"Grand Emio Oizumi Gakuen" has opened in the lower part of the urban redevelopment "Lismo Oizumi Gakuen" in the Oizumi Gakuen North Exit area. It is a commercial complex consisting of four floors, from the first basement floor to the third floor, directly connected to Oizumi Gakuen Station, with the themes of "food×", "gathering", × "culture". It consists of 28 stores, including a supermarket on the first basement floor, cafes and fresh flowers on the first floor, bakeries and fashion shops on the second floor, and restaurants, bookstores, and music classes on the third floor. The concept of environmental design is a living room in the city where you can enjoy "live marche" and petit "luxury" for adults. The environment design is composed of natural materials, simple concept design, a mix of natural light pouring in from the atrium and soft lighting schemes.
