"A dining space that embodies the generous nature of Setouchi" Setouchi is blessed with beautiful scenery, a warm climate, and abundant nature, woven by many islands. The commercial and healthcare facility "Mori no Machi Plaza" is part of the complex "Mori no Machi Grace". Located within this complex is a large, one-of-a-kind food hall (approximately 2,800 m2) that brings together the charms of Okayama and Setouchi. Inspired by the generous nature, this food hall was designed to create a comfortable and relaxed dining space. In the atrium space of approximately 70 meters, ceiling louvers were planned to evoke the calm and majestic waves of Setouchi. The gently extending wave concept design connects the entire store and generously embraces the entire seating area. In the center, a "hill" was created that connects the first and second floors like a terrain, creating a new community. As a gathering place that can be used for various purposes, it will be a place where people can have a snack, read, relax, or find a place they like. Furthermore, denim, a representative industry of Okayama, is used for the chairs and sofas so that customers can experience the unique charm of this area. We hope that this food hall will harmonize with the rich environment of "Forest Town Grace" as a whole, and be loved for a long time as a dining space where people can enjoy the charm of Setouchi, connect through food, and foster hope for the future.

This is a renovation of the museum (approved for public use) attached to the research facility with the longest history as a buried cultural property research institute. Through valuable excavated materials from many ruins in the prefecture, we have deepened our understanding of the history of Nara Prefecture, which occupies an important position in the story of Japanese history, and the museum reopened after a period of about three years. In addition to renewing and renovating displays cases in the permanent and special displays rooms due to the deterioration of displays facilities, new displays such as a full-scale replica ceramic panel of the Horyuji Temple mural and the Takamatsuzuka Tomb mural (Asuka Village) were added, and the cylindrical haniwa corner of the Mesuriyama Tomb, the largest in Japan, was renewed. In addition, the museum's image song "Wind of Mizuyama - Tamayura" was created and the in-house broadcasting was renewed, realizing a renewal as a museum that can be enjoyed with all five senses.

This is a direct store project by Seiban Co., Ltd., known for its "Tenshi no Hane" school bags. We were in charge of the relocation work from the old Sannomiya store to Kobe Harborland umie. There are 12 direct stores nationwide, each with its own unique concept design concept that strongly reflects the local characteristics. This time, inspired by the Kobe Port close to the store, we created the store concept design with concept design concept of "SEIBAN KOBE SHIPYARD" and key motifs such as containers, ships, and trusses. We imagined a fun space that gives a sense of anticipation for children's new journey and the start of their elementary school life. In addition to being able to try on a wide variety of school bags at the direct store, there is also a fitting room called "FITTING LABO" that reproduces natural light in the morning, daytime, and evening to imagine actual usage scenes, and a photo spot zone where you can take commemorative photos with container-style fixtures in the background, and it is full of ideas to enrich the selection of school bags and make memories.

WEAZER, developed by ARTH Co., Ltd., is an off-grid residential module that can be installed in places without electricity, gas, or water infrastructure, as it generates electricity through solar power generation and produces water by filtering and sterilizing rainwater. Another feature is that it can be installed in a short construction period of just a few days, as it is manufactured in a factory and then transported to a location. By incorporating this latest technology, it is possible to realize a world where you can stay anywhere in the world without damaging nature, simply by placing it, and the first model has now opened in Nishiizu as a rental accommodation facility. We were in charge of design supervision and FF&E design and production for this facility.

As the main platform for the "RED°" brand, Japan's largest esports park was born inside Tokyo Tower, an icon of TOKYO/JAPAN. This entertainment facility aims to be the forefront of esports evolving into a national culture, pursuing a space that offers a "different dimension of entertainment experience" packed with fun in every situation, such as playing the latest game titles and enjoying tournaments and events in a stadium equipped with the world's most advanced XR technology. Taking advantage of the old structure, the design is not too clean overall, but rather preserves the taste and expression of the materials due to its age, and makes you aware that it is the interior concept design of Tokyo Tower. The strength created by showcasing the texture of the metal and mortar and the structure itself makes it seem as if it is eroding Tokyo Tower. In anticipation of collaboration with companies and manufacturers, the space is based on versatile and edgy neutral colors, and the brand color "TOKYO RED", which is also the name of the facility, is effectively incorporated into the space to make a strong impression of the RED° brand. We also incorporated video effects to create a new futuristic space.

This is the design, construction and operation of the Sega booth at Tokyo Game Show 2022. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, this will be the first in-person event in three years since 2019.

This project is organized by the Art Project Executive Committee, which was established by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Port and Harbor to further enhance the appeal of the waterfront subcenter area and establish art in the city. Our company was responsible for planning and managing the ARTBAY TOKYO Art Festival 2022, which was held in fiscal year 2022. The purpose of this project was to promote the appeal of the waterfront subcenter and art to many people through the first art festival to be held in the waterfront subcenter, and to increase awareness of ARTBAY TOKYO. Therefore, the project required a wide range of work, from displays art works to management work, creating and managing a website dedicated to the festival, public relations, and creating AR content.

This is a renovation project for the 1st to 4th floors of the Kinokuniya Shinjuku main store, based on the concept of returning to the origins of the future. As a new long-established bookstore, we will: 1) Be a hub for transmitting culture, art, and information that is appropriate for the times 2) Be a bookstore that will continue to be loved by many customers who love books 3) Continue to maintain and develop the Kinokuniya Building I put the theme in the mission of the store renovation.

