OSAKA INNOVATION HUB

OSAKA INNOVATION HUB (OIH) was established in 2013 as a global innovation hub that attracts talent, information, and capital from both Japan and abroad, creating an environment where innovation can be fostered and driving the development of Osaka and the Kansai region.
This time, in order to create an environment in which startups and the ecosystem that supports them can grow, we have renovated the facility with the concepts of "gathering," "connecting," and "growing." In expanding the facility area and enhancing functions to promote interaction among startups and strengthen support, our company was in charge of design, layout, signage and graphic concept design, environmental features, building execution, exhibit execution.

It consists of three main elements: a "co-creation and exchange space" where new value is born from interaction with people with diverse values; a "concentration space" where highly confidential meetings can be held, and where work can be focused on, organizing, restructuring, and deepening ideas; and a "work space."
- Implement a system to facilitate interaction between visitors and mentors by assigning resident communicators.
- To serve as a symbolic entry point that is easily accessible to young people, startups, investors, and others.
We have received the above requests.

Because the facility entrance was located on the side corridor, a new entrance was installed at the front to improve visibility. Furthermore, concept design allows for a clear view of the interior, significantly improving ease of access to the facility.
We installed digital signage that can introduce support personnel and entrepreneurs, and introduced content that promotes information gathering, co-creation, and communication.
To build a new brand image, we revamped the facility logo and created an environment that fosters encounters and growth.

They handled everything from design to production. Their suggestions, including the installation of a new main entrance and the introduction of content that encourages co-creation and communication, have created an environment where "encounters" lead to "the next action." The overall atmosphere of the facility has been refreshed, giving it a more open feel to first-time visitors. We truly feel that it has become a space where people naturally gather and conversations easily begin. We are deeply grateful for their careful attention to our diverse requests and for shaping the unique character of OSAKA INNOVATION HUB (OIH).
