In terms of design, we aimed for a concept design that is both beautiful and unusual, based on the keywords "beautiful concept design like a video" and "science fiction (SF). The Panasonic Group Pavilion "Nomo's Land" is based on the concept of "Unlock your nature," and is a pavilion that draws out the potential of children through technology that analyzes their sensibilities and experiences that stimulate the five senses. Utilizing the latest technology from Panasonic Holdings, the pavilion achieves a spatial design that harmonizes with the world of "Nomo's Land" by using tiles that evoke the tactile concept design of walking on natural ground, finishes made of natural wood with a metallic texture, and concept design methods that integrate 3D printing. In terms of sustainability, the pavilion incorporates advanced design and construction methods, including the reusability of tiles and biodegradable resin printing, and the spatial and experiential concept design approach is centered on what can be done for the future of children.

Founded in Nagano in 1736, Yawataya Isogoro is a long-established company that has created the image that "Shichimi is the best Shinshu souvenir." As part of the commemorative project for the 100th anniversary of the sale of canned shichimi in 2024, the company renovated its confectionery manufacturing workshop and warehouse to open a research and development site for shichimi togarashi. The new facility will function as a business negotiation lounge and test kitchen for B2B collaborative products, a hub for interaction between customers and employees, and a showroom.

Green Park FLOOP, operated by Fujifilm Business Innovation, opened in 2024 as an experiential facility where adults can make new discoveries and children can learn and think freely, allowing them to experience various technologies related to multifunction printers, learn about environmental issues and Fujifilm Business Innovation's technologies in an easy-to-understand way, and explore a sustainable future for our planet. In its four experiential displays zones (Studio, Technology, Think, Action), visitors can learn interactively about future urban development, multifunction printer technology, and environmental issues. The adjoining Cafe & Co-work offers environmentally conscious menus based on the concept of "circulation." Throughout the facility, the company expresses its commitment to the environment and technological innovation, while providing visitors with an opportunity to think about and act on a sustainable future. The aim was to create a new learning space that is open to the community and enjoyable for both adults and children.

We were in charge of design, layout production, and construction of Mazda's manufacturer showroom in the Tokyo metropolitan area, aimed at allowing customers to experience and interact with the brand. The "TRANS" in "MAZDA TRANS AOYAMA" means "to change, to go beyond," and it embodies the meaning of "we want this to be a place that becomes a catalyst for positive change." The first floor is a special space where you can experience the brand, featuring a cafe and goods shop supervised by Itsuki Coffee, which was founded in Miyajima, Hiroshima, while the second floor is a comfortable space where art displays, events, and workshops can be held.

This is a renovation project for the Omiya Center Building, located at the west exit of Omiya Station, one of Japan's leading terminal stations. After conducting a survey of the area around Omiya Station and identifying the challenges of the building, which is over 30 years old, we adopted the theme of "balancing dignity and comfort" for the renovation concept design. Throughout the renovation process, we focused on improving the satisfaction of existing tenants and aimed to enhance the building's presence in terms of functionality and concept design compared to surrounding buildings. By harmoniously balancing the "dignity" inherent in the existing stone materials with the "comfort" created by lighter materials, we minimized waste disposal due to demolition and created a cost-effective concept design that is mindful of sustainability through the fusion of old and new materials.

Air Water Hokkaido's new facility, "Air Water Forest," is an open innovation facility that addresses social issues in order to realize a sustainable society and a safe, secure, and prosperous life. Within this facility, the restaurant and cafe "Eureka" was created as a place to disseminate and share "agriculture and food," one of the Air Water Group's initiatives. The space was designed in conjunction with the architectural concept design so that the facility's concept of "sustainable and prosperous living" can be felt even in the restaurant. Just like the name "Eureka" (meaning "I found it! I understand!" in ancient Greek), concept design allows customers to discover the rich land of Hokkaido and the true deliciousness of the ingredients nurtured by that land.

