Meijiyasuda Open-innovation Co-create Center (commonly known as "mocc")

This is an open innovation hub newly established in Marunouchi, Tokyo in September 2022 by Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company with the aim of creating new value through collaboration and cooperation with external parties. It is used as a place for collaboration and cooperation with not only private companies such as startups and large corporations, but also local governments, governments, universities, research institutions, and others.

In terms of the space, we incorporated elements of "interaction and expansion" throughout interiors concept design, so that the key concepts of "collaboration and cooperation" for this base can always be felt.
Furthermore, to flexibly accommodate diverse and fast-paced work styles, such as agile development, the furniture and fixtures are movable, but comfortable sofas and other relaxing seating are also placed in the same space. This deliberately blurs the boundaries between work and leisure, creating an overall space that fosters communication in various situations and helps generate ideas.
