Marui Imai, Sapporo Mitsukoshi

<Outline of the project>

Marui Imai and Sapporo Mitsukoshi were fully renovated to create destination stores that offer absolute value and encourage customers to visit. We dug deep into the target customers and characteristics of the two stores, and created an environment that maximized the different values of each store, sending a strong message to customers. We were in charge of concept design direction that brought the project together, as well as the main sales floor and strategic restrooms, and made the desired vision a reality.
