We exhibited "To Our Future - SCRAP MATERIAL UPCYCLE PROJECT - SCRAPTURE" at DESIGNART TOKYO 2023, one of Japan's largest concept design and art festivals. "SCRAPTURE" is an upcycling project that turns "SCRAP" generated from building materials and interiors materials into "FURNITURE", and reuses it as recycled materials to give back to the earth. We created furniture as practical and sustainable message art that brings interiors waste, which is usually not seen, closer to people and continues to appeal to emotions and memories. We aim to recycle it as new interiors materials and to serve as a medium to expand the circle of co-creation, and to be an opportunity to think about a better future.

The Refineverse Group has adopted the concept of "Waste to Wealth" and is working on "new manufacturing" using waste as a resource. With this office relocation, we were in charge of construction from concept design design to interiors construction work.

This displays room was established in conjunction with the establishment of Daihen Corporation's new Tokyo head office, with the aim of strengthening sales activities in the metropolitan area, as well as PR, recruitment and IR functions. We were in charge of the design and construction of displays and content. The exhibition displays on cutting-edge products and technologies that contribute to solving social issues such as realizing a carbon-free society, resolving labor shortages and promoting digitalization, and is a space where visitors can experience the product value and features that are unique to Daihen.

ZOE Ginza is a commercial building along Ginza Namiki-dori Avenue that was completed 20 years ago, and this project was designed to renew it. We were in charge of design, layout construction of the exterior, the elevator hall on the first floor, and the environment on each floor.

日産自動車様は、国内最大の栃木工場に次世代の生産技術による独自のクルマづくりコンセプト「ニッサン インテリジェント ファクトリー」を導入しました。本プロジェクトでは、その革新性を発信するために工場内のゲストホールと工場見学コースをリニューアルしました。心に深く刻まれるコミュニケーションデザインをテーマに、空間や展示体験のデザインを再現するため、当社のナレッジを結集しました。

"GINZA SKY WALK 2024" is an event where you can experience a part of "a pedestrian space of the future that utilizes things and events that are friendly to people, towns, and the environment" with the theme of "ethical," which means actions and lifestyles that are considerate of the environment, people, and society. Leveraging our past experience, we provided total support for the event, from planning the entire event, spatial concept design, construction, operation, and attracting tie-up companies. The overview of the experience of this event is that while walking the entire 2km of the Tokyo Expressway (KK Line) from Shimbashi to Kyobashi, you can enjoy the cityscape and performances by the Tokyo Wind Orchestra Federation and the Tokyo Fire Department Band in the special space of the highway, as well as ethical content experiences such as local product shops, market stalls, and art displays. In addition, we implemented early morning running and yoga programs, and night programs where you can enjoy the night view of Ginza, creating an opportunity to experience the new charm of the KK Line that is different from the daytime. In keeping with the event theme of "ethical," we aimed to create an event that was kind to people, the city, and the environment by setting up fixtures made from wood with a connection to Tokyo that could be reused after the event, holding art workshops using recycled materials, and inviting tie-up companies that sympathize with ethical causes.

This is a social experiment project to observe how people spend time in outdoor spaces at Nakadori, Marunouchi, Tokyo, and to consider the future of roadways and sidewalks. In the summer of 2024, we tried to gently define the way people gather by manipulating the shape, and to explore comfort. The concept is "i-ma-i." We gave shape to the furniture through geometric manipulation, such as a square movable block bench, a long big table with gradually changing face-to-face distances, a round bench that combines concentration and diffusion, and a bollard-utilizing bench that combines the roadway and sidewalk with handrails, and wrapped it in a way that resonates with the materials of the surrounding environment. Because it is an eventful product, variables need to be taken into account before it can be made permanent, but we were able to demonstrate a new way of gathering. Our company was in charge of an antique watch specialty store with a repair workshop facing Nakadori Street in Marunouchi. Antique watches have been passed down over time, with the memories and stories of their owners hidden inside them. They hold the memories of bygone eras, but at the same time, they also tell stories for the future as they mark new times. concept design theme of CARESE Marunouchi is to visualize this invisible "time". The color of the brass foil on the wall is gradually changed, and the brass's changing appearance over the years is superimposed on the transition of antique watches over time. In addition, stone is used for the fixtures in the center to express the process of being polished from its rough natural appearance, and its rich expression also gives the space a sense of "time". We aim to create a store that will be deeply engraved in the memories of visitors in the sophisticated streets of Marunouchi.

"Shibuya Sakura Stage" is a project that will complete the urban infrastructure of the Shibuya Station area as part of the redevelopment of the area around Shibuya Station, which is said to occur once in a century, and will create a new, next-generation landmark that will inherit the culture of the Shibuya Sakuragaoka area and serve as a base for communication. We are in charge of design, layout, and construction of the commercial environment in Tokyu Real Estate's exclusive area, as well as the spatial design, layout, and hardware construction of the low-rise "INTER-SQUARE" and "Sakura CHORUS".

