This is a renovation project for the Courtyard by Marriott Ginza Tobu Hotel. Since its opening, it has been a turning point in the times, and this project aims to evolve the hotel into a new kind by improving comfort and planning distinctive hotel restaurants. The plan is to maintain the appeal of a full-service hotel with accommodation, banquet, and restaurant functions, while also capturing the recovery of inbound tourism demand in the post-COVID era. To upgrade both functionality and concept design, the entire hotel was closed for the first time since its opening for a major renovation. In this renovation, the concept was "GINZA CONTRAST," and the charm of Ginza lies in its duality: "a city where you can enjoy special occasions such as sightseeing, theater, and shopping, with a sense of glamour and classic style," and "a city that blends into your daily life and has the goodness of being used as a matter of course, accompanying you in your life." While valuing the combination of both, the project proposes a new way to enjoy and spend time at the hotel, where visitors can move freely and casually without clearly separating "work" and "play," "friends" and "yourself," and "travel" and "life." Our company was responsible for restaurant concept development, tenant leasing, interiors design and design supervision for guest rooms, restaurants, and bars, as well as interiors construction.

Located in the Maihama-Shin-Urayasu area of Chiba Prefecture, "1955 Tokyo Bay by Hoshino Resorts" is a 638-room hotel concept design with the concept of "OLDIES GOODIES," inspired by the American worldview of around 1955. It offers convenient and comfortable hotel services for theme park trips, including restaurants where guests can enjoy freshly prepared meals late at night or early in the morning, a 24-hour public space called "2nd Room," and rooms and amenities that are safe and comfortable even with children. The hotel also offers a variety of room types, with interiors featuring concept design and colors reminiscent of America at the time, creating a space that can be used by families, couples, friends, and groups of all ages and for diverse occasions. Our company has been involved in the creation of spaces for many of the brands handled by Hoshino Resorts, such as "Hoshinoya," "Kai," and "OMO," and participated in this facility from the conceptual stage. We were comprehensively in charge of everything from formulating the spatial concept that forms the core of the branding, to art direction, design, layout, and construction.

Orque d'Or Salon AOYAMA is a members-only salon for the wealthy run by Tokai Tokyo Financial Group. Planned in Aoyama as the third location following Nagoya in 2016 and Nihonbashi, Tokyo in 2019, the facility has been created with the concept of a new "social space that stimulates the curiosity of adults" that connects "wealthy" members with "start-up entrepreneurs". Aiming to create a salon that welcomes more customers with multifaceted and memorable surprises, we have created a one-of-a-kind atmosphere where you can enjoy spatiality, art, sustainability, and craftsmanship.

This is a senior residence project targeting active seniors, located within the "HARUMI FLAG" area, a new town born from large-scale urban development. Our company assisted from the basic concept stage and was in charge of the common area planning. Nearby is Harumi Pier, Tokyo's gateway to the sea, where luxury cruise ships from both Japan and abroad call, making it a special place visited by ships from all over the world. Inspired by the characteristics of this area, we concept design the space for "Home Clair," a cultural school established within this property, to resemble a cruise ship. The space used for the cultural school, called "Clair Hall," was inspired by the diverse cultures brought by ships from all over the world, and we created a mechanism that serves as a starting point for activities through "culture," such as a culture wall with records from multiple generations and cultures and a movable stage that can accommodate various activities. In the resident-only lounge called "Clair Lounge," we conceptually incorporated Art Deco concept design used in the 1920s when cruise ship travel was popular, creating a special space where residents can relax while enjoying board games and light refreshments.

We were in charge of the renovation of Crossdine, a popular all-day dining restaurant with a buffet located inside Hotel Metropolitan. While maintaining its main concept since its opening, "Cross over dining," an international culinary crossroads by expert chefs specializing in Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, we adopted a new concept design concept, "CASA VALLEY," meaning a house with a large roof. The lively open kitchen has been enhanced as a "show kitchen," and the space has been reborn as an open, modern living and dining area with a large roof, centered around the kitchen. The imposing pillars supporting the high ceilings give off a calm, woody warmth. Pendant lights, chandeliers, and brackets hanging from the ceiling emit a warm light, creating a comfortable atmosphere like a home that always welcomes you. To ensure that customers with different purposes and group sizes can comfortably use the space, we have composed it into three styles: DINING AREA, SALON STYLE AREA, and GARDEN LIVING AREA.

HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel is a 538-room lifestyle hotel located on the 18th, 20th-38th floors of the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, built on the site of the former Shinjuku TOKYU MILANO, which symbolized the culture of Shinjuku's Kabukicho district and supported people's leisure time alongside Japan's economic growth. concept design concept is "a hotel that connects with the city," incorporating the characteristics, history, and culture of Kabukicho, a city that embraces all kinds of individuality, while referencing the era (mid-century) of 1956, when the Shinjuku Tokyu Culture Hall, the predecessor of Shinjuku TOKYU MILANO, was built, and creating a hybrid space that is both forward-looking and modern. The theme of the guest rooms is "APARTMENT ROOM." Based on concept design language of the mid-century, the guest rooms are brought together as a new living space with artificial light and textures, with the hope that they will become a place where all kinds of individuality reside and lead the new culture of the city. In contrast, JAM17 DINING & BAR is themed around various "CULTURE SOCIETY CLUBs." It is positioned as a basement floor of the city, sprinkled with pieces of history and culture, serving as a place of exchange that will become a new hub for cultural dissemination through various forms of communication and expression. Every flow from the dining area, bar, and lobby to the guest rooms is connected to the city, proposing a new way of staying where guests can enjoy the unfolding of various scenes like a movie.

This was a major renovation project commemorating the 25th anniversary of Anniversaire Omotesando's opening. Our company was in charge of the complete renovation of the chapel, cafe, salon, banquet halls (3 floors), and flower shop. As a symbol of our desire to transform the venue not just into a wedding hall, but into a vibrant new "hall of anniversaries," we created a space where the happy atmosphere unique to Anniversaire can be experienced more on a daily basis through the path that the bride and groom walk after their ceremony, and where various moments can be created by each customer. Furthermore, each newly renovated floor has its own unique characteristics, expanding the range of choices that can be enjoyed, allowing for a freer expression of the joy that arises from them, and realizing a space that can be used for various occasions beyond just weddings. In addition, concept design of "connecting and linking" is subtly incorporated throughout each floor, expressing the spatial nature of a "hall of anniversaries."

This project, a collaboration between Mori Building and Keio University, aims to create an innovative hub for next-generation preventive medicine, set against the backdrop of Azabudai Hills, a "Modern Urban Village" concept based on the two pillars of Green & Wellness. The center will expand and relocate from within the university hospital in Shinanomachi to two floors, the 5th and 6th floors, of the Mori JP Tower in Azabudai Hills. The 5th floor will offer personalized health checkups where patients can order examination menus according to their own needs, while the 6th floor will offer a newly established membership-based medical service, "Preventive Medicine Membership." AND was responsible for concept design of the common areas on the 5th and 6th floors, excluding the examination rooms.