This facility is a showroom for the sale of condominiums by Mitsui Fudosan Residential. Located on the first floor of a building in the heart of Sendai, and highly visible from the street, the space was designed with the concept of "EN - a place that connects people to people, the city to people, inside and outside, and relationships," using the image of the "engawa" (veranda) often seen in traditional Japanese houses as inspiration. In the central presentation space, a condominium model and video are used to create an exciting displays will welcome prospective residents. In the surrounding park-like space that connects to the outside, business discussions about "housing" can also be held. Furthermore, in order to promote diversity and inclusion, the company has introduced a para-art subscription service in some of its condominiums in the Sendai area, an initiative aimed at supporting independence and providing opportunities for people to thrive. To let more people know about this initiative, art is displayed in part of the meeting space, and a mini-gallery introducing para-artists has been set up in a space that resembles a condominium balcony and is easily visible from the sidewalk.

This project involves the renovation of the office common areas of Shinagawa Intercity, a super high-rise, large-scale mixed-use building developed in 1998 as the core area for business and culture in the Shinagawa Konan district. The facility is long and narrow from north to south and has a complex structure like a small city, consisting of three office buildings, a commercial building, and a hall building. Based on the concept of "a city where wind and people circulate," concept design utilizes various spaces within the building to circulate people and uses "wind" as a motif to create a sense of unity across the multiple buildings. In order to strengthen competitiveness with surrounding office buildings, the design emphasizes a sense of luxury, and the wood-based space, which connects to the pleasant atmosphere of the central garden that spreads out before it, guides visitors further into the building with curves in the walls and ceilings that evoke a gentle breeze and continuous vertical lines. In addition, plans are currently underway to create a new environment so that tenants can find comfortable places to use the space in diverse ways, in addition to their offices.

Based on the concept of "NEXT HOME," this new office building project will be the foundation for the next generation for Yamaichi Jisho, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary since its founding. In response to the request from the company's president, Watanabe, that "we don't want a building that's just cool. We want a building that's alive," we held multiple workshops for all employees and the preparatory committee, and filled every corner of the new office with the thoughts of each employee, fostering a sense of it being "our office." Through this project, the motivation of each employee has changed, and new interactions have been created both inside and outside the company. An original "office for ourselves" has been born here, which will help Yamaichi Jisho solve the issues they expect from the company, such as communication, recruiting, and inheriting their DNA.

This project involved the relocation of Hybrid's Head Office, supporting the resolution of challenges in their information systems department and the strengthening of their organizational functions. Based on their mission to "bring together information systems (IT) and management/business," concept design concept was "fusion of ideas, fusion of structures, and fusion of materials," aiming to improve the working environment and corporate value by fusing industrial motifs with a modern and sophisticated space.

This was a plan to relocate the offices of AIYA, a long-established matcha manufacturer founded in 1888 and based in Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture, one of Japan's leading matcha producing areas. The relocation was planned within a new BCP product warehouse building that was built on the site of the existing factory.

Tetra Pak is a global leader in food processing and paper container filling and packaging systems, founded in Sweden in 1951. The Gotemba Technical Center is a core facility for Tetra Pak Japan's domestic technical services, playing a vital role in product support by conducting filling and packaging system demonstrations, quality control, and paper container analysis and evaluation. The facility celebrated its 25th anniversary since relocating to Gotemba in 1999. Therefore, a large-scale renovation project was undertaken to renew the space into one where visitors can experience innovation for new product development and sustainability initiatives through displays and digital tools. Pike was in charge of concept design, Jones Lang LaSalle was in charge of overall project management, and our company participated in this project as the overall construction company for interiors. To create concept design that convincingly showcases Tetra Pak's advanced technology, the entrance lobby, where guests are welcomed, is concept design around three core elements: sharp, paper-fold-like shapes that represent the foundation of the company's business; linear lighting that emphasizes these folds; and pure white to express the company's pride in safety as a food-related business. In the showroom, where actual business negotiations take place, the above concept is followed, and a wood-grain color scheme is incorporated to further express Tetra Pak's approach to sustainability.