The tenant areas located on the lower floors of Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, which was built as a complex entertainment facility, were concept design as an integrated space with no boundaries between the common functions and the tenant areas, in an open plan that seamlessly connects to Cinecity Plaza. concept design concept is MOVE. In the center of the atrium space is a stage for nurturing young creators, where the creators emerge above the infinitely reflected flowing light. In the atrium between the floors, a video is played that wraps around the audience, reflecting on the ceiling surface to create a sense of rising. The flowing light is directly connected to the escalator wall, inviting visitors to the upper floors. The entire facility is open, and by moving freely around, various scenes unfold, creating a unique spatial experience. This project aims to add a new side to the Shinjuku Kabukicho area, creating a more generous town that accepts all kinds of individuality.

The largest facility in Yokohama's Izumi Ward, this large-scale commercial complex was built within the 24-hectare Izumi Yumegaoka District Land Readjustment Project. It is an interactive commercial facility that takes advantage of the abundant natural and agricultural resources of the Yumegaoka area, offering a variety of experiences such as food, activities, and education and culture. The first floor is a floor that connects customers with the local community through food experiences, the second floor is a floor focused on fashion and lifestyle, and the third floor will have a food court and a large cinema complex. In addition, the facility aims to become a hub for the local community, and has created an exchange space that meets a wide range of needs. On the rooftop, there is a plaza called "Sonyan Park" with play equipment based on the Sagami Railway character "Sonyan," and a place where customers of child-rearing age can interact with each other. It is not just a place to shop, but also a place to create new value as an experiential exchange hub that makes use of local resources.

"Marunouchi Street Park" is a project that is being carried out as a demonstration experiment of future area management, transforming "road space" into a comfortable "urban park space" in Nakadori, Marunouchi, Tokyo. The winter 2023 event will continue from the summer and examine the state of urban parks in preparation for permanent establishment, while highlighting the illuminations, a winter feature of the Marunouchi area, and providing various content perfect for the holiday season, such as photo spots for visitors to enjoy, a merry-go-round, an ice rink, and a Glass House Market with a wide selection of food and beverages. This time, the concept is "Bright Street - Nakadori in winter, where the city and everyone shines -" and we have taken measures that are in line with the SDGs and trends of the times, such as reusing each market booth used in winter 2022 and remaking the swing-shaped bench that was popular during the summer 2023 event into a photo spot with new decorations. In addition, we have worked to create content that makes use of our past know-how, such as upgrading the "Detour Bench" created in summer 2023 to a bench where you can relax while looking up at the illuminations. In addition, while the official musicians performing on the streets will continue as in the summer, we have also taken on new initiatives in terms of planning, such as inviting a portrait artist this time. In addition, as a continuation of the "Illumination Tour for the Blind" held in the winter of 2021, we held a dialogue tour in which able-bodied people walked blindfolded to deepen their understanding of the visually impaired, creating an opportunity to discuss how to make the streets more comfortable for everyone.

Azabudai Hills was born as a redevelopment project that took about 35 years to complete, and its theme is "Green & Wellness," with the concept of "Modern Urban Village, a town surrounded by greenery and like a 'plaza' that connects people." It was born as the "future form of Hills," with a vast central plaza at the center of the town and a highly integrated mix of diverse urban functions such as offices, residences, hotels, international schools, commercial facilities, and cultural facilities. The approximately 150 commercial facilities spread throughout the lush green area aim to enrich and create daily ways of working, living, and lifestyles. In particular, the commercial area that spreads over the lower floors of Tower Plaza is positioned as the center of the town, with a commercial area of approximately 2,800 tsubo, facing the central plaza, and a three-story atrium space. In this environmental plan, the motif of "FABRIC" is used down to the materials and details as an element to harmonize with the town, attract visitors to the upper floors, and encourage movement within the floors. The soft curves of the space create a comfortable, high-quality atmosphere, providing an appealing spatial experience that suggests a truly enriched lifestyle for the coming age.

This is a renovation project for the Courtyard Marriott Ginza Tobu Hotel. As a turning point since its opening, this project aims to evolve the hotel into a new one, including improving comfort and planning distinctive hotel restaurants. The plan is to maintain the hotel's appeal as a full-service hotel with accommodation, banquet, and restaurant functions, while capturing the inbound demand that will recover after COVID-19, and to upgrade both its functionality and concept design. For the first time since its opening, the entire hotel was closed and a major renovation was carried out. The renovation was based on the concept of "GINZA CONTRAST," and the duality of Ginza's unique charm is that it is "a town with a glamorous and royal feel for enjoying special occasions such as sightseeing, theater, and shopping," and "a town with the benefits of being used as a matter of course that fits into your daily life and accompanies your life." While valuing the combination of both, we proposed a new way to enjoy and spend time at the hotel, where visitors can freely and easily move between "work" and "play," "friends" and "yourself," and "travel" and "life," without clearly separating them. Our company was in charge of restaurant development, tenant leasing, interiors design and design supervision for the guest rooms, restaurant and bar, as well as interiors construction.