“旅と街をつなげる「私のホテル」”をコンセプトに展開する『アマネク』ブランド9棟目にあたる『ホテルアマネク新宿歌舞伎町』において、当社は、共用部の1階ロビーと地下1階レストランに加え、客室内のFF&Eおよびデザインの提案から製作までを担当しました。本プロジェクトのデザイン提案にあたり、以下の3つのポイントを大切に考えました。 １．ホテルコンセプト当ホテルのキーワード「自分の居場所」や「くつろぎ」「癒し」というキーワードを踏まえ、ハード面では「Cozy Comfort Hotel」というコンセプトのもと、コンパクトでありながら高級感のある水回り空間を実現することで心地良さを演出しながら、解放感を意識した共用部やゾーニングでは新宿歌舞伎町という立地ならではの都会的な雰囲気を感じさせる美しい空間づくりを行いました。また、デザイン面では、「Design with Local Essence」をコンセプトに、自然の恵み、街並み、馴染みある風景、伝統工芸品、地場産業の持つ雰囲気、新宿というエリアならではの暮らし、といった数々のエッセンスを散りばめています。これらの取り組みによって、歓楽街の中心地、新宿歌舞伎町という地域性を感じさせながらも、「くつろぎと癒し」がきちんと感じられる空間を実現しました。 ２．建築外観縦方向に高くスリット状にいれた窓・外壁材のリブにより、高層ビルの立ち並ぶ新宿エリアにふさわしい高さを意識した外観意匠とすることで、外観と内観の一体感を目指し、建築外観の縦に伸びるラインではモダンな意匠性を表現しています。 ３．新宿エリアのホテル状況ビジネス系ホテルチェーン店が立ち並ぶ中に、規模感の大小問わず個性的なホテルが存在するエリアであるため、他との差別化を図りながらアマネクならではのくつろぎ空間をつくりあげます。以上の３つのポイントを踏まえ、この地域の魅力を探るため、新宿の歴史から紐解きながら、国内外観光・ビジネス、全てのお客さまに新宿という街と旅、そして何よりホテルアマネクならではの心地よい空間を満喫してもらえることを目指しました。また、“Shinjuku 和 Relax”として、きらびやかな新宿の余韻を感じさせながらも、ほっと落ち着けて旅の疲れを癒してくれる空間を同時に実現しています。チェックインおよびチェックアウトの時だけでなく、宿泊中の外出や再びホテルに帰ってきたときに必ず立ち寄るロビーは、待ち合わせや、出かける場所の相談など、利用者の目的にあわせた使い勝手のよい空間にしています。

This project involved the renovation of "River City 21 Shinkawa," a tower residence with 505 units completed in 1995. Located on the Sumida River, facing the Chuo Ohashi Bridge, this property boasts a riverside location with abundant nature and expansive views. The Chuo Ohashi Bridge, which spans the foot of the condominium, is illuminated at night and is known as a landmark in the Tsukuda area. A promenade has been built along the Sumida River, making it a place of relaxation for local residents who enjoy walking and jogging. The residential units offer a wide range of options, from 1R and 1K single-person plans to 2LDK, with a variety of unique layouts, including Japanese-style rooms with Ryukyu tatami mats and plans with spacious storage rooms. Following a change of ownership, our mission was to add value to this pioneering waterfront tower condominium, a property with high potential where nature and the city coexist, to suit the modern era, and we undertook the design and construction.

"Shirokane The Sky" is a large-scale mixed-use urban development that harmonizes with the charming residential area of Shirokane, a town that transmits its own unique culture, while also accommodating an active urban lifestyle. With a site area exceeding 11,000 m², a height exceeding 150 m, and a total of 1,247 units including the 45-story East Tower, it is being built as a landmark of the town on a grand scale. The aim is to create a town that shines the lives of diverse people, a place where families can find peace of mind, a place to enjoy the latest trends, and a place that supports their work styles. concept design of the common areas and interiors is based on the concept of "something to be proud of across generations and to the world," aiming for a timeless residence that will be passed down to the next generation through world-class modern concept design, and the magnificent entrance is a symbol of this. An extraordinary space is created using water and light. The two towers are themed on "glamour" and "dignity," and lounges and guest rooms are provided in a variety of styles. Our company was responsible for overseeing the overall interior design of the common areas, as well as construction key concept design elements such as the symbolic fins and fabric walls.

As part of our efforts to create a society where seniors can live more fulfilling lives, we operate the Soyokaze brand of care services at 359 locations and 705 facilities nationwide, offering a wide range of services including day care, short-term stays, home care, assisted living homes, and service-provided housing for seniors. While previous care facilities primarily focused on the maintenance of equipment, we recognized the importance of interiors concept design in order to enhance the value of our facilities and further improve our services, and therefore aimed to create facilities that "balance functionality and concept design." We have incorporated maple finishes, which are also the name of our facilities, throughout the building to create bright and warm spaces. In addition, we have introduced a lighting control system in the common areas, coordinating the entire space to support a healthy daily rhythm for residents throughout their day at the care facility.

