This facility is a PR facility for a fuel cell system* developed by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., which uses a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) as a power generation device. It opened in conjunction with the start of trial operation at the company's Tochigi Plant. *A stationary power generation system that generates electricity efficiently using bioethanol. The master concept design was provided by Nissan Motor's concept design department, with the basic and working drawings handled by the Nomura Arcs design team, and construction handled by our company. The master concept design was adjusted to a level that could construction, and design changes due to changes in the SOFC itself, including surrounding equipment, were flexibly handled during construction. 「SOSiLA」は、人と社会をつなぐ新たな物流施設のブランドです。物流の効率化（Efficiency）、環境への配慮（Ecology）、安全性・BCP対応（Safety）、快適な労働環境（Amenity）がテーマとなっており、習志野茜浜2号棟は、ブランド初となる改修プロジェクトでした。当社は、コンセプトからの立案、そしてアプローチ、風除室、エレベーターホールの設計施工を担当しました。

With the relocation and renewal of the Okamura Garden Court showroom, we have been in charge of construction of the design supervision and interiors construction work and have worked with Okamura's creative team.

The Urbannet Midosuji Building is a new 100m-tall building located along Midosuji, Osaka's main street. It is a complex building primarily used for offices, with lively facilities located on the lower floors. Rather than being considered a standalone building, it was conceived as part of "urban development," and by gently connecting the roadside and the indoor space, we were conscious of creating interaction and liveliness in an integrated manner with the town. Furthermore, by providing office space that is suited to new ways of working, we aimed to continue supporting the various activities of a diverse range of people and contribute to the future revitalization of Midosuji and the town.

The Bulldog Sauce Tatebayashi Factory has been reborn as the TATEBAYASHI Creation Center, and a visitor facility showcasing the appeal of the sauce has been opened. The facility was created while carefully listening to the employees' deep passion for their products. In the history area, which tells the story of the long 120-year history, the iconic square bottle is used as the motif for interiors, and the design is optimized for ease of operation, with cartoon-style graphics and content in which the bulldog, which is also the logo, narrates the story. In displays area, which appeals to the commitment to the sauce and the blessings of nature, elements that allow visitors to learn independently have been incorporated, such as small hands-on fixtures and a board game graphic that traces the process from product conception to manufacturing. In the factory tour area, in addition to videos and graphics that convey the manufacturing process, graphics that convey the speed of production and safety and security are also incorporated to strengthen the learning element, and elements that can be used for social studies field trips have been scattered throughout.

For the purpose of promoting Obayashi-gumi's efforts at the 2025 Japan World Expo (Osaka-Kansai Expo), we set up a visitor room in the Expo site office and planned a facility where Obayashi-gumi's stakeholders and guests of the Exposition Association will be attended. The displays structure is centered on a circular theater that evokes the image of the large roof ring of the Expo, and the surrounding area displays an overview of the Expo and explanations and mockups of the pavilion construction by Obayashi Gumi. displays The fixtures are made of wooden single pipes, and the graphics output by the plotter are displayed using clamps, expressing the "sense of the scene" that takes advantage of the background of the field office and the "sense of presence" that the Expo is being created in real time at this place, and the plan is to be updated so that the "now" of the site can be displays. 2019年、利根工場に新設されたヨーグルトの製造棟です。この新棟において、子どもたちが楽しみながら身近な牛乳・乳製品への理解を深めるとともに、SDGs目標達成に向けて食の安全を守る工夫や環境に配慮した取り組みを学べる工場見学施設を併設するプロジェクトです。当社は、施設のコンセプトから、空間デザイン、展示設計制作、コンセプトムービーを始めとした各種コンテンツ制作まで、トータルにプロデュースしました。

T-LOGI Fukuoka Island City is located on Fukuoka City's only artificial island, surrounded by the sea and a container terminal. This facility is the largest logistics warehouse in Kyushu, with a total floor area of approximately 45,000 tsubo (approximately 135,000 square meters), and was jointly developed by Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd., Tokyu Land Corporation, Nishinippon Shimbun Co., Ltd., and Marubeni Corporation. Our company participated from the planning of concept design concept and basic concept, and was in charge of the design and construction of the employee break room and approach, as well as the design of the facility's common areas.

