overview
AINEC has relocated Head Office to "Frontier Meieki," an environmentally conscious and advanced office building located in Meieki, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya. The concept is "Hope of Light," reflecting the space created by the interplay of light and the company's symbolic color, "AINEC Blue," as they take a new step forward and feel a sense of hope for the future. The advanced office space features a fusion of environmental considerations and concept design, with "light," "blue," and "environmentally friendly materials" as concept design elements, creating a place that embodies the company's purpose and vision.
Under the direction of Taki Tanaka, CEO of IZA, who is in charge of branding for AINEC, a symbolic "light" art installation was created in the reception area through a collaboration with Takahiro Matsuo, CEO of LUCENT Inc (artwork), and Setsuya Kurotaki, CEO of NOiR inc (sound concept design). In addition, the entire office is gently enveloped in AINEC blue, fostering a sense of unity and connection for everyone who gathers here. Furthermore, the existing subfloor was cleaned and reused as is, reducing the environmental impact by eliminating the need for finishing materials, and the wall materials use cement tiles made from recycled waste such as coal ash from thermal power plants and used coffee beans.
Our company was responsible for the design and construction.
Issues/requests
In order to create a space where employees and guests can experience Aineck's purpose, the following requests were made:
Creating an environment where employees can work with high motivation.
- An office space that evokes a sense of new beginnings and a bright future.
• An iconic and open reception space
- Space concept design based on the brand's signature color, i-neck blue.
- Secure 120 seats in the office and 4 reception rooms.
solution
To allow employees and guests to experience AINEC's mission of "contributing to the realization of carbon neutrality," the existing base of the OA floor was cleaned and left exposed without using any new finishing materials, reducing the environmental impact. In addition, the walls are made of cement tiles made from recycled waste materials such as coal ash from thermal power plants and used coffee beans from cafes. All of these strongly resonate with AINEC's mission of "leading Japan to a carbon-free society using new methods and technologies without being bound by conventional wisdom."