Located adjacent to Fuji Speedway, a leading motorsports hub in Japan, this newly constructed facility combines a hotel and a motorsports museum. It offers a unique experience by blending the allure and value of motorsports with the hospitality provided by the Hyatt brand. Transcending the boundaries between interiors (hotel decor) and museum displays, concept design work treats every aspect of the space as a medium for conveying the allure and value of motorsports. The artwork scattered throughout the facility carries messages built from extensive research and data on motorsports, making it enjoyable for both amateurs and experts. Furthermore, it is the world's first museum to displays and introduce motorsports in a holistic history, transcending manufacturer boundaries. Rather than relying on explanatory texts, the aim is to create displays displays that allows visitors to intuitively grasp the value that motorsports culture has brought to society throughout history. displays structure combines vehicles with historical contexts, allowing visitors to explore and survey the evolution of motorsports. The main zone, in particular, is impressively presented with immersive theater-style displays incorporating video and audio.

WEAZER, developed by ARTH Co., Ltd., is an off-grid residential module that generates electricity using solar power and produces water by filtering and sterilizing rainwater, making it installable even in locations without electricity, gas, or water infrastructure. In addition, it is characterized by its ability to be installed in a short construction period of just a few days, as it is manufactured in a factory and transported. By incorporating this latest technology, it realizes a world where people can stay anywhere in the world without harming nature, simply by "placing" it, and the first model has now opened in West Izu as a single-unit rental accommodation. Our company was in charge of design supervision and FF&E design and production for this facility.

"A funeral hall that is close to the community" This is a funeral hall in Mitaka City, Tokyo, operated by Memolead Co., Ltd., which provides life support services including weddings and funerals. Our company was in charge of the entire process, from design, layout of the building, interiors, FF&E, and signage to construction. The facility is used to conduct a complete funeral service, consisting of two halls, a purification hall that is used in conjunction with the funeral hall, a mortuary, a bathing room, a waiting room, and a departure and parking space. In response to the surrounding lush green and pleasant residential environment, the concept was "a funeral hall that resonates with the town," "a residence-like appearance with textured finishes," and "an inviting space that continues from the outside to the inside." The building is low-rise with green spaces, and the pilotis and openings allow the community, nature, and light to enter, creating a spatial configuration that blends in with the surrounding environment. In addition, the space is connected from the pilotis to the first-floor entrance and from the stairs to the second-floor foyer, and by drawing light from the second floor to the first floor, the external space is configured to appear as if it is continuous with the interior. interiors and FF&E (Funeral, Funeral, and Etiquette) were concept design with the concept of "an organic space that envelops precious time with the deceased," creating a calm and gentle impression that softly embraces the time that has been woven and accumulated. At the same time, while taking into account the regulations of Mitaka City and explaining to neighbors, we aimed to create a funeral hall that is close to the community in both hardware and software aspects. [Social Issues/Customer Issues/Requests] As the funeral hall is located in a residential area, consideration for the neighbors was consistently required in both hardware and software aspects. In addition, recently, it has become less common to hold wakes and funeral services over two days, with one-day funerals and family funerals being the mainstream, and the number of attendees has also been limited due to the impact of COVID-19, so there was a request for a space concept design that can accommodate short periods and small numbers of people. [Solution] In consideration of the neighbors, the design reduces the sense of oppression by making it low-rise, set back from the road*, and incorporating green space, and by using textured finishes to give it the appearance of a residence, the image of a funeral hall is minimized, and concept design blends in with the surrounding residential environment. The piloti on the first floor is a softly partitioned space, using wire-based greenery and louvers to block the view, rather than concealing it with walls, thus creating a space that embraces the surrounding environment. The facility's activities are felt, and it is a space that can be easily entered during events, so it was planned to be a facility that is recognized and understood by nearby residents. At the same time, while responding to Mitaka City regulations and explaining to neighbors, we aimed to create a "funeral hall that is close to the community" in both hardware and software.