This is an open innovation hub established in September 2022 in Marunouchi, Tokyo, by Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company, with the aim of creating new value through collaboration and cooperation with external parties. It is used as a place for collaboration and cooperation with private companies such as startups and large corporations, as well as local governments, administrative bodies, universities, and research institutions. In terms of the space, interiors concept design expresses "interaction and expansion" in various places so that the keyword of the hub, "collaboration and cooperation," can always be felt. Furthermore, in order to flexibly respond to diverse working styles with a sense of speed, such as agile development, the furniture and fixtures are movable, but comfortable sofas and other items are placed in the space to deliberately blur the boundary between work and leisure, and the overall coordination is designed to generate communication in various situations and help to help create new ideas.

LOGI'Q Minami-Ibaraki, the flagship facility of Tokyu Land Corporation's LOGI'Q brand, was completed in January 2024 as one of the largest logistics facilities in the Kansai region. Our company was responsible for design, layout, construction, and signage concept design. We designed cafeterias on the first and fourth floors, each with a different concept design theme that characterizes the facility. The first floor area, facing a mountainous area, made extensive use of wood and created a spacious area with high ceilings. On the other hand, the fourth floor area, located on the urban and industrial side, was finished with a sharp and modern composition using metal and stone. Furthermore, we concept design an eye-catching large logo outdoors and a lounge located at the main entrance, providing a comfortable experience for visitors to the facility and creating a space that promotes communication through art and displays.

This project involves expanding the headquarters office of Kasumigaseki Capital, Head Office that develops renewable energy, apartment hotels, logistics facilities, and healthcare-related facilities. The expansion added office space for the Hospitality and Culture Division to Head Office office, which was relocated in 2020. As an office for the hotel business, the aim is to enhance productivity by combining a space that stimulates creativity and generates new ideas with functionality that allows for an understanding of actual hotel operations.

ファンド事業を中心にさまざまなビジネスを展開するリアライズグループが、新たにSUUTAというレンタルプラットフォームを運営する会社を設立しました。SUUTAは全てのモノを“消費”から“循環”にシフトさせることを目指し、利用者の目線からは“持たない暮らし”で軽やかなライフスタイルを提案しながら、出品者の目線としては自身が所有するあらゆるものが投資対象となる新たな価値観を発信しています。このような同社の新オフィスにおいては、社員一人一人が働きながら「モノが循環し価値が高まることとはどういうことか」を実感し、自社のビジネスへの理解を深めながら、自らがユーザーとして自分ごと化できる空間を目指しました。

「スクエアJS」は、日本総合住生活様の複合施設です。スクエアJSでは、素材や工法によって変わる居室空間の断熱性の違いをサーモグラフィーカメラで撮影、記録し、今後の空間に生かすための「サーモ実験展示」を行っています。本施設には集合住宅管理企業や、住宅供給公社、自治体関係者など、団地というキーワードをもとに多くの顧客が訪れる一方、展示内容が専門的なため、十分に理解してもらうことが難しいという課題がありました。そこで、本映像を通じて、時代や工法、素材による変化によって居室空間の温熱環境が向上していることを知ってもらいながら、その後に実際の空間を見学することで、複雑な展示内容をスムーズに理解できるよう演出しています。＜映像ストーリー＞昭和40年代。好奇心旺盛な小学生の学は、団地の設計者である父の清に居室空間の断熱性について教わり、未来の研究改良された空間に興味を持つ。すると空間がねじれ、202X年にタイムスリップ！清は未来の空間に大興奮。学は、素材や施工方法によって居室空間の温度が変化することを学ぶ。昭和に戻ると母の恵子が食事を用意して二人の帰りを待っていた。学にいつか訪れる未来を想像しながら一家団欒を楽しむのであった。

2024年に創業90周年を迎えるニッカウヰスキーの余市蒸溜所内にある見学施設改修の第3期計画です。竹鶴邸エントランスホールの展示解説の老朽化に伴う改修とともに、来場者が場内見学をしやすくするため、来場者駐車場の誘導サイン新設、既存施設の誘導サイン改修、フォトスポットのモニュメント新設を担当しました。
