Meijiyasuda Open-innovation Co-create Center (commonly known as "mocc")

This is an open innovation hub newly established in Marunouchi, Tokyo in September 2022 by Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company with the aim of creating new value through collaboration and cooperation with external parties. It is used as a place for collaboration and cooperation with not only private companies such as startups and large corporations, but also local governments, governments, universities, research institutions, and others.

In terms of space, interiors concept design expresses "intersection and expansion" throughout, so that the keywords for the base are always "collaboration and collaboration."
Additionally, to be able to flexibly accommodate a variety of fast-paced working styles, including agile development, the furniture and fixtures are movable, but by placing comfortable sofas and other items in the same space, the boundaries between work and play are purposefully blurred, and the entire space is coordinated to encourage communication in a variety of situations and help generate ideas.
