Maple Villa Breeze

As part of our efforts to create a society where seniors can live more fulfilling lives, we operate the Soyokaze brand of care services at 359 locations and 705 facilities nationwide, offering a wide range of services including day care, short-term stays, home care, assisted living facilities, and service-provided housing for seniors.
While previous nursing care facilities primarily focused on the maintenance and repair of equipment, we recognized the importance of interiors concept design in order to enhance the value of the facility and further improve services. Therefore, we aimed to create a facility that "balances functionality and concept design."
The facility's name, "Maple," is incorporated throughout, creating a bright and warm atmosphere.
Furthermore, by introducing a lighting control system in the common areas, the entire space has been coordinated to support a healthy daily rhythm for residents spending their time in the care facility.
