Kasumigaseki Capital Co., Ltd. 34th Floor Expansion Project

This project involves expanding the headquarters office space for Kasumigaseki Capital, Head Office that operates in renewable energy, apartment hotel, logistics facility development, and healthcare-related facility development. The Hospitality and Culture Division's office space was added to Head Office office, which was relocated in 2020.
As an office for our hotel business, we aim to enhance productivity by combining a space that stimulates creativity and generates new ideas with functionality that allows users to visualize the actual operation of a hotel.

Although it is an office space, we were required to create a space that was reminiscent of a hotel, with attention to detail in the design.

We proceeded with the design by checking the actual samples of each finish and fixture, as well as creating mockups for the sofas and other items that we had perfected.
The lighting effects are also planned with usage scenarios other than normal office work in mind.
