Kasumigaseki Capital Co., Ltd. 34th Floor Expansion Project

This is a head office expansion project for Kasumigaseki Capital, a company that develops natural energy businesses, apartment hotels, logistics facilities development, and healthcare-related facilities development. The Hospitality and Culture Division office was expanded at the head office, which was relocated in 2020.
As an office for the hotel business, we aim to increase productivity by providing a space that stimulates creativity and generates new ideas, while also providing functionality that allows you to imagine an actual hotel being operated.

Although it is an office space, we were required to create a space that was reminiscent of a hotel, with attention to detail in the design.

We proceeded with the design by checking the actual samples of each finish and fixture, as well as creating mockups for the sofas and other items that we had perfected.
The lighting effects are also planned with usage scenarios other than normal office work in mind.
