We are planning a full-scale renewal to respond to the decline in sales due to changes in the environment surrounding the commercial area, etc., due to the aging deterioration of the facility infrastructure equipment.
ekinaka Reconstruction of the merchandising that makes the best use of the good location, and the renewal concept of "fresh like Hakata", we carried out a large-scale renovation work for the first time in 26 years based on the unification of the concept design image in Japanese modern. We assisted in the concept design, design, construction, and furniture and fixture manufacturing of the entire environment.

The renewal concept was expressed through the greening symbolized by the main plaza, the hanging wall concept design with the motif of Hakata-ori, the different spatial presentations for each zone, and the shared ceiling and warm interior lighting that give the impression of “Japanese modern”.