THE HOTEL HIGASHIYAMA is a hotel with the concept of "The pinnacle of Kyoto, residing in the East", located in Higashiyama, Kyoto, where many cultural and artistic facilities are concentrated and diverse cultures can be felt. It is a hotel where the purpose of the stay is to experience the beauty that has been passed down in the hearts of modern Japanese people beyond time and space in various forms. The calm plaster-style lobby where guests are first greeted after passing through the entrance displays original art works that can only be seen at this hotel, and while experiencing culture through the works unique to this hotel, you will increase your expectations for the stay that is about to begin. In the original program "Kyoto Iroha", which touches the aesthetic sense unique to Kyoto and enhances the charm of the stay, you can enjoy and feel the culture that has long lived in Kyoto and Japan, approaching it from five angles according to the five senses. You can actually see, smell, taste, touch, hear, move your hands, and learn and enjoy Kyoto culture from the "Iroha" through a menu that can only be experienced here. In Higashiyama, where you can enjoy a tasteful sensibility, this hotel offers a "deepening" journey as an entrance to the pinnacle of Kyoto.

Okayama Castle is one of the 100 famous castles in Japan, and was built by Ukita Hideie, a relative of Toyotomi Hideyoshi and one of the Five Elders at a young age. The three-story, six-storey castle tower, which is a scalene pentagon that is rare nationwide, is also known as the "Crow Castle" due to its black clapboard exterior. Following the large-scale renovation in 1996 (the 400th anniversary of the castle's construction), we were ordered to renovate displays in the castle tower for the "Reiwa Great Renovation". In this renovation, we aimed to create a base for historical tourism in Okayama City, mainly targeting general tourists, with the concept of "an easy-to-understand entrance to Okayama's history, even for beginners". displays were supervised by Michifumi Isoda, a historian from Okayama City. The exhibits introduce the charm and characteristics of Okayama Castle, the achievements of the successive castle lords, and the origins of the city of Okayama in an easy-to-understand manner, while also incorporating new knowledge.

This is a renovation project for Shiodome Edge (formerly Shiodome Annex Building). 20 years have passed since the building was built, and the need to refresh concept design and facilities of the entrance and common areas has increased. In order to increase the building's competitiveness within the area, this renovation aimed to attract new tenants, improve the satisfaction of existing tenants, and further increase the asset value of the building. In addition, based on the concept of "SELECTABLE OFFICE," concept design allows the common areas to be selected to match the company brand by creating individuality for each floor.

This is an interior and exterior concept design project for a customer service salon for Nomura Real Estate Co., Ltd., located on the old Yamate street in Daikanyama. Based on the common concept of "enveloping" both the inside and outside of the salon, which welcomes customers, the space was composed of four "enveloping and concealing elements": <white pipe skin that envelops and conceals the facade>, <black plaster skin that creates a gallery space>, <curtain skin that welcomes customers>, and <copper-tone punched metal skin that envelops and conceals customers in the waiting area>. It is a space that naturally blends function and design, enveloping and concealing customers from the outside, yet giving a sense of security as they enter.

This facility was born on the first floor of the main building of the Kawasaki Plant and combines Fujitsu Sports with a flexible communication space. Based on the concept of "a place where everyone with diverse values can gather on an equal footing and be positive toward their dreams," displays corner, which features items related to various sports teams and athletes, as well as items that deepen understanding of parasports, has been designed to be accessible to wheelchair users without stress. Some of the explanation tables and benches are made of precious wood that was carefully grown at a children's independence support facility in Engaru Town, Hokkaido, which has a deep connection to the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. In addition, an event space has been added to ensure that the space can be used for various workshops and events. [Social Issues / Customer Issues / Requests] We received a request to incorporate Fujitsu's new work style reform concept, "Work Life Shift," which aims to address the well-being of each individual and work autonomously. [Solution] We proposed a flexibility exercise class by cheerleading in the event space, providing an opportunity to improve employee well-being during lunch breaks. This project renovated the commercial area of the Panasonic IMP Building, an office building in Osaka Business Park. As the station previously planned for this building still remains underground, we chose the station as concept design motif, hoping that the building would become a hub where people gather, as in the previous plan. The round columns that extend across the multiple floors of the facility were given a strong mortar-like finish and metal framing to create the base of a colonnaded space reminiscent of a station. In the atrium on the west side, this framing forms a continuous arch shape like the station's arcade, and by responding to the existing R ceiling, it creates a sense of unity with the atrium. Within this, the black/gold/verdigris colors and stone wall/plum shapes of the Osaka Castle adjacent to the building were incorporated into the FF&E and fixtures, giving it an affinity with the memories that this land has inherited from 400 years ago. In addition, as many companies are creating environments where people can work outside the office due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we created a place to work in the common areas of the commercial area and explored how a commercial office building could fit new work styles. Furniture has been placed throughout the commercial area to meet a wide range of needs, from meetings to individual work. Each piece of furniture has been designed with various ingenious features, such as sofas with L-shaped expandable tops, high-back chairs that limit visibility and improve concentration, and counter chairs with coat hangers. Plants have been placed as partitions to ensure comfort, and the space can be used primarily as a workplace on weekdays and as a rest area for tourists on weekends. As an open workplace where a variety of people can gather, including not only office workers in the IMP Building but also those working within Osaka Business Park and even visitors to the city, we aimed to create a place where new ways of working and new communication can be born.

This project involved renovating an old folk house in the Odoi district of Izu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, into a rental accommodation facility. This area was once a quiet residential area for magistrates, and the plan sought to offer a stay that incorporates the surrounding environment, allowing guests to experience the slow flow of time. The main house features a kitchen with services such as dinner prepared by a visiting chef and alcohol served from a movable bar. For interiors, we utilized local materials, attempting to create a space using local materials, just as they were in the Edo period, such as mud walls made from local soil and dining tables made from locally grown cherry wood. [Social Issue/Customer Issue/Request] To maximize the potential of this rental old folk house, the client requested an appealing spatial concept design that took into account the characteristics of the site.
