Hotel Amanek Shinjuku Kabukicho

Hotel Amanek Shinjuku Kabukicho, the ninth property in the Amanek brand, which operates under the concept of "My hotel that connects travel and the city," was the project in which our company handled everything from proposing the design and production of the common areas, including the first-floor lobby and the basement restaurant, as well as the FF&E (Food & concept design for the guest rooms.
In developing concept design proposal for this project, we considered the following three points to be important.
 

1. Hotel Concept
Based on our hotel's keywords of "a place to belong," "relaxation," and "healing," we have created a comfortable atmosphere in the physical aspects of the hotel under the concept of "Cozy Comfort Hotel." This includes compact yet luxurious bathroom spaces, while the open common areas and zoning reflect the sophisticated urban atmosphere unique to our location in Shinjuku Kabukicho.
In terms of concept design, the concept is "Design with Local Essence," incorporating numerous elements such as the blessings of nature, the cityscape, familiar scenery, traditional crafts, the atmosphere of local industries, and the lifestyle unique to the Shinjuku area.

Through these efforts, we have created a space where you can truly feel ``relaxation and healing'' while also giving a sense of the local character of Shinjuku Kabukicho, the center of the entertainment district.
 

2. architectural appearance
The vertically slit-like windows and ribs on the exterior wall material create an exterior design that takes into account the height of the building, which is appropriate for the Shinjuku area, which is lined with high-rise buildings. The lines that extend to express a modern design.
 

3. Hotel situation in Shinjuku area
This is an area where there are many unique hotels, both large and small, among business hotel chains, so Amanek will create a relaxing space that is unique to Amanek and differentiates itself from others.

Based on the above three points, in order to explore the charm of this area, we will explore the charm of this area by unraveling the history of Shinjuku, and provide all domestic and international sightseeing and business travelers with the city of Shinjuku, travel, and above all, the comfortable space that can only be found at Hotel Amanek. Our goal was to be able to help you.

In addition, as "Shinjuku Wa Relax", we have created a space that evokes the lingering feeling of glittering Shinjuku, while at the same time creating a space where you can relax and soothe the fatigue of your travels.

The lobby is a place where users must stop not only when checking in and checking out, but also when they go out during their stay or when they return to the hotel.The lobby is designed to be an easy-to-use space that suits the purpose of the user, such as meeting up or discussing where to go. I am.

Thanks to everyone's support, we were able to create a hotel with a high level of concept design.
Since opening, we have been used by many customers, mainly inbound tourists. We believe that our concept of "a Japanese concept design that allows you to feel the lingering glamour of Shinjuku while providing a relaxing atmosphere to soothe the fatigue of travel" has been well received.
