaka Biz Tower) by 2028. As the third phase of this plan, "Akasaka BLITZ," which has previously served as a live performance space and delivered various content, has been renovated into "BLITZ Studio," a new facility dedicated to television program production. The first floor features displays space collaborating with popular programs, and the third floor has a viewing space for the program studios. For this project, we planned, designed, and produced a monument to attract facilities that will contribute to the revival of Akasaka's vibrancy lost during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as a gallery that allows viewers to experience the history of the station from its opening to the present, in the foyer in front of the "BLITZ Studio" and the stairwell leading to the third-floor concept design. The monument embodies the long-standing connection between TBS and its viewers, while also proposing a circular economy from an SDG perspective by creatively reusing 1.4 tons of "discarded viewing and broadcasting equipment and materials." The adjoining stairwell serves as a pathway leading from a gallery tracing the evolution of TBS's viewing media over 70 years to the studio viewing area, creating a space where visitors can experience TBS's history from its founding to the present day in a seamless manner.

Since its founding, Panasonic has been committed to supporting the daily lives of consumers and undertaking various initiatives to realize the optimal healthy lifestyle for each individual. In China, where the population is aging rapidly, Panasonic, in collaboration with its Chinese partners, opened a wellness smart town for seniors in 2022. Approximately 1,000 of the residences, known as "Yoro Health Apartments," will feature all-Panasonic housing equipment. A healthy and comfortable space will be realized with the operation of a smartphone, which is deeply ingrained in Chinese society. NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Group was in charge of design, layout of a VIP showroom to introduce the Yoro Health Apartments. In addition to its function as a displays space for products, it is a guesthouse-like space specializing in hospitality for visitors, with a footbath and a cafe.
