Our company was responsible for the design and construction of displays and content. The displays mainly showcases cutting-edge products and technologies that contribute to solving social issues such as realizing a decarbonized society, resolving labor shortages, and promoting digitalization, creating a space where visitors can experience the unique product value and features of Daihen.

Taikisha is a world-leading global environmental engineering company that contributes to society through advanced technologies related to energy, air, and water. In this project, in order to create new value, we planned a new communication area within a part of the research facility to foster open innovation with Taikisha's customers, as well as academic research institutions and startup companies, and to realize co-creation with external customers. Following the opening of the satellite facility "TAIKISHA INNOVATION GATE Shinjuku" in Shinjuku in April 2023, our company was in charge of planning, design, concept design content creation, and interiors production.

Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. has introduced its unique car manufacturing concept, "Nissan Intelligent Factory," based on next-generation production technology, at its largest domestic plant in Tochigi Prefecture. In this project, we renovated the guest hall and factory tour course within the plant to showcase its innovativeness. With the theme of communication concept design that leaves a lasting impression, we brought together our company's knowledge to recreate concept design of the space and displays experience.

Located on the first floor of the "YKK AP30 Building," constructed to commemorate YKK AP's 30th anniversary, this Philosophy Hall offers a glimpse into YKK AP's philosophy and journey. Incorporating elements that evoke YKK AP's identity, such as aluminum, glass, curtains, and light, the spatial design visualizes the company's corporate culture of "sitting in a circle, conversing, and offering hospitality." displays utilize symbolic displays methods reminiscent of aluminum extrusion technology, contrasts of light and shadow, and immersive video effects to convey the philosophy, commitment to products, and passion through everything visitors touch and see. Rather than one-way information transmission, the artistic displays methods embody the philosophy of "Architectural Products" that combine technology and concept design, appealing to emotions and serving as a medium for employees to speak in their own words, deepening understanding and relationships with business partners. The aim was to create a space where all visitors can connect with YKK AP's philosophy, empathize with its thoughts and values, and build trusting relationships as partners.

We wanted to make the process of building a house more enjoyable, like creating a work of art, by encouraging people to "see, touch," "interact," and "experience" the process. With this in mind, we design, layout, produced, interiors construction an experiential housing showroom. "AI-STUDIO-SAPPORO," a four-story building located in Sapporo, Hokkaido, features an attractive and highly functional plan that takes advantage of its multi-story design. The skip-floor displays, which utilizes the high ceilings, showcases four scenes in sequence to express the richness of the space. The materials corner offers hints for building a house and showcases the uniqueness and ingenuity of AI Construction's spatial proposals, creating a showroom where customers can enjoy the home-building process and feel positive.

We renovated the entrance and cafe space on the second floor of the Tokyo Tatemono Sendai Building with the aim of improving tenant satisfaction. Our company was involved from the planning and basic concept stages, and was responsible for interiors and environmental design, signage and graphic concept design, environmental features, and construction.

Kubota Corporation, whose mission is to solve social issues in the food, water, and environment business areas, has opened an agricultural learning facility in Hokkaido Ballpark where visitors can learn about the charm and potential of "food and agriculture" in a fun and delicious way. Targeting children as its main audience, the facility is based on the concept of a place where everyone can learn and think together for the future, and has constructed an experiential story revolving around three key factors essential to solving the challenges facing food and agriculture. In particular, the "AGRI QUEST course," aimed at elementary school students in the fourth grade and above, allows participants to learn about the fun and diversity of agricultural management by working as part of a team as an agricultural manager, while the "TECH LAB" allows them to experience the importance of agritech by interacting with cutting-edge smart agriculture and plant factories. A café serving menus made with carefully selected ingredients is also attached. Our group provided a wide range of solutions, including not only planning, design, and construction, but also facility operation, café operation, and event decoration.

Bridgestone has opened an innovation hub, "Bridgestone Innovation Park," in Kodaira City, Tokyo. The central innovation center, "B-Innovation," is a facility designed to further promote interaction between people inside and outside the company, connect empathy for Bridgestone to co-creation, and accelerate innovation. Our company was in charge of the planning, design, environmental design, and construction of the "Bridgestone Open Innovation Hub," which serves as the entrance to "B-concept design" and is a place where people can see, touch, and expand their ideas by actually seeing and touching Bridgestone's core technologies and products. In addition, we have worked closely with Bridgestone to implement operational and spatial design based on behavioral science to guide users towards their desired mindset.

This project involved the planning, design, and construction of an employee-only lounge for office tenants within the Shinjuku Center Building. Our company participated in this project from the very beginning, providing business planning, basic concepts, operational support proposals, and concept and naming suggestions. As a testing ground, concept design was conceived with the possibility of repurposing the space in other areas (vacant spaces) in mind.

This new office project is themed around "people and companies creating waves (resonance, vibration) with each other, which grow into a larger wave (influence)." To express Carelitz Technologies' intention to "continue to be an innovative, creative, and continuously growing company," concept design the office by superimposing the image of water spreading and moving like ripples, using the transparency of water and the unexpectedness of it changing into various colors and shapes.

At the Kobe factory, which began offering factory tours in 2007, the traditional factory tours were suspended in the fall of 2019 for a renovation of the tour facilities. This renovation transformed the facility into one where children can deepen their understanding of familiar milk and dairy products while having fun, and learn about efforts to ensure food safety and environmentally conscious initiatives toward achieving the SDGs. Although online factory tours were conducted midway through due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, in-person factory tours resumed in March 2024. Our company provided total production services, from the facility concept to spatial concept design, displays design and production, and various content creation.

Based on the concept of "co-creation," the TOTO Technical Center Tokyo, a place that collaborates with business users to create the bathroom spaces of the future, reopened in April 2024 after renovations. The concept for this renovation is "Fine & Flow," expressing "the free, delicate, and beautiful behavior of water and its seamless transitions." The aim was not only to convey the dedication of bathroom professionals and TOTO's reliable quality, but also to create a facility and atmosphere befitting co-creation, and a proposal facility that is appropriate for the digital age. Our company was in charge of the overall design, construction, and system development.

Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. has established a new concept design presentation hall at its Global concept design Center in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, which integrates the real and digital worlds. This hall is equipped with a curved 24K LED screen, a full-color ceiling screen, remote lighting technology, and a 7.1ch sound system, making it possible to accurately reproduce various environments in which customers actually use cars around the world. The aim is to develop products that meet diverse needs in a more timely manner by digitizing concept design process. Our company was in charge of the design, structural calculations, interiors construction, and the full-color ceiling screen. The hall can reproduce changes in light over time, weather, and natural elements in real time with a high degree of realism and immersion, and it is possible to verify and confirm digitally created models in various market environments.
