Bridgestone has opened an innovation hub, "Bridgestone Innovation Park," in Kodaira, Tokyo. The central innovation center, "B-Innovation," is a facility to further promote interaction between people inside and outside the company, connect empathy for Bridgestone to co-creation, and accelerate innovation. We were in charge of planning, design, environmental production, and construction of "Bridgestone Open Innovation Hub," the entrance to "B-Innovation," where people can see and touch Bridgestone's core concept design and products to expand their ideas. We have also been in discussion with Bridgestone to carry out operation and spatial design based on behavioral science to lead people to the psychology they want to be.

This was a project to plan, design and construction an employee lounge for office tenants in Shinjuku Center Building. We participated in this project from the upstream stage, proposing business planning, basic concepts, operational support, and concept naming. We responded with concept design took into consideration the possibility of repurposing the space in other areas (vacant lots) as a place for demonstration experiments.

This new office project has as its theme "people and companies create waves (resonance, sympathy) with each other, and grow into big waves (influence)." To express Careritz Technologies' determination to "continue to be an innovative, creative, and ever-growing company," we layered the image of water spreading and moving like ripples in concept design, using the transparency of water and its unexpectedness in changing into various colors and shapes.

LOGI'Q Minamiibaraki, the flagship facility of Tokyu Land Corporation's LOGI'Q brand, will be completed in January 2024 as one of the largest logistics facilities in the Kansai region, and we were responsible for design, layout construction, sign concept design, etc. We designed cafeterias on the first and fourth floors with different concept design themes that characterize the facility. Considering that the first floor area faces the mountainous area, we used plenty of wood and realized a spacious space that takes advantage of the high ceilings, while the fourth floor area is located on the urban and industrial area side, so we finished it with a sharp and modern composition using metal and stone. In addition, we concept design a large, eye-catching logo outdoors and a lounge located at the main entrance, providing a comfortable experience for customers visiting the facility and creating a space that will encourage communication through art and displays.

This is an open innovation hub newly established in Marunouchi, Tokyo in September 2022 by Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company with the aim of creating new value through collaboration and cooperation with external parties. In addition to private companies such as startups and large corporations, it is used as a place for collaboration and cooperation with local governments, governments, universities, research institutions, and others. interiors concept design of the space expresses "intersection and expansion" throughout, so that the keyword of the hub, "collaboration and collaboration," can always be felt. In addition, in order to flexibly respond to various speedy working styles, including agile development, the furniture and fixtures are movable, but by placing comfortable sofas in the same space, the boundaries between on and off are intentionally blurred, and the entire space is coordinated to generate communication in various situations and help create ideas.

This is a head office expansion project for Kasumigaseki Capital, a company that engages in natural energy businesses, apartment hotels, logistics facility development, and healthcare-related facility development. The Hospitality and Culture Division office was expanded at the head office, which was relocated in 2020. As an office for the hotel business, it aims to increase productivity by providing a space that stimulates creativity and generates new ideas, as well as functionality that allows employees to imagine actual hotel operations.

The Realize Group, which develops various businesses, mainly in the fund business, has established a new company called SUUTA, which operates a rental platform. SUUTA aims to shift all things from "consumption" to "recycling," proposing a light lifestyle of "living without possessions" from the user's perspective, while from the seller's perspective, it conveys a new value in which everything you own can become an investment target. In the company's new office, the aim was to create a space where each employee could experience "what it means for things to circulate and increase in value" while working, deepening their understanding of the company's business and making it their own as a user.

This is a project for a cafe to be installed on the first floor of Menicon's new head office building. As we aimed to create a highly original cafe, our company was in charge of planning the cafe, developing the business format, construction and constructing the store, and building the management system. In addition to a menu of eye-catching deli gelato and aromatic coffee, mini concerts will be held around a piano set up in the center of the cafe area, and a monitor will be set up to show a movie that expresses the facility's concept, making it a place that can be enjoyed with all five senses.

This was the Kyoto headquarters office concept design project for World Brands Collection Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd. (Wealth Management Group). We concept design the visitor area as a hospitality area so that it could be easily used as an office for the hotel management company.

This is a project to convert the former Horibe family residence, a former cotton wholesaler, into a work facility located in Yorozumachi Arcade, the central urban area of Shimabara City, Nagasaki Prefecture. Shimabara City is a "city of water" that has been designated as one of Japan's top 100 waters, and the abundant spring water from the Unzen Mountains that flows throughout the city is essential to the lives of its citizens. The former Horibe family residence, built in 1848, draws this spring water into its grounds, giving the building a unique atmosphere where you can hear the quiet sound of water in the garden and indoors. The design policy is to take advantage of the building's characteristics, which are familiar to local citizens, and its location in the city center, to become a "town front" for Shimabara citizens, businessmen, tourists, and everyone, and to revitalize the city center. We aimed to create a facility that would contribute to the promotion of multi-generational citizen exchange.

This is a renovation project to increase the value of a 16-story office building completed in 1988, located in the Nishi-Shinjuku area, a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The renovation areas were the exterior façade on the first floor, the plantings, the first floor entrance, and the standard floor common areas including the toilets, and the overall concept design concept was "Qualité," which means quality in French.

This is a value-enhancing renovation project for a 20-story office building completed in 1990 that is directly connected to the second floor deck of Shin-Urayasu Station. The areas to be renovated include the 2nd floor external facade that serves as the entrance to the building, the 2nd floor entrance, and the common area on the standard floor including the restrooms. We have created a good space.

This is a head office relocation project for HU Group Holdings Co., Ltd. The new building is positioned as a "future creation base" for the HU Bioness Complex (Akiruno City, Tokyo), which opened in 2022 as the HU Group's "value creation base." The aim was to create a space where each employee can "envision the future, connect with others, and grow independently." The organic concept design, based on the concept of "becoming one, resonating, and expanding," evokes kindness and expectations for the future, making it a fitting space for a company that contributes to the development of healthcare.

Mitsubishi Estate commissioned MEC Industry, a group company, to propose and develop new office interiors materials products. From among the many ideas, we worked on developing partitions and OA floors for sale as wooden products. At the Non-Residential Wooden Architecture Fair 2023 to be held in May 2023, we collaborated with Mitsubishi Estate and other booth stakeholders to consider design, layout that could be installed in order to displays the mockups created during the development process in the Mitsubishi Estate Group booth. After this fair, the stakeholders provided feedback and brushed up the mockups in terms of concept design, construction, and procurement for actual sales, which led to their installation at Mitsubishi Estate's headquarters. NOMURA also cooperated with the design and construction of the installation.

Founded in 1931, Capital Group is one of the world's leading asset management firms with a long history. It employs 7,000 people worldwide, from Los Angeles to Geneva, London, Tokyo, and Singapore. This office relocation project to the Marunouchi Niiebashi Building was designed to improve functionality and employee engagement for further operational efficiency. We were in charge of interiors ・making, special lighting, and signage work. In addition to the 3,000 m2 per floor project, we contributed to the completion of the project by coordinating and promoting cross-functional activities with each stakeholder in a very limited construction time frame.
